Roleplaying

Ria flew up to the top of the cave, knowing that kiwis cant fly. She flew over to a rock that was branching out from the side of the cave walls. The kiwi ran under it, trying to jump and reach for Ria, but the branch was around twenty feet up. Ria heard a crumbling noise and then a cracking noise. The branch was breaking, for the kiwi was ramming itself into the cave wall. The branch broke but Ria stayed in the air, and watched the poor undead kiwi get crushed by the large falling rock. Ria was realeived, until they heard something like footsteps coming from deep within the cave.

The walls began to shake violently, and rocks began to crumble off the walls. They heard things burning and explisions. They knew that they were getting a visit from the owl kingdom.

Sunstreak was getting desprete and Kari was getting tired. Star- Star never seemed to get tired.  There had to be a way out of here! She thought fearfully. Sunstreak felt the earth beneath her feet tremble and then the ceiling split open. Several owls flew down directly toward them, and Sunstreak screamed. She ran the opposite direction as fast as she could. Something jumped out in front of her. A Glide-snake! Sunstreak screamed and sliced off its head without a second thought, and then continued down the narrow path. Then she realized with horror that Star and Kari were not behind her! She gulped at what horrible fate they might be facing...

Star was running from falling pieces of lava and rocks, holding the limp body of the tiny kiwi, Kari. She hoped for SUnstreak's sake she was just passed out....she was hate to think what her death would do to her friend... She jumped over a boulder that was going to wipe her clean off the volcano and she screeched and as a boulder hit her....and she flailed to get her balance again.... She gripped Kari and jumped, getting back on the volcano, she gasped and looked around, looking for any crevices that she can hide in with Kari. SHe spotted a hole nearby and leaped into it, putting Kari at the safe bottom so she could keep lookout for any signs of Twilight, Juck, or Sunstreak. Or any zombie kiwis.

Twilight dodged a falling rock. She saw shapes flying toward her and loud screams but felt nothing. She shut her eyes tightly. She ran backwards but tripped and fell and her head landed on a rock. She fell unconsious. She opened her eyes. It was dark, but there was a ray of pale grey light coming from a crack. She squinted and saw two strange green circles in front of her. Her eyes focused and she saw it was an owl. It screetched and threw her to the ground then grabbed her neck. "Where are the locations to the gemssss...." It hissed. "I dont kn-Know" Twilight said pulling at the owl's talons around her neck. It tightened it's grip. "Well, pathetic bird. You are going to find me those locations or you can say goodbye to your life." Twilight looked at the owl horrified. Why did they need the gems? "Well! Im waiting for my answer! Or would you ranther me tear your throaght out right here, right now!?" His screetch echoed throughout the dark area. "Fine....but, dont hurt my friends." The owl nodded and let go, with an evil grin on his beak.

Sunstreak had decided to keep running. Finally, after an eternity of being inside the horrid volcano, She found an opening to the outside world. There was a few feet of lifeless rock and dirt, then a very large, dark-looking forest, that stretched on for miles. Sunstreak stumbled down a rough, stone-paved path, trying not the cry. She found a short tree with over-hanging branches and huddled under it. Star and Kari would be alright.. They had to be. She wouldn't be able to take it if they didn't....and Twighlight...Sunstreak gasped in horror. She hadn't even talked to Twighlight in at least a month, probably more. Sunstreak flashed back to a time in the past, before the adventure. She had been a mere hatchling then, a little older than Kari......She became lost in thought, and didn't see the dark shape creeping up behind her...

Star sighed and cuddled next to the small kiwi. She had just woken up, and was shivering with fear. "Starry." She said in her tin y voice, "Where's Sunny?" Star looked up and turned to her, "I don't know, little one. But, I know she's safe. She's a survivor, like we will be. None of those owls will get us, Sunny, or Twilight." Kari shivered and cuddled closer to Star, obviously believing her, but she had doubts. Star sighed again and looked out into the flaming skies, wondering what the others were doing. Then, after a few minutes went by, Kari was sound asleep, Star felt the brink of falling asleep, but she knew she had to keep watch, to protect little Kari, even if it meant killing another kiwi.

Twilight backed away from the owl as he flew off. She turned around and began running, tears pouring out of her eyes. I cant let the owls steel those locations to the gems. She thought to herself. She tripped over a small rock and fell on her face. She shouted in pain, but quickly covered her beak. The owl quietly flew above her in the darkness. She tried to sneak away but she was afraid the owl would spot her. She thought about the owl how, if it found her, it would rip her throat out. She clutched her throat.

Suddenly, a single word resounded across the entire temple, resounding through every hall, every room, and into the open air now showing above, and everything was still, everything was quiet.  Not soul spoke or moved, but all were watching.  A lone figure was striding through the hallway, a being so old as to be indisinguishable in the aspects of race or gender, though it was most certainly reptilian.  Red and orange robes, patterned with intricate designs, flowed behind it across the floor.  It held a black and shiny staff, curving and twisting, stopping at the top in a cobra head shape, though it certainly wasn't carved.  The figure, the staff of which appeared to be made of obsidian, also had strange metal sandals, made from strips of metal, which appeared to have flown together in the desired shape, and cooled immediately afterwards, for their didn't seem to be any seam between the individual strips.  It stopped right in the middle of all the action, and proclaimed, in a clear, thick voice, speaking to no one in particular, "I suppose the infinite power of Volcanoes isn't what it used to be.  Well, you people will either find the gem in the way I designated, or not at all.  Also, to determine that their will be no show of force, only contests of the mid, as I, once again, have designated, you shall all be temporarily be the same age and same race.  Of course, those of you who do not actually want to do this need some way out, as such, you need only to say so, and you will remember none of this.  Suddenly, the world went black, and Juck could see hear, feel, or smell no more.  ((Because I think getting captured by the Owl kingdom sounds rather boring, don't you?  There really would be no way out.))

