Oak jumped back, and licked his snout with a long forked tongue.  (Dragon's have forked tongues, right?)"What was that!?!" Oak shouted, a bit ticked off.  "Some kind of medical disorder?  Did your brain die?  Are you a zombie now?" Oak listed off these questions rapidly, his tail flicking around in impateince.  So you know exactly what tone he was asking in, the zombie bit was in all seriousness.  After the basilisk, why, undead seemed even likely!  Oak glared at his sister on the ground, his tail still flicking around, at speeds much higher than previously, as he waited for various answers.

Xevius turned around and replied in a rather annoyed tone "What's with you and opening conversations with insults?  Anyway, I have extremely important information to share.  I calculated the end of the world again, and it told me the world would end in the ice!  I calculated it again, and it came up with the inferno of the sun!  I calculated it one more time, and the world didn't end!  Do you know what this means!?!" Xevius asked her in a panicky voice.  Not waiting for her to respond, he said "By what few calculations I could get through, the forces of nature are collapsing!  I've managed to sort them into two categories, which I call loud and quiet.  I don't have time to explain them, but almost everything can be sorted into one of those two categories.  Anyway, it seems that either loud or quiet will dissapear from exsistence, which would cause the end of the world!"  (Finaly, Xevius is catching on.  That took a while, don't you think?"

is also great and would suffice...' I know what the fluctuations might be, my three chicks are dragons of prophecy the physical bodies of forces of nature and energies of the cosmos. No wonder it's throwing you off. Something is coming I can feel it with my senses, heart, soul, and in everything around me... The wind though it can't speak to me like it can to Skye the embodiment of yang I can feel it there and everywhere else around us. My mother said I had nature hearing... Guess she was right I can hear the forces around me not to the extent of my children but still." Celestia looked skyward and sighed before continuing "The races of this earth are at one another's throats sowing great chaos resulting in the imbalance that is causing the collapse. I see it now... It all falls into place... I have to speak with Lightning, Coal, Whitefire, and my family besides my chicks. How the heck am I going to get Coal and Lightning anywhere near eachother without a fight breaking out?"

Midnight reacted with the same rapidness and energy as oak, shocking him to where he was pinned to the wall and she was in his face.

"No you idiot! Zombies don't exsist and we have bigger problems than your little fantasies. Yin and yang are turning against each other and have become VERY unbalanced. The stupid world is comeing to a fricken end! Karma is left powerless and leave us in charge to fight what i just saw. We are litterly fighting EVERYTHING!" she screamed at oak. "It Chaos! Chaos is the cause!" then she fell to her knees in a heap, sobbing.

Skye went to her sister and brother strange amulets in paw but dropped them when she saw the tears... the shadows reminded her of the dream and Skye said "Forces seek to turn us against each other..." Three pairs of ears swiveled in her direction. Skye spoke up "Sis we're not all alone... My elements listen to me and they can do what I want them to. I've practiced more though... We have Taiyo Tsuki and Kokuyoseki on our side too. So come on don't cry! Please don't cry!" Skye forgot about the amulets and tried to comfort her sister.

Celestia was tracking down Lightning, and Heisei was getting the kin together. The plan was Whitefire in the middle half of Celestia's family on one side half on the other Coal and Lightning as far off as possible. Celestia had made a redwood cross trying to put up a sign like the humans had on their places of healing 'hospitals' Heisei called them... Celestia found Lightning stalking something and waited for him to go after his target a lone bovid bull, even at his size that thing was a risky target. Celestia was precise enough to not give the bovine a chance to fight back. She thought he didn't know what he was doing still on trial and error. Even in the dark she could make out scarred and broken scales on him. The bovid had spotted Lightning and was trying to bait Lightning or something. Celestia darted in and bit down hard snapping the neck and remarking. "It spotted you and was possibly leading you on... I have something to tell a few dragons mostly relatives... A realization about some current events... Coal will be kept far away from you... I'd rather not let you two anywhere near each other but this concerns everyone..."

Oak completely ignored Skye, his new annoyment method.  Of course, this was it's first test run, and before this point, it was purely hypothetical.  "We're not fighting everything" Oak shouted, albeit in a slightly quieter tone than usual, as he paced around Midnight with his head down.  In a concerned and even slightly whiny shout, he continued "Order certainly isn't under the jurisdiction of Chaos, is it?  If we can strategize well enough, we can probably beat gigantic and nealy invincible horders of randomocity and disorder, right?" Oak continued pacing, and ignoring everything Skye said.  He was doing such a good job at it that he couldn't even hear her.  He had completely tuned her out. 

