Deonday watched fearfully as the knife came closer, he wanted to run but his legs felt heavy. He found that he could hardly move, he was frozen with fear. He didn't want to die, Grendile... he would't let him die right?

Grendile watched as the knife came closer to Deonday, he looked back at Insanek calmly, "We haven't seen any sign of the caverns in Capricorn ourselves, and I'm afraid that's all I know. If we had more information we would have caught him by now."

Deonday knew well Grendile had more information than that! Was he trying to get him killed?

Xina growled and pounced on Jewels, knocking her to the ground. She laughed, slicing her claws into Jewels's arm. She snarled when someone grabbed her scruff and threw her aside. She glared at Jason, who was holding a gun pointed to her head.

Jason had ran over to Jewels when Holn left him, he threw Xina off her and now he was about to take care of the lioness. He mumbled to himself, preparing to pull the trigger.

Lilya helped Jewels sit up. "Are you alright? Can you move yet?" She asked, glancing at her legs. Of course, there was no way to cure her paralysis until the spell wore off. Stupid magic.

Jewels grabbed the arm the Xina clawed. She could feel her legs starting to tingle slightly. She slowly regained control of them again.

Zonan narrowed his eyes and looked around. He saw Jason pointing a gun at Xina. He smiled and pushed Lilya away from Jewels. He grabbed Jewels by the hair and lifted her up with it. He took advantage of the moment that she couldn't move. He held his sword to her neck and made a sound to get Jason's attention.

"Listen, dog-man. If you shoot the lion, she'll get her throat slit. But, she'll get her throat slit anyway, so you really have nothing you can do." Zonan grinned evilly.

Jason glared at Zonan, With his gun he shot Zonan's strong arm. "Can she get her throat slit now?" He taunted. He glared back at Xina, raising his gun up to her again. "I'm not done with the lion yet."

Xina only just glared at Jason. She cursed under her breath, she couldn't use magic in this form. She didn't even know if she could have time to turn human and to use magic on him then. She tore her claws into the train car's roof, glaring at Jason.

Lilya grunted as Zonan pushed her aside. She glared at him and jumped on his back, pulling his long hair. "Let her go!" She snapped.

"Get off of me!" Zonan shouted and tried to throw Lilya off of him. He finally managed to get her to lose her grip. As she flew off of him, he swung his sword at her, giving her a deep gash in her stomach. 

He narrowed his eyes when she hit the hard, steel roof of the train. He turned back to Jason and gripped his sword tighter. He smirked. "Now, my friend. It's your turn." Zonan cast a spell on Jason, letting Zonan control the arm holding his gun.

He made Jason hold his own gun to his neck. "What are you going to do now?" he asked, evilly.

 

Grendile had to pull Deonday to get him to move at all, he was shaking from seeing the lizard thing. Grendile was worried when saw how serious the situation was with the group, he needed to distract what seemed to be their leader. He noticed Lilya had been sliced in the stomach, he handed Deonday some bandages, "You go help Lilya." Grendile didn't want Deonday going after Zonan, especially after seeing what Zonan has done to Lilya, and knowing Zonan could use magic.

Deonday was slightly annoyed, why did he have to help her? He bet he could take on Zonan himself! He moved carefully, staying out of Zonan's sight, he made his way to Lilya with bandages. He was shocked to see how serious her stomach wound was, where was Lilya's elf? Maybe he could help, he looked down at Lilya, "Do you need help?" Deonday didn't think he could do much for her, he could probably only try and reduce the bleeding.

Grendile lunged at Zonan with his swords, he had to distract him so Jason could regain control of his hand. He slashed at Zonan when he was close enough.

Lilya glared at Deonday, her breath came quick. "O-obviously!" She held her stomach, trying to stop the bleeding. "H-hokey can't help, he doesn't know healing m-magic."

Jason glared at Zonan. He sighed with relief as Grendile distracted him. Jason fought for the control of his own arm. When he did have control again, he forced his gun away quickly. He ran to Jewels, grabbing her hand. "Are you alright?" He asked softly.

