Sora's nose twitched. She was woken up by the faint smell of food. It smelled really good and she could tell that it was somewhere nearby. Now, if only she could find its source and devour it. She was hungry and she desperately wanted the food. Her eyes were still shut at the moment. She was afraid that when she opened her eyes, all she would see would be nothing.
It was a horrible thought. One so horrible that she dared not open her eyes in fear that she would only see darkness for the rest of her life.'I cannot allow that to happen to me,'Sora spoke inside her head.'I will not allow myself to lose my sight. If only for a short time, I will not open my eyes for anything! Not even to look at my pack! Not even Justin! One glance, just one little glance could ruin everything! Without my eyesight, I will only be a nuisance to them all! Like a pup who depends solely on their parents and other pack members! Like a newborn pup! I'm sorry, but I have to deceive you for a few days, my pack. Please forgive me Justin. I am only doing what I think is best for the pack.'
Sora was lying on her back on top of the animal skins, thinking these thoughts when a single tear slid down her face. Sora hoped that they would not take notice of it. In spite of themselves, the wolves had fallen asleep due to the day's events. All except Veronica who noticed that the left side of Sora's face was tear-stained. This was the side facing away from the other wolves, no wonder why they did not see it.
Veronica helped Sora up until she was sitting. "Here," Veronica spoke as she hand-fed her. Sora knew that she was supposed to chew the meat bits in it, but she was too tired and hungry to care and just ended up swallowing them whole. "Hungry aren't you? Well, it's nice to see that you still have your appetite." Eventually Sora polished off the last of the soup and was laid back down to sleep, only this time, Sora was sleeping soundly. Was this really the same lively wolf that Veronica had seen with her brother a year ago? Sora looked so frail now, so vulnerable, so...broken.

Lillian watched as everyone made a fuss over the Heath of Sora and she was going to say something to but no one seemed to hear her. The lady Veronica had patched up everyone and had even fed everyone ice walrus soup which had been very good. Then Lillian went to sleep buy not before running the day over in her mind. Lillian had also seen the lady Veronica talk to Firin and Justin and seen her touch there arms and smile and she had never seen someone do that to them since Raiku and Sora and just the thought of her made her sad. Soon they would rescue her

Sora had been out cold for quite some time now. The other wolves had been concerned, until they were told by Veronica that Sora was merely exhausted from her injuries. Her mixed brown fur was seen rising and falling with each breath. She would recover in time-eventually. 

'I have to speak up and tell them to find Raiku or they will not leave,'Sora realized. "You have to find Raiku." She could sense the other wolves staring at her. Good. They were listening to her. Justin was saying how glad he was that she was alive. Unfortunately, she did not have time to respond to that. Raiku was in danger, she could sense it somehow. "You have to find Raiku,"I repeated. "She is in danger. Firin, if you are here, you have go and save her before it's too late." Sora spoke, still in her human form. She was on her back while saying this to the pack. Soon, she would be asleep again. At least Raiku would be rescued.

"Don't worry about me, I will be fine while you rescue Raiku. Just go!" Most of the wolves there left the cave to come up with a plan to get Raiku back from the Noble. Sora knew that Lillian was there and at least another wolf but was not sure exactly who. There were too many different scents to distinguish from. She lay waiting for the news that the pack had been successful and that Raiku was back safely.

"Lillian, please come here." Sora called softly. She had a feeling that Lillian was not getting the attention that the poor pup needed. The other wolves were far enough away that Sora could hold a somewhat private conversation with Lillian. "Lillian, the other wolves here are ignoring you aren't they?" Lillian did not answer. "Not responding to me huh? Well, just do not mind them too much when they do that. They are worried about my recovery. If I recover, which I will." Sora placed her hand on top of Lillian's head.

"You have already proven that you can hold your own against an enemy, but you will stay here. Raiku would want it that way. That and Veronica might need some help with something. Speaking of which, I am...shall we say unable to move hardly at all, much less turn into my wolf form if I wanted to. You need a new protector."

"Veronica, would you take care of her for me? It would only be until our pack member, Raiku returns. I know how much you adore pups."