Skye noticed her brother trying to ignore her and hit him with her wing and yelled "You can try to get on my nerves later now is not the time!" She wasn't annoyed that was just her brother being her brother. But he needed to time things like that better. Kokuyoseki was staring at Skye in surprise "Um Skye you just hit Oak..." She shot back "To make sure he realized that now is not the time, not when our sister is in this sort of state." "Ah ok... what about the amulets we found?" "You mean I fished out. I don't know as far as I know they just glow but seem harmless..."

Midnight recoiled when skye hit Oak, causeing him to stumble and fall. The image of ying standing over yin was all over her brain like bees to a bear. "You don't understand!" she yelled in frustraition.

 

Lightning hissed, angered that celestia had killed the bovid HE had been hunting. "And why sould I help you?" she said, turning stubborn. "I already made a promise not to hurt you what more do you want?"

 

Whitefire and coal lay in a small cave. Whitefire had lost her eggs and she had accepted that, besides, now coal wouldn't weigh her down. Her head perked up when celestia's mother flew in. "Hi, is there something you need?" she asked in a friendly tone.

"You need to come with me. There are mattters we need to discuss. My family, Xevius, Celestia, and hopefully lightning will all be there."

Coal's eyes narrowed. "Lightning? Why in the name of yin and yang would you trust that fool?"

"We nee everyone on this." celestia's mother replied. With that, whitefire and coal fallowed without question.

Skye saw she'd knocked Oak over and said "Sorry but now's not the time to annoy me. Besides ignoring me isn't going to work. I don't think you can annoy me anyways." She tried to pull him up but he was too heavy. Skye had noticed her sister flinch and said "When I passed out I had a weird dream, a black dragon with white markings was standing over a dragon that was the opposite in color and build he looked dead, and she was crying then all my elements swirled around her and the other dragon got up. She looked really happy then she came up to me. She called me her embodyment and said forces were trying to pit her against Yang's embodyment against eachother. I think something is trying to make us fight... It's tricking aspects of us both like the basalisk did into going after the other's embodyment... I for one have no plan to do what the forces tell me to. My element's voices agree with me on this and they have never lied to me... Midnight we have one enemy and we have to learn what we can do. I think we need to talk to mom... Or some dragon older and wiser than us." The fox next to her nodded. Taiyo was nodding and yammering to Oak at the same time, which annoyed both the fox's siblings who put their paws over their ears knowing they'd need a gag to shut her up.

Celestia replied to Lightning "Because this is important, Xevius made calculations which normally could be confused with the ability to see the future. His calculations kept changing which has never happened before. It troubles me more than I care to admit." Celestia looked to the sky and at the stars "I bear no grudges, hatred clouds the mind and heart in my case. You need to hear this and I need everyone's thoughts and input if the war is to end and the balance is to be restored my chicks prophacy or not will need help even if it's just a peaceful location where they can fall back on. Lightning your life and the world may depend on this. I'd rather only do this meeting once so come on. Bring the bovine you were stalking it first so it's yours anyway. The thing knew you were there and could have gored you, I intervined so I wouldn't have to patch you up..." Celestia gestured ahead and started heading back to the hospital and added "Besides I'd like to make sure you're healthy and at your best, I'm working as a healer now."

Midnight recoiled even more. "You saw yin and yang to? What did yang say exactly?" she demeanded but realized she would have tp explain herself. "Look, i had a dream that karma, my embodyment, was unable to punish/reward like she could before. something is throwing them off balance and causes them to fight and down right almost kill each other. the life nd shadow dragons took sides of yin and yang, and thats why they fight, because they beleive the other should live, but now the forget that. Chaos is the reason of all this."

 

Lightning gudgingly fallowed. "If cal attacks me don't expect me to hold back."

Skye repeated the message for her sister "Little one those against me will try to control him to fight, and those against him will try to use me. You are me and your brother is him don't let it happen. Listen to your sister and follow her, don't listen to anyone who tells you to harm your kin or companions... We will speak again at the winter solstice Skye. Yang will speak with Oak tonight the summer solstice. Until we speak again breezeling..." She looked at her brother's burn and her paw glowed as it healed, she hadn't hit her brother enough for healing to do anything. She was trying to get him to listen to her when it was very important. Taiyo had her muzzle tied shut and was glaring at her sister. Skye looked into the tunnel and the basilisk came out of the darkness bowing it's head "I have done the true will of Yang and apologissse for my missstake  to her sssiblingsss." and slithered back into the darkness. Skye stared out blinking "Shadows say those never apologise..."