Xina growled. Grendile interfered with Zonan's plans. She glared at Jason and Jewels, knowing she'd have to take care of them herself. She ran to them, snarling. She leaped on Jason barreling him over.

Insanek grinned, took the map, and, somehow managing this while laughing to a ridiculous degree, remarked "That was easy.  Why didn't you just try that in the first place?"  And quickly left the train car before things got any messier.  He got several stares when he entered the next one over, but no one said anything.

 

Ferru, now fully charged, blasted a hole through the roof, and aimed for grendile inside.  He was tempted to taunt him, but he decided that he better save it for when Grendile noticed the gun wasn't actually trained on him.  Littledid he know that Insanek already had gotten anything that might be useful out of Grendile.

Zonan stumbled backwards, trying to block Grendile's swords. He managed to block them, so he slashed back at Grendile.

Jewels watched as Xina attacked Jason. She gasped slightly and tried to scoot away from them. She tried to get close to her gun so she could reach it because the spell still hadn't warn off in her legs. She had finally reached it. She picked it up and aimed it for Xina's neck. She pulled the trigger, sending a bullet flying straight toward the lioness.

Hina trotted over to Lilya. He looked over her and found the large gash in her stomach. He lowered his head and began to lick the wound, healing it almost instantly. He sat down and wagged his tail when he had finished.

Deonday looked at Hina, then Lilya's wound, how did the wolf do that? He held out his hand and helped Lilya get back up.

Grasha stayed at the sidelines of the fight, she didn't want to fight these people, she'd be injured the second she challenged any of them.

Xina roared as the shot hit her leg. She rolled on the ground, struggling to stand up. Her leg was bleeding and it hurt to even try to put weight on it. She glared at Jewels, trying her best to stand up. Only succeeding to collapse to the roof.

Jason sighed heavily, stretching his legs. Xina was disabled, so everything was fine for now. Probably won't be fine for long. He stared at Holn, who was watching him. The look in his eyes scared Jason a bit, but right now he didn't care.

Lilya stared at Hina, mesmerized. "How did he do tha... never mind." She let Deonday help her up, feeling stronger than she did before, but the blood loss still got to her. She stumbled.

Holn walked over to Jason and held out his hand to help him up. "That's very nice of your little girlfriend to take down that lion for you." He smiled.

Jewels sighed in relief when the lioness collapsed on the ground. She walked over to see if Jason was alright. She noticed Holn trying to help. She smiled at him and looked back at Jason. "Are you okay? Did she hurt you?" She asked.

Zonan backed away from the ghost. He knew that his blades were no use against him, so his best bet was to tire the ghost out. He dodged Grendile's swings without much trouble.

Jason just glared at Holn. He grunted at him and smiled when Jewels rushed over. "I feel fine now, she just gave me a few scratches, nothing too serious." He glared at Holn, pushing him away with a growl. He stared at the land under them, a harsh desert. They had to be close to Capricorn now, right?

Xina was in too much pain to bother to move. She just laid there, her eyes closed. She was breathing heavily because of the pain from her multiple wounds. She opened her eyes, and with a growl, she forced herself to try to stand up again.

Deonday looked at the wolf confused, he's seen stranger though, having travelled with a ghost for the past ten years. He looked back at Lilya, he saw her stumble, "Are you feeling alright?"

Jewels noticed the desert suddenly dropping off and turning into a large chasm with an ocean flowing into it. The train tracks formed a bridge over it. There was more desert on the other side of the chasm. She also noticed the wind suddenly started to pick up. She looked up and saw large, dark clouds looming overhead.

Holn shrugged at Jason's rudeness. He looked up and noticed the dark clouds as well.

Hina sniffed at Lilya. When he was sure that she was fine, he trotted back over to Jewels. He stopped when he was Xina trying to get back up. He bared his teeth and growled.

Yup! It's remade, to make it better than it was before (and maybe it won't be as confusing as before)
