Skye was staring at her brother, she was least affected by chaos that much was certain. The shadows were telling her to go find her sister. While chaos could not control Skye it could affect her environment and those around her. As Skye tried to track her sister Kokuyoseki in tow, it was clear that the Courruption was trying to mess with her. Trying to throw the huntress off. The apperition had shown himself again this time bleeding from gashes along his sides, "Help me, find your sister before you can help me help her." Skye caught the trail again and spotted her sister. Karma and Yang both appeared and said "Leave the traitor alone Skye." Skye shook her head and actually yelled "Stop it she didn't betray anyone the Courruption has Chaos under it's control and is messing with all of us, I thought Yang knew that!" The apperitions looked at one another and vanished. "Come on sis we gotta make sure Oak isn't doin something stupid..." 

Midnight sprang away from her sister, her back arched like  cat. "You scared the ba-jeezes out of me!" she thurned and trotted away. "No skye, i need to find and do something, but i dont know what et. stay and keep our brother safe. besides karma thinks I'm a traitor and will try to kill me. If i'm with you two.... well, you could be cought in the cross hairs." she turned and walked down a tunnle, leaveing her sister behind in the darkness. A tear fell down midnight's cheek, and she knew the this was meerly the begining of the end.

Skye shook her head chasing after her sister, "Sis I'm immune to direct influence from Chaos, life began because of chaos but is not ruled by it, Midnight we have to find the embodiment of Chaos, the war and the hatred it caused hascreated a corrupt monster. It stole Chaos's powers if we find Chaos and get his powers back we'll be able to take the monster on! I can see our path vaguely but exactly what will happen is beyond me. I don't see the end but I have an idea of where we have to go but what I can't forsee is how." Skye started pacing to keep her train of thought, she could get just as antsy as her brother but it was harder to get her riled up. Wind was swirling around the little huntress as she told her sister about the apperitions. Skye saw Karma behind her sister and stared at the ghostly dragon who seemed apologetic. Karma looked at Skye and Yang faded into sight "Breezeling I managed to calm Karma and get your sister's power back, but at a cost, I can no longer see the future at all. But you still can but not clearly." Yang's eyes were bleeding and her breathing was labored. "I won't be able to calm her again. Nor will you be able to see the path ahead of you clearly but you'll make do. Go hurry, do what you have to..."  The ghosts faded and Skye's vision clouded slightly for a moment before she nudged her sister and said "Come on we have work to do."

Midnight smiled and leapt into the air, instantly turning into a red dragon triple the size of skye. He blocked the only exit. skye was traped.

"That was  all to easy, embodyment of yang. you should pat yourself on he back, for falling fright into my, chaos's, claws. Now die." he lunged at skye.

 

Meanwhile the real midnight was miles away in a forest. She was glad to get some freash air. She paused as a whail hit her ears. she turned and trotted towards it, curious. then she saw a young dragon, much younger than herself, in a small clearing, whailing its little heart out.

Meanwhile, Oak was, as previously predicted, doing stupid things.  He had found a long, stick-like stone, and returned to the lava chamber, and dipped the end of it in.  He used the red-hot stone to poke the red parasite, at which it moved slightly, revealing a barnacle-like mouth.  He flew into the chamber below, discovering that the lava was now flowing into the water.  He flwe through a temporary hole in the curtain of lava, and was in the other chamber.  He dipped the stone in the ice-cold water, and poked the thing with it, at which it shivered and fell off, screeching a bit before dying.  Oak shivered, and took a tunnel to the east of this one, not enjoying the cold.

Skye spat ice at the dragon and faded into the shadows hiding her now glowing eyes, forsight had kicked in with the adrenaline giving her at least even footing, The courruption had chosen a bad location for a fight there was water, air, and darkness. Skye was using her brain and her full power. Confusion would play to her opponent's advantage so she was calm. Water was forming on Skye's scales and freezing giving her a sort of armor. Water and air were adaptable so Skye was adaptable. She ducked out of the way of every strike using her opponent's energy and movements against him bringing water's purifying properties into play making her enemy sizzle but her energy was fading fast so she made her escape into her own elements where her foe could not follow...

"You can not beat me!" screamed chaos. His entire body lit on fire, eleminateing darkness and turning the air to encenerateing temperatures. "Come out and fight like a real dragon, little yang. Or are you and your embodyment to scared to show you face?" he demanded, fire and ash falling from his tounge. his vioce sounded like nails on a chalk board. He looked around, trying to find sky. With the fire very few shadows were left, and those that were were small and coused by rocks. (I LOVE interesting turns. also, check out occ chat, i posted something kinda cool. this would also be a good time for oak to come into play)

Oak turned a corner and was confronted with a fiery red dragon threatening his sister.  He didn't even think, he simply charged at the dragon, and, like before, became a color so bright as to completely eliminate the red light of the cavern.  The fiery stone below worked to his advantage, and launched him up into the air, and spikes of near-molten rock sprang up around the red, demented dragon, so that the only way to escape was up.  And, due to the altered breath power of Oaks, (a bright white energy, somewhere between lightning, fire, and light) and Oka himself, that was not a good way to go.  (Take that, Chaos!)

Skye spotted her brother and took to the few remaining shadows getting closer to Chaos, she wasn't a coward she was smart enough to know open combat would never be her strong point, a shadow condensed protecting Oak from a blow and she shot more ice this time aiming for the eyes keeping the creature from seeing her when she went in for a slash, Kokuyoseki joined the fight landing on the corrupted force's 'head' it was planned so Chaos failed to see the fox who held on and dug his claws into the creature's leathery ear protection damaging it's hearing and balance in one go temporarily before jumping down and darting back into she shadows. Systematicaly destroying it's sensory organs leaving the brute force to Oak. Oak was far from a moron but Skye kept her cool and relied on accuracy when her brother just smashed through things, both effective on their own but combined made an even more effective fighting force. Chaos was clearing it's eyes but Skye was back into the shadows, preparing for another strike. Oak's timing had been perfect. Skye had whispered the plan to her brother, her part was the thinking of a hunter, find weaknesses through calculated strikes for Oak to hit hard. Skye had shadows acting as a clone using deception to make Chaos think she was in the open. Taiyo was nipping at Chaos to distract it even more. Skye had less growing to do so her powers seemed to be showing faster when they matched her growth. Her brother would have more raw power but she'd have finer control putting them on par.