Celestia remarked "Fair enough." on the way back. She noticed kin she hadn't seen in ages her twin cousins, twins were rare in dragon kind. They had twin grins "Cousin Celestia nice to see you again." They spoke in unison. "Hello Shadow hello Shade. I have something to tell everyone..." Celestia's uncle larger than Coal and Lightning put together was between the two. Lightning looked at her uncle who greeted him in his usual friendly manner. Celestia's uncle was a giant among dragons, a gentle one. Celestia's female cousin Azure and her sister Rose were side by side in front of the twins, her aunt was laying there more relaxed than she had been in years Celestia's mother beside her. Celestia spoke "As everyone here besides the twins knows my first brood was the three dragons in that prophecy we've all heard bits and pieces of. Xevius told me his calculations that are practically premonitions, were fluctuating on the subject of doomsday. I have the gift of nature speak but it's weak. A gut feeling that Xevius's fluctuations have confirmed. The upheaval of war has corrupted the force of chaos and warped it is the only thing I can come up with. If that's the case we'll have to help the prophacy all of us, we have to try to let the hate go. It's making the corruption more powerful. We can't do a global scale but if we do it here making the corruption weaker, it may give my chicks a chance to hone their gifts if they stay in the area, Heisei has confirmed they are around here still." Celestia took a breath, "More rouges are in the area possibly a result of the corrupt chaos being more concentrated with this being the main front for the war. The fighting has to stop and the rouges have to be dealt with. Anyone who's brave enough can join the rouge hunt but we have to let the hate go and stop fighting. Lightning I'll say it again I doubt even if Coal had never been born that you would have gotten together with Whitefire. so let her go already... There isn't a real choice it's let the hate go or hinder the restoration of balance." Celestia's mother knew her daughter was done and started rounding up rouge hunters in training. Celestia's siblings and cousins started catching up the twins finishing one another's sentences and her brother telling jokes that had everyone else in stitches 

Oak jumped Skye, knocking her over.  He had been waiting (which is dificult for him) for the right moment, and the resulting retaliation pleased him.  He then retorted to an earlier comment of Skye's with "If I didn't anoy you, then how come you shoved me?  I can make a pretty reliable conclusion that you were annoyed.", shouting just as loudly as ever.  Oak then realized something.  "Hey, isn't tommorow the summer solstice!?!  It can't be today, because I'm pretty sure that I'll get leveled up or something on it.  Or will it happen at midnight, which is technically tommorow?"

Skye choked out "You're squashing me!" and used a wing to push herself up and Oak off panting "Never do that *pant* again... you could really do major damage when we're bigger, you'll be alot bigger than me someday..." she got her breath back "I wasn't annoyed I was trying to make sure you were paying attention." Taiyo got the gag off and started yammering at Skye who after about two minutes growled in annoyance and grabbed the little fox's muzzle and held it shut. Kokuyoseki remarked "See what Tsuki and me put up with?" "How do you keep it quiet?" "Tire her out..." Oak finally had a way to irk his sister. "How?" Taiyo got loose and ran to Oak saying "I knew that would work!" and started doing a victory dance. Kokuyoseki facepalmed "Oh great they'll team up now..." Tsuki flopped over "Great just great..." Skye fell over and groaned "We need something to block them out..." Kokuyoseki joined her and asked "But what?" Skye replied "I have no idea..."

Celestia and her sister Rose were in the garden laying down watching fireflies chatting. Rose had a marking pattern similar to her sister a rich crimson with golden dappling and her counter shade was crimson to gold to white but her eyes were pure gold. Her build was like Whitefire, and Celestia felt like the ugly one when she and her siblings were together. Rose asked "So Celestia... what do you think of that male Lightning?" Celestia remarked "Not the brightest but far from stupid, a bit domineering, stubborn, tries to always get what he wants, ambitious, and holds power in high regard." "I meant do you find him..." If dragons could blush Rose would have been. Celestia caught on and filled in "Attractive?" "Yes..." "Not my type but handsome. Do you have a crush on him?" "No!" Celestia grinned "It's alright if you do." Celestia's female cousin Azure a pure blue joined them and remarked "Whitefire sure is lucky to have two males interested in her..." Rose nodded "Yes she is but Coal is far from my type." Celestia rolled her eyes and Heisei joined them sitting right between Celestia's forepaws shooting an annoyed look at a male fox slinking around. Celestia spotted him and remarked "Is that fox a suitor?" Heisei nodded adding "But the proper time of mourning my mate has yet to pass." "Ah ok, just like the time between broods has yet to pass for me."

A large mountainous range with scattered lakes, and underground tunnel system, dense forests, and barren mountain tops.

You are a western dragon in a time of war. The life dragons and shadow dragons fight for the earth. The shadow dragons wish to rule the earth by power and fear, while the Life dragons wish to live in harmony with earth's creatures.

Whitefire and Coal lead the Life dragons. Lightning leads the Shadow dragons. Coal and Lightning are archenemys.

Now, a new hope has sprung up. Chaos is now the problem, and has been turning everyone against each other. Three were born, the embodyments of yin, yang, and karam are now the only thing that stand between chaos. but chaos has begun to hunt them down, to keep things under his controll
