Roleplaying

Sunstreak glanced up and quickly located the direction of the scream. She took off, running as fast as she could, trying to avoid the numerous logs and boulders scattered everywhere, which was not easy. Sunstreak vaulted over a spike-encrusted bush and nearly smashed into Star, who seemed to be going the same direction. "I'm looking for Kari, again. That impossible little creature has taken off yet again..." Sunstreak said in a raspy voice, trying to catch her breath. "Come with me! I think she's this way." She thought she saw a small brown blur race past, still shrieking at the top of her lungs, followed by a large procession of angry Glide Snakes. Sunstreak hit one over the head with a branch, watching it slither into stillness. "Quickly! get rid of these snakes the best you can! " She called to Star.

  Star nodded to Sunstreak and dug at the ground with her talons, "Roger that." She ran up to the snakes and grabbed one, it looked terrified as she snapped in half and felt her mind buzz with a strange feeling- as if she couldn't control herself any longer. No! Star! Don't fall into that mess again! She warned herself, and eventually the strange buzz left. She sighed heavily and slashed and tore at the snakes, staring at Sunstreak when the numbers were low enough so the bright kiwi could run. She sighed heavily and felt something horrid in her wing, she screeched and hurriedly kicked the snake off that bit her.

Sunstreak paused in her frantic running and looked at Star horrified. "Are you alright? eeeaagh!" She kicked another snake away with a screech. "Come on! we have to get out of this place!" 

Kari had in some way managed to escape the snakes, and wedge herself in a tiny space in the rock, where the snakes couldn't seem to reach. They writhed and hissed, trying to reach her. Kari, realizing she was safe, stuck her tounge out and yelled taunts at them. Suddenly one managed to pop its head in the rock space. Kari just glared, and kicked it in the eye with her tiny powerful kiwi foot. It slipped away and all seemed quiet, for now, the snakes seemed to have dissapeared. 

   Star glared at the snakes and bit one's tail with her long beak to tell them that they shouldn't come back anytime soon. She looked back at Sunstreak, "Yes, I'm fine," she answered in a shaky voice. "But we should worry about Kari first." She looked at Kari, who seemed safe. She looked at her tiny wing, which now had a disgusting snake bite on it. She shuddered, wondering if they were poisonous or not, she just hoped not. She needed to stay alive to help protect Sunstreak and Kari, she would never let these glide snakes defeat her.  

Kari gurgled a happy greeting to Star and stood up, shaking dry leaves and bark off. She stood for a moment, in a happy trance, and the something flashed in her eyes. "Ekeee eee eee!" Kari screeched, then ran off toward something on the other side of the island that only she would know of. Sunstreak turned around to see Kari race off, found a nearby tree, and banged her head on it.

Suddenly, dislodged by the bump fron Kari's head, Kyle fell out of the tree he had been in for who knows how long.  Quickly, as he woke up, hiting the ground, he shouted aloud "ACK!  THEY"RE COMING FOR US!  WE ONLY HAVE"...  "Er..."  He quietly said. "What in the world is the date?  I honestly have no idea how long we have until they-" At this point,a moderately small ship, capable of holding about six or seven kiwis, plus a glidesnake or two, crashed into the ground.  Kyle dove into the bushes, before realizing it was unmaned.  Well, how conveinant!  A ship!

"Oh... Hello there Kyle!" Sunstreak rubbed her head. "It seems Kari has run off AGAIN, and we should probably go find her before she finds ANOTHER army of glide snakes to anger." She sighed and walked toward the crashed spaceship, intending to examine it careful to see if it still worked, which would be extremely useful at the moment. 

Kari stopped running suddenly, turned around, and let out a high-pitched screech. She began to run again, in the direction she thought she had come. She stumbled over a twig and crashed into the ground, hurting herself in the process, but she tried not to let it faze her and kept going. 

Juck, who was attempting to build a purely combustion spaceship out of sticks and stones, (he was almost done, but it only would only run for 10 minutes) saw a ship fly down to the island, crashing!  He began to run towards the ship, almost giddy to be rid of this forsaken island.

Kyle at the moment, greeted Sunstreak, and peeked inside the ship.  "Oh, wow."  He remarked.  "It almost has a full tank!  WHat luck!" He pulled his head out, and asked where the others were, excluding the small child.  He figured it would run back eventually; everything did, even the dragonfly he'd caught in a jar as a child. 

"I haven't the slightest idea where anyone else could be.. If we are departing this evil place soon, I better go find them.." Sunstreak walked a ways into the forest, calling for the others. "Kariiiii! Staaaar! Twilight! You have to come, Now! We can leave now!" She almost ran over the small brown lump in her path. "Oh! Kari! there you are- Help me find Star and Twilight, would you please?" Sunstreak suddenly noticed she was injured. "Oh.. Stay here then until I come back, okay? DON'T go anywhere..." She let out an exasperated sigh and continued into the forest, shouting as she went. 

  Star walked through the forest, her rock rested comfortably on her back. She made sure to even out the unbalanced weight. She heard Sunstreak's call so she turned her head. "Sunstreak?" She began walking in the direction where she heard the voices. She saw the ship and blinked. "Oh, hi Juck," she nodded to him and then continued to stare at the ship. "And... how did this get here? Is it safe.... even drivable? It looks quite worn.."  She took her rock from her back and began sharpening her talons on it, not because she felt angry, but because she was nervous. She was used to the horrible scratching sounds.

"Hmm? Oh there you are!" Sunstreak said with relief when she spotted Star by the strange aircraft Juck had found. Kari had somehow hobbled over as well. "I guess we should be going... I can't find Twilight anywhere in this accursed forest, though I haven't seem her for the longest time so she could be anywhere by now..." She paused and then went on. " I hope someone else knows how to fly this thing, because I certainly don't." Sunstreak gestured to the vehicle, then hopped inside and pulled Kari up with her.

 Star nodded, "I hope we can find them, it's not safe to be separated, especially in this cursed place." She hopped in after Sunstreak, staring at all of the buttons. "We need Juck, but do we know where he is?" Do we know where any of the others are? She sighed, feeling hopeless. she sat on the floor of the aircraft, poking at her rock, scratching it occasionally. She looked at Sunstreak and Kari again, who were close to each other, studying the different buttons. "We need to find Twilight before we fly out of here first, we can't leave her again."

In the glorius Sky City, a huge metropolis of kiwi civilization, and surrounding villages and forests, all of which float thousands of feet above the planet. Of course, you may go wherever you like when possible :) The main mode of transportation are flying ships and hover-craft, but just about anything is acceptable.

The highly advanced empire of kiwi birds is at at war with the glide-snake empire. You must survive various attacks in various locations, and occasionally, other birds. The main villain is obviously, the glide-snakes (which are huge, about 3ft long) also there is an evil, traitorus kiwi named Terrance.

Mammals are virtually extinct or very rare ;)

Rules: same as most other rp's ;)
1. no bad words (swearing and such)
2. don't be overdescriptive XD
3. you may have a crush or a mate, but PLEASE don't make it all disgusting and gross. (make it more of a close friendship)
4. You can get hurt and possible die, but no killing some one else's character unless you have permission.
5. use your imagination! I do not want my first rp to be super boring and lame XD your kiwi can be any color(s) and have an awesome personality.
6. you may have a max of 3 characters, two MUST be kiwis and be your "main" characters, the other may be another kind of bird or snake or similar creature :)
