Onyx sat on a cliff talking to herself. Her tail flicked at times. Her eyes scaned the air around her. She shook her head. She got up and looked over the edge of the cliff. She let out alittle roar and droped. SHe flared out her wings and snaped upward flaping them acouple of times to gain alttuide. She let the wind current carry her letting her glide effortlessly through the sky. Onyx acasionaly flaping them to get higher or to gain speed. The young shadow dragon let out another joyful shreik as she glided through the air.

When she landed back at the same cliff she shook her head and folded her wings. She was happy with herself being able to fly so good. 'I have tought myself well.' She thought to herself. She bobed her head pleased with herself.

Celestia left her brother and Coal to check on her sister. She held a claw to her sister's throat for a moment and then put a paw on her sister's sleeping torso measuring Rose's breathing, heart rate, and temprature. Rose seemed fine and Celestia's thoughts went to her mother and the matriarch issue. Matriarches were the oldest and or wisest female. Celestia assumed her aunt would take the role on when her sister passed. Then Celestia's older cousin Azure would be next in line, after Azure then Rose. Celestia knew her mother might actually say who was to take control of the family. But Celestia was the youngest if only by an hour, the youngest adult in the family doubted she would be put in charge. The Matriarch in her family was the mediator that kept the family at peace and had the final say on matters that the rest of the family couldn't decide on. Celestia didn't consider herself a canidate, but her mother might say otherwise... 

Onyx white eyes scaned her surrondings. She was saprised that the tree limb didnt give out from her weight. She got ready to leap from him when the scent of a mammal washed over her. The older buck didnt see or scense her presents. She let out an eager low hiss and sprang from the tree limb. She landed landed on his back witch isnatly toopled it to the ground. Not letting the animal suffer she quickly finished it and started to fill her belly.

Later, she layed on the cliff sunning herself. Her black scales shined in the sunlight. She closed her eyes and managed a small grin as she enjoyed the warmth.

Skye and Tsuki were trying to help Oak and now Taiyo get some sleep by scrounging for herbs. It was still dark so they only had to worry about Chaos making a return visit. Skye was in her human form and so was Tsuki, Kokuyoseki was keeping an eye out for Midnight and had Taiyo tied up and Oak was who knows where running around yelling his head off, the creatures of Skye's domain were keeping an eye on him. Skye lacked the raw force her brother was still developing but her control was was good so she seemed more powerful but water and air sacrificed force for flexability. Skye felt the life around her and made a dive for the plants she and Tsuki were after running back with them...

Toxic watched in amazement as midnight caught the bird, watching it fly out of her mouth. When Midnight grabbed hold of her and flew up above the trees into the sky she closed her eyes afraid of how high above the ground they were but it didn't last long. She opened her eyes and looked around, to her it was amazing since this was the first time up in the air and above the ground. She relaxed enjoying the wind blowing against her face and looking down below her at the forest and the animals in it feeling much bigger than she really was.

Onyx opened her wings. She leaped off the cliff and flaped her wings spinning in lazy circles before glideing in a stright line. She flaped her wings a couple of times. She veered toward the right spun another cicrle and kept going. This time she was going to see how long her wings would last in the air. She looked down at the forest, eyes looking at it. She shook her head.

She spun in large cicles above the forest almost like a bird would do. She had nothing better to do. She let out a little huff and dived down to the ground. She landed softly and quietly an dlooked around. This place was new. Had she flowen that far?

Oak was still, which was unusuall, and slowly edging away from...  WHat looked like a viscious carnivorous mushroom.  Suddenly, it detached form the cavern floor, showing an impressive display of crustacean-like appendages!  It laughed at him, and Oak made a hasty retreat from it's lair.  He took a quick look over his shoulder.  It was still chasing him! And it had grown a second stalk off of the first, which also had a mouth!   A kind of a second head!  As it laughed at him in a creepy double voice, Oak ran as fast as he could.  He looked back again, just as eyes opened all over both caps and stared at him!  What was going to happen next?!? (Is this a hallucination, or some sort of creepy incarnation of Chaos?  I'm not sure.)

Skye saw her brother freeze and froze his feet. She put her paws over his eyes her own glowing. Skye saw her brother's halucinations and Tsuki shoved the herbs in his mouth and he fell slack. Dreamless sleep, Skye shook her head looking at Tsuki and the now sleeping Taiyo. "Chaos is messing with his mind." Water covered Oak's eyes and ears blocking everything out so he could rest. Taiyo was proving to be almost an empath concerning Oak. Tsuki was staring off in Midnight's direction and, Kokuyoseki was curled up around his sister using his tail to help keep the thin furred fox warm. Skye managed to find some dry wood, and got some flint, iron, and tinder out of Tsuki's bag to start a fire. The temprature was dropping fast for some reason and Skye knew Oak didn't do well in cold. Tsuki lit a small fire and tended it so it grew. It took Tsuki, and Skye to move Oak closer to the fire. Tsuki took Kokuyoseki's place keeping the little fox warm. Skye was keeping look out and Kokuyoseki was sleeping. Skye hoped her sister would be back soon so she could get some real sleep...