That freaking Gabriel! Justin thought. "I swear if he comes near sora,I will personally throw him off a cliff!" Justin was very upset that Gabriel and Sora dated.he was even more upset that sora was so badly injured. He couldn't stand to see her like this.he had to go save raiku but he was hesitant to leave sora. After a hug,he Gabriel and Firin set out in the direction of the dukes castle. Gabriel kept bragging about how sora would snuggle up to him at night,and lick his ear. Justin snapped. "well guesss what gabriel! She dumped YOU and now you are alone living in a smelly cave with your sister and the walrus!" After that Gabriel just snarled and walked ahead. Justin looked over at Firin he was so miserable.they had to get to the castle soon or else...well he didn't want to think what the duke would do...

The evil man the duke had sent to " talk" to raiku grabbed her by her chain collar and dragged her into a room.he then sat on a chair and reached for his trusty whip. "now let's set some rules.i will ask you a question.you will ANSWER the question, or face the consequences..."he said with a twisted smile. "now how many hunters have you killed?" Raiku just stared at a scratch on the floor,not wanting to see the mans ugly face.for not responding raiku sadly got the "consequences".she got up from the floor.she looked at her shoulder where the man whipped her.it was bleeding and stinging like fire ants got in her coat. "again how many have you killed?" "more then 50..."she replied. "why did you kill them?" "because they were murders!"she yelled. Yelling got her another "consequence". "it's funny how you say they are murders when you've killed more then them." She sat and tried to push the thought away.her teenage years were only ful of hate,pain,and death.and she caused most of it... "now,your pack were are they heading?" She Couldn't tell him this,it would put her pack in danger. She was hit several times before the man just let out a sigh. "your not going to talk heh?"he walked ever closer to her.he then gave her a good drop kick in her ribs,breaking at least one of them. Just then the duke came in. "you can't kill her!" "why not?!?" "because I need her for paradise you fool!" He was pretty mad,raiku just layed on the floor,sore,and bleeding. "what did you learn?" "that she IS the ONE..." "good then she will be perfect for her purpose.a nice ruthless murderer will be a nice path finder for paradise..." He left.again raiku was in this small room with that foul man. "well,I don't think evil murderers deserve even a cell.so you can stay here.i wonder when's the next time they will feed you?" He walked off laughing to himself. Raiku sat and thought about the horrible things she had done.she hoped she could forget about it,she had her own pack and she even had little lilian to take care of.how would they react if they found out SHE was a evil murderer.though she only killed those men because they killed her kind. She sat and thought.she got a worried feeling in her stomach once she realized that the duke could tell her friends at any moment. She was his puppet...

Gabriels chest popped out how dare that mutty wolf say what he said to him. Gabriel did not live with his sister he lived in his own cave near by the only reason he had stayed at his sisters was to stay near Sora and even though he had been dumped by her it was only cause he didn't want to leave his sister when she left. Of course Sora probally didn't even know he was there she was asleep almost every minute. Firin, Justin, and Gabriel were the only ones going to rescue the women who they called Raiku they were the only males so that ment Veronica, Sora, and Lillian stayed. Gabriel was deep in thought when the sent of a wolf one he knew on a personal level drew near, it was Axel his deep black hair fur clashing with the snow if he joined us my sister was gonna rip his head off. The hackles on Justin and Firin rose "dont worry hes a friend of mine looks like we have four males now" Gabriel said.

Axel had been traveling back to the canyon when he seen three male wolves coming his way and he was prepared to fight all of them when he noticed Gabriel was there. Gabriel was saying something to the other wolves. Gabriel was still his pitch white wolf form just like his sister..... Veronica just her name left a pang in Axels heart. Axel shoock his head one of the wolves was brown with light spots across his fur and the other was a reddish silver that resembled a fox he was the smallest but Axel had learned not to judge a smaller wolf and he had learned that from experience."Gabriel why are you traveling outside of the canyon with out your sister and who are these two?" Gabriel seemed to be thinkig it over when another sent drifted to him anger, sadness, and other jumbled up emotions. Axel had learned to zone his sense to smell even the smallest sents in the air or hear even the slightest sound. He could also smell the tension between teh brown and white one and Gabriel.

Veronica had made Lillian a little parka for when she was in her human form and she was playing in the snow. Veronica found the pups antics in the snow very amusing. Veronica had always wanted to have children and she still could because of the fact that she was 18 but she felt like time was still leaveing her. Veronica and Lillian played all day outside careful not to disturb the sleeping Sora. Soras wounds were healing nicely and Veronica had no doubt that she would be up before her brother, Justin, and Firin returned. Lillian seemed to be sad and Veronica was sure it was caused by her worry for her pack members Veronica knew how she felt if she had ever lost Gabriel she was sure she would die.