Toxic cried out and looked at the sky remembering how her parents stretched out their wings that made a strong breeze as they flew off high into the sky. curiosity caught her eye as she looked down and saw a bug crawl on the ground and ran over to squash it. She grabbed it with her jaws then spit it out in disgust, it tasted horrible. She spit it out and looked around about to cry agian but thenshe saw a dragon like her but bigger, she had never seen others like her except her parents and she thought that they were the only ones. She backed away and hid behind a bush occasionally peeking out from behind it.

Celestia was examining her sister's badly broken wing. An injury like this would have most dragons roaring in agony but her Rose had her jaw clenched too tightly. The bone was sticking out in a way that since this is pg 13 I can't describe. "Rose we're going to have to force the bone back into place." Celestia gave her sister something to bite down on and had their uncle help push it back into place as her sister torched the stick in her mouth to ash hissing in pain. "Heisei you take it from here, I can't pull scales and make stiches or put the brace with adhesive on without covering the stitches." Rose said "What are stitches and why do you have to remove scales? I know they'll grow back though." Celestia said "Stitches are used to keep wounds closed. a special sort of that thread stuff humans and kitsune make is used for it along with one of those needle things." Rose nodded and Azure said "Looks like we're swapping out Rose." Celestia snorted "First the twins have to come back." Like magic the twins who had decided annoying Xevius was not going to be so much fun. Celestia remarked "Speak of the devils. Shade Shadow you two are on recon/ messenger duity." Both nodded and took off as Celestia watched Heisei do her thing...

Lightning came out of the shadows. He had been watching celestia help Rose and he hed badly wanted to help but celestia's mom had kept him away. Finnally he managed to sneek past her.

He walked over to rose and slung his head over her sholders. "You ok? do you need me to get you anything?"

Whitefire, who had been watching, mumbled. "Yin and yang, he is just like coal!"

 

Midnight steped into the light with her head down. "Its ok little one, i wont hurt you."

 

"YOU CANNOT DEFEAT ME!" yelled chaos, and with that he vaporized into a red dust, and the cavern was plunged into darkness once more.

Celestia rolled her eyes "Between the rest of the family and me she's covered." Rose said "I'm fine, better than fine, that kind of break is usually crippling I know I've taken a major injury that most dragons would be in a full panic." Celestia snickered at a memory "Sis remember the time we unwittingly got high on dragon nip then buried Thor who was asleep up to his head and he was under the impression of being a plant. Dragon nip... reputation ruining good times..."

Skye shook her head, she'd had a second and third wind and was once again on the verge of collapse. She spotted a nice place to hide lined with moss, large enough for the group, no chaos to deal with, a smallish entry, but otherwise enclosed. Skye plopped down and was out like a light. Oak's herbs were where they'd been sleeping earlier. Hopefully they'd help her brother sleep...

 

Celestia noticed everybody else was doing their own thing and went hunting. Her sister needed to eat bone to help her broken wing bone heal strong. Celestia actually saw where the incident happened. Rose had nicked her wing on a tooth before breaking her wing apparently. Celestia immediately checked the rouge's mouth for a septic bite, rouges rarely used breath abilities and their mouths could trigger an infection as a result. Just being bitten by a septic rouge wasn't enough to trigger an infection but a broken wing odds were was the main focus of her sister's body. That meant the wound could be infected. Celestia kept an eye out for anything that could be used as an antiseptic. A deer ran right in front of her running from a pack of wolves. Celestia let it go and moved on. She had the highest hunting sucess rate in her family at a four out of five tries 80%. Celestia managed to bring down a wild pig one of Rose's favorites. Celestia also found some antiseptic herbs that had to be eaten but tasted revolting...

Skye woke up from her nap hungry and deep in thought so she went hunting and brought down a deer she had a hard time dragging back to her brother and the foxes who were still full and just went to sleep. Skye was a provider, assassin, and a healer; but not a real warrior. The small huntress started thinking of her brother's, sister's, the foxes, and her own positions in the group. Her sister was the leader Tsuki her beta, her brother the heavy weight, Taiyo had Oak's back covering some of his weak points, Kokuyoseki and Skye were hunters, scouts, and assassins, Skye was also the healer meaning she had to avoid engaging an enemy and tending to injuries even during the fighting. Skye had to keep the group healthy. That was her main job...

A large mountainous range with scattered lakes, and underground tunnel system, dense forests, and barren mountain tops.

You are allowed a maximum of 5 dragons and 1 other creature, and you MUST keep up with them. The creature must be either mythical or a present day animal with special powers. You may have eggs but you can only have as many as you can control OR give them to other players. Keep it PG-13 please.

You are a western dragon in a time of war. The life dragons and shadow dragons fight for the earth. The shadow dragons wish to rule the earth by power and fear, while the Life dragons wish to live in harmony with earth's creatures.

Whitefire and Coal lead the Life dragons. Lightning leads the Shadow dragons. Coal and Lightning are archenemys.

Now, a new hope has sprung up. Chaos is now the problem, and has been turning everyone against each other. Three were born, the embodyments of yin, yang, and karam are now the only thing that stand between chaos. but chaos has begun to hunt them down, to keep things under his controll