Her eyes darted from one shadow to another. She skook her head. Mind playing tricks with you, Ignore. But she couldnt get over to constant feeling over being watched. Every movment seemed to feel wrong to her. She twisted her head around and craned her next to see if she could see anything. Nothing. "Hello?" She let the worlds slip past her lips. She froze and listend waiting for a reply or nothing at all. She couldnt help call out alittle bit louder,"Hello? Is anyone there?"

She backed away from the bushes but the only way was to fly up and out. And one thing was for sure...she wasnt the master at flying through tree's. She looked around seeing nothing. She opened up her wing's looked up and leaped. She banaged to get out of the forest for now. but she would have to come back down to rest... and to sleep.

As the temperature dropped Celestia's relatives left for their lairs, except for Rose and Celestia's mother, Lightning was still around. Celestia was more concerned about her sister and mother. Celestia looked inside the den and noticed Heisei had been a busy fox. Did the kitsune sleep? There was a fireplace and a cellar dug into the wall and a door that could be closed. Celestia noticed two other rooms with doors big enough for a human or a fox to pass easily. "Heisei when did you have the time to dig all this?" The fox smiled "I had help from your mother." Celestia shook her head and wondered how her mother had helped but was more concerned about her sister and mother. Rose would heal faster if she was kept warm, and Celestia's mother was shivering slightly. Heisei had wood in the fireplace and was starting a fire until Celestia nudged the fox aside and spat fire lighting it faster. A huge kettle full of water was sitting near the fire and Celestia moved it onto some coals to heat up. Heisei had been using it for hot water to help clean wounds, but it had been topped off and there were bowls on the ground and a smaller kettle of tea on the hearth too. Celestia had yet to perfect human form, but she could hold a cup of tea. A medicinal tea was put on for Celestia's mother and Rose in the large kettle. Celestia and Heisei shared some ordinary green tea while they waited to serve Celestia's mother and her sister their tea. If Lightning wanted some tea all he had to do was ask. Heisei remarked about the unseasonal tempratures, Celestia mentioned it had her slightly uneasy. Celestia's sister and mother were close to the fire place that was radiating heat and Heisei had a shawl on, Celestia had snuggled into a spare quilt and the environment inside was calm and warm yet the cold seemed so close all the females were trying to get warmer to stave off the looming chill.

Onyx tiled her head. The forest would be dark to anything elses eyes but it was as bright as daylight to her. Well almost. However even with the good nigth vision, she was still terribly lost. She looked around and shook her head. She was tired but she wanted a place she knew. She walked by a tree she already had past five times. She let out a loud hiss of anoyance. "Great, walking in circles. What I really need right now. And to top it off I smell other dragons. Who knows if they will try to attack me for being here..." She muttered.

Heisei's wards had been tripped and Celestia still in human form went outside borrowing a heavy coat from Heisei to go check it out. Celestia's eyes went to a very young black dragon, almost full grown prowling around. Celestia took the coat off and took dragon form, coat hung on her tail and asked, "What brings you here to my territory? I don't mind you being here but I'd like to know why you're out on a night like this." She gestured to the door and said "It's warm inside come on in. Just don't bug my sister or mother, they need their rest. My sister has a broken wing and my mother is getting on in years. If you want some tea you'll have to wait for more to be made." Celestia saw no harm in showing this youngster some hospitality...

ONyx jumped at the new voice. She turned her head white eyes shineing in the night. "Oh, I got lost. Nothing more nothing less. Had the bad Idea of flying until my wings would give out." She laughed to herself. "Bad Idea, I am geussing. And I wont be a bother. I will only stay for alittle bit. Oh and sorry for straying onto yuor land." Onyx replied. She turned and walked toward the new dragon. "Oh, my name is Onyx. Yours, if you dont mind giveing it?" She stood close oto the new dragon now, but not invadeing her space.

She turned and walked toward the new dragon. "Oh, my name is Onyx. Yours, if you dont mind giveing it?" She stood close oto the new dragon now, but not invadeing her space.

Celestia nodded at the reply and introduced herself "Celestia. I really don't mind others in my territory as long as they behave." Rose looked over and said "Hi I'm Rose," She gestured to her mother "and this is my mother." Celestia's mother nodded and said "My name is Nightling." Celestia and Rose had never called their mother by her name, instead calling her Mom. Heisei introduced herself quietly, and Celestia hung the coat up and took human form again snuggling into the quilt again getting some more tea leting the hot drink warm her body and fight off the chill that seemed to be trying to get at everyone inside the den.

A large mountainous range with scattered lakes, and underground tunnel system, dense forests, and barren mountain tops.

You are allowed a maximum of 5 dragons and 1 other creature, and you MUST keep up with them. The creature must be either mythical or a present day animal with special powers. You may have eggs but you can only have as many as you can control OR give them to other players. Keep it PG-13 please.

You are a western dragon in a time of war. The life dragons and shadow dragons fight for the earth. The shadow dragons wish to rule the earth by power and fear, while the Life dragons wish to live in harmony with earth's creatures.

Whitefire and Coal lead the Life dragons. Lightning leads the Shadow dragons. Coal and Lightning are archenemys.

Now, a new hope has sprung up. Chaos is now the problem, and has been turning everyone against each other. Three were born, the embodyments of yin, yang, and karam are now the only thing that stand between chaos. but chaos has begun to hunt them down, to keep things under his controll
