Jason felt rage warm his face. "I am not an idiot!" He snapped. "You are! Hiding on the streets with a dumb, fat dog and staring at a demented lizard man is stupid!" He sighed, "What is your name and why are you here?"

Lilya heard a gun shot. She stood up and grabbed her sword and gun. She dragged Hokey after her and followed where she heard the shot.

Jewels chuckled and grabbed his shirt collar forcefully, pointing her gun to his face.

"Was that an insult? I've been called worse by a dead cat. Now if you want to keep that pretty little face of yours, you'd better get out of here." She shoved him backwards and shot a bullet at his feet, trying to get him to leave faster.

"You dont want to get involved with what I do." She snapped at him and walked back down the alleyway and into the moonlit streets of the city. She could hear the footsteps of someone coming up behind her.

Why cant I just be left alone?

Jason was shooken, but he wasn't giving up so easily. He didn't come all the way from Carnon City for nothing. He stared after Jewels, "You're a bit rough for a pretty little girl." He said smoothly. He had to learn more about her.

Lilya dodged late-night walkers, determined to find whoever shot that gun. "Master!" She glanced at Hokey who was trembling. "I... I feel the presence of a ghost!" A ghost? Lilya looked around, sword in hand. She saw a man talking quietly to a pale figure, pointing at a building. She watched silently.

"-Over there, that's where they are," Deonday suggested towards a building. Grendile looked at the building, then back at Deonday, "Are you sure they have the information we need?" Deonday nodded, "Yes, I saw them with it." Grendile thought about this for a minute, the people they were after might have information on the criminal. The people they were after were also cyborgs, which he knew were very dangerous. "I may investigate it alone then, do you know how many there were?" Deonday remembered seeing only a few cyborgs. "I think there were only a few, I don't think they'd be a problem for us."

Jewels blushed at the compliment slightly and shook her head. She turned around to face the man that kept following her.She crossed her arms and eyed over him suspiciously.

He didn't look like he was from around here. She wondered why he was here.

"What do you want from me?" She demanded. She glared at him and held her gun behind her back, ready to shoot, just in case.

Why do I end up with all the crazy guys all the time? She thought.

Hina stood at her side and growled at the man, drool running down his face, causing him to look even more ferocious that he already was.

Jason coughed. "I want to know who you are and what you do." He began to explain why he was here. "An old man described you and told me you were of intrest, as well as a few others. I came from Carnon City."

Lilya couldn't help but listen in on them. Cyborgs? She moved closer, remaining silent. Hokey sneezed, giving her away.

Deonday heard a sneeze and took out his gun. He saw a woman and her elf had been spying on them. He didn't want anyone to know what they were doing. He looked at the woman annoyed and raised his weapon.

Grendile saw the woman and her elf, had they been spying on them this entire time? He didn't want that risk, not now. He didn't want to risk having a sweeper get to their criminal before they could. "Deonday, put the gun down." Deonday looked at Grendile as if he were insane, the woman was spying on them! "Drop the gun now." Deonday put his weapon away wondering why the ghost wouldn't let him shoot. Grendile turned to the woman who had been spying on them, "What do you want?" Grendile didn't want any spies, but he certainly didn't want Deonday to kill someone innocent.

Dropping a heavy sigh, Jewels glared at him. She hated telling people who she was and what she did. She always believed it would get her into a mess of trouble.

"My name is," She began, taking another breath. "Jewels. I am a sweeper. I Kill to keep others safe for a living."She pointed her gun at him.

"Now, who are you and what are you doing here?" She kept her finger on the trigger. She glared into his eyes and aimed her gun at his head.

"Well, spit it out!" Her slight accent rang clearly though the night, spooking a nearby rat.

Jason had a steady voice. "My name is Jason and I'm a sweeper as well. Very nice to meet you, Jewels."

Lilya felt nervous. The man's intention was to kill her. "I'm sorry, I was looking for a gun shot, I didn't mean to bother you.."

"I understand," Grendile was relieved that he didn't have to kill the woman. If she had attacked Deonday he'd have been forced to attack her. He turned to Deonday who was looking hatefully at the woman and her elf. "Let's go, we don't want to waste our time." Deonday glared hatefully at the woman one last time before fallowing Grendile. When they were far enough Deonday snapped at Grendile, "She was a spy! What's wrong with you!?" Grendile continued walking foreward, never keeping his eyes off the building. "She wasn't doing any harm, it's fine. I doubt she'll fallow us after you pointed a gun at her."

Jewels scoffed and rolled her green eyes.

"Whatever, Jason." She walked up to him and glared into eyes. She shoved him out of her way and gave a small grunt.

"I wont be so nice next time you get in my way." She said turning around to glare at him with a cold stare, loading her heavy green gun and shoving it back into the holster. She whistled and Hina came running at her and walked at her side, his thick black fur rubbing up against her leg.

Jewels walked into a nearby hotel and got a room to stay in for the night.

When she walked into the room, the smell of flowers and fresh sheets filled her nostrils. She smiled. She flopped down onto her bed. She sighed, knowing she didn't catch any criminals tonight. Tomorrow's gonna be fun. She thought sarcastically.

Jason scoffed. Was he scared of her? Of course not! He followed her silently, watching her go into a hotel. He thought it best not to go inside, since he had a small bounty on his head. He settled into an alleyway close by.

Lilya thought that these two were interesting. She followed in the shadows, Hokey behind her. She made a gesture to the small elf, signalling him to stay silent.

Deonday continued to fallow Grendile to the building. He stopped when he heard footsteps. He turned around, there was no one there. Maybe he was imagining things. Deonday ran to catch back up with Grendile.

Grendile knew they were being fallowed, he could hear the footsteps of someone fallowing them. He ignored it for the most part, but he couldn't let the woman and elf fallow them for long. Deonday took out his gun and turned around again, he had heard footsteps again. He looked around and saw a shadow move. Was the woman still fallowing them? He shot in the direction of the shadow, hoping he hit who ever was there.

Jewels settled into the bed and closed her eyes, feeling the warmth from the blankets wrapped around her. Hina was at her feet, already sleeping. She breathed in deeply and let out a sigh.

She had almost fallen asleep when a strange feeling came upon her. She was being followed.

She sat up in bed and looked around the room, rubbing her eyes. She flung off the blanket and stood up, putting on her gun holster. She walked over to the window and opened it. She looked down into the alleyway below and saw the man from before, Jason. She narrowed her eyes.

"Him again?!" She scoffed to herself. She reached for her gun, but stopped herself. "Why does he keep following me? Ugh." She walked out of the room and down to the hotel lobby. She walked outside into the cold night and walked over to the alleyway where Jason was hiding to confront him.

Lilya nearly got hit, but she jumped away in time. She breathed deeply and continued to follow them, being more careful how she moved.

Jason saw Jewels. He narrowed his eyes and took out his gun. How did she know he was here? He thought that she was sleeping. "Hello again, Jewels, is it?"

Yup! It's remade, to make it better than it was before (and maybe it won't be as confusing as before)