Kari was stressed out. She had passed out several times, and woke to loud, scary noises all around. She wondered where Sunstreak was, but didn't worry. She was certain that Sunstreak would be ok....

She jumped when the loud voice spoke out. It made her ear-holes ache. Kari looked around for the source of it, but all she saw was Star sleeping soundly nearby, and some bits of magma that had landed around them. The voice paused and spoke again, but Kari only understood a few words of it. She walked up to Star and poked her with her beak. However, Star seemed to be deeply asleep, and she just mumbled something about death eaters. Kari poked her again, and then began to walk away slowly. She was intrigued by that strange echoing voice and wanted to find out what it was. 

Star woke up, yawned and began, "Kari?" She felt paniced when she saw the ltitle kiwi wasn't here. "Kari!?" She screamed and looked around worridly. "Kari!" She kept calling her name and she jumped out of the small crack and looked around, trying to find any sign of the tiny kiwi, "Oh man....oh man....I'll be killed if I don't find her," Star said to herself. "And Sunstreak will be so depressed about this! I've got to find her!" She ran aroudn the volcanoes shouting., "Kari!" And she found the tiny little kiwi. She panted, "Kari...never do that...again. Please, for the helth of many of us!" (Arm, is it okay if Kari is a special character? Special for something totally unrelevant to the gems?)

Twilight was now sure that the owl had passes. She got up and grabbed her sword. She could feel a small trickle of blood coming down her face, but she ignored it. She ran to find the others, though she had no idea where they were. She walked in the dark, wandering aimlessly through the night. She tripped on something hard and landed with a thud. "Ow! What in the world?" Something began glowing behind her. She turned around and saw a strange stone glowing a faint blue in the night. The stone itself wasn't glowing, but some strange markings on it were. It seemeed to be some sort of language, or map! She examined it, but couldn't read it. There was a small picture-carving of a gem like shape and a strange furry-looking creature. The rock immediatly stopped glowing.

Juck woke up slowly.  What had just happened?  He guessed the volcano mage had made it saved his fort, but couldn't be sure.  Juck remembered it with relatively good clarity, and was jolted out of his thoughts when he heard Twilight exclaim and saw the little light in the area wink out.  He got to his feet, grunting, and stood up, making his way to the general area he thought he saw the wall in, when there was a bit of light.  He called to Twilight, and told her to try and find the others, while he tried to find a door or an archway.

Twilight looked around. She could barely see anything. She walked through what seemed to be an archway. She saw something move in the shadows. She pulled out her gun, and held it close. She spun around, and ran directly into Juck. They fell to the ground, and heard a strange noise coming from farther down. "Who's there?!" Twilight yelled into the dark. There was another noise, and something that sounded like a blade. Shadows surrounded them. "Twilight aimed her gun, and fired. She heard a faint moan, and then a thud. The sound of footsteps came from everywhere. They were tied up, and had bags put over their heads. Twilight's gun had been knocked out of her hand. They were carried for a long time. When they were finally put down, it was colde and damp. Their head covoring were removed, and they could see a large black raven standing directly infront of them. "State your buisness!" Demanded the Raven. She had a spanish accent, and wore a red cape and strange blades were peeping through her black feathers. She was surrounded by other ravens. "Well?"

Sunstreak wrestled viloently with whatever it was in the darkness, trying to figure out what was attacking her. She fumbled around and grabbed her sword, and slashed into the air. She hit something solid that fell with a grunt and a thud, and didn't return. Sunstreak poked the body with her foot. It seemed to be...furry? no, feathery...She gasped as the pale light of dawn began to appear, showing what she had just killed...it was another strange zombie kiwi. It must have follwed her out....Sunsteak only hoped that there weren't any more to deal with. The sunlight began to get brighter, and she could make out another entrance to the cave she had just escaped from... "No! I can't go back in there!" Sunstreak told herself. but....Her only friends were in there....there had to be a way to get them out!" She was knocked down by a sudden gust of wind. "What the-" Sunstreak choked on her words. There in the sky was the dark shape of a....dragon-like creature. It was too dark to see any details, but Sunstreak noted with fear that it had very sharp claws....

She took off running toward the cave and jumped in before it could get her....

In the glorius Sky City, a huge metropolis of kiwi civilization, and surrounding villages and forests, all of which float thousands of feet above the planet. Of course, you may go wherever you like when possible :) The main mode of transportation are flying ships and hover-craft, but just about anything is acceptable.

The highly advanced empire of kiwi birds is at at war with the glide-snake empire. You must survive various attacks in various locations, and occasionally, other birds. The main villain is obviously, the glide-snakes (which are huge, about 3ft long) also there is an evil, traitorus kiwi named Terrance.

Mammals are virtually extinct or very rare ;)

Rules: same as most other rp's ;)
1. no bad words (swearing and such)
2. don't be overdescriptive XD
3. you may have a crush or a mate, but PLEASE don't make it all disgusting and gross. (make it more of a close friendship)
4. You can get hurt and possible die, but no killing some one else's character unless you have permission.
5. use your imagination! I do not want my first rp to be super boring and lame XD your kiwi can be any color(s) and have an awesome personality.
6. you may have a max of 3 characters, two MUST be kiwis and be your "main" characters, the other may be another kind of bird or snake or similar creature :)