"How you been Axel" Gabriel said when he was in human form and slapped axel on the back a little to hard for comfort after all Gabriel still remembered what he had done to his sister he would always remember. The only thing keeping Gabriel from snapping Axels back was the thought that they need help. "We were just going to look for a cave to sleep in" Gabriel said to Axel. When Gabriel heard Justin and Firin complaining that they need to keep going he snapped "This storm will kill us if we dont find shelter and we need to be in top shape tmr me and Axel with go hunt after we find the cave"

The four male wolves travel about 10 feet when they found a cave un claimed. Axel sniffed the cave "All clear" he said.  "Firin Justin start a fire but make sure its small we want no unwanted attention" with that Gabriel left the cave with Axel.

They came back ten minutes later with Seal and all of them ate in silence they all slept right after each thinking of the task before them.

Sora was glad that Lillian was getting some attention now. That and Veronica seemed to have accepted the responsibility of taking care of the little pup. After yawning and stretching, Sora decided that she had been cooped up long enough. Her fur shone gold in the pale morning light. Now it was time to open her eyes and see if she was blind or not.

When she opened them, the first thing that she saw was snow. Her heart soared at the realization that she could see clearly. Looking down at her paws, she realized that she was still covered in bandages. They were not doing their job in healing her anymore so she carefully sliced them and shook them off. They were no longer a hindrance to her anymore.

One ear pricked forward. Lillian and Veronica were playing outside in the snow, having a great time and enjoying themselves. Sora cocked her head at them before racing outside and showering them with snow when she stopped abruptly. Sora shook her fur to get the snow off but only succeeded in covering Veronica and Lillian with even more snow. This was all great fun to Sora who nearly lost her balance while laughing. Veronica and Lillian looked more like a giant pile of snow than a wolf and a pup.

Storm paced his cage no one had let him out you think not biting anyone for the week would make the servants like him more but he was going to bite someone when he got out. He missed his brother Chain and his master dune. Storm knew they where in the castle it was just a matter of getting out he didn't want to break the bars again that would make his matter mad. Just then a man came to Storms cage "Heres your food you mutt" the man said he had had no clue who storm was so storm snapped at him and let out a vicious snarl and bellowed a long loud howl calling his brother Chain this man was going to be toast. The man had probally barley started his job and it was going to end so soon.

Axel knew that Gabriel and Veronica would be mad at him after all he had left with no warning leaving nothing but the wind ehind him the only mistake he had made was not telling Veronica. He had dreamed about her every day since he had been gone. He tossed and turned in his sleep he wondered what she was doing now probaly sleeping but maybe not. He let out a sigh. Axel go up and went outside in his human the cold ice felt unnatural against his skin but it didn't matter he was used to pain the scars scattered across his body proved it few males could pass the canyon but those who did talked of the beautiful female  white wolf Axel had faught them all. Axel sat down maybe it was best if he left. Axel looked back no he thought Im tired of running.

It was great to be outside again! The day was beautiful although it was a little icy, but that was to be expected. Lillian had gone inside the cave for a nap after Veronica had requested it. Veronica had surprised Sora by stating that the two male wolves, Gabriel and Justin, were fighting over Sora.

"Really?! So Gabriel and Justin are fighting over who dates me?! Great." Sora sighed. "That's just great and here, I thought that the feeling was mutual between Gabriel and I. He couldn't leave you and I couldn't leave without knowing what had become of my pack members who left for Paradise. It's not your fault. It would have never worked out between us. He has changed a lot from when I saw him last. I hate to say this, but Gabriel is going to have to realize that I'm not his mate anymore."

Sora thought back to the first part of their conversation and blushed, her ears started to burn up as well. "Oh, and about me and Justin...we're not mates...Well,...not yet...at least...I have a lot to explain when he gets back...about Gabriel...and pretty much everything else...He'll probably hate me for it..." Sora stuttered, brushing her hand over her head, then busied herself with plucking the petals off of a nearby flower.

Sora hastily changed the subject. "So, I was wondering how Axel's doing. I haven't seen him for a long time and I'm getting the feeling that he is not here. I know that you two were very close and...Veronica are you okay?" Sora cut herself off because Veronica seemed to be distraught.'What was going on here? What happened to Axel?' Sora asked this in her head but she had no answer to her own question.

Veronica felt tears forming in her eyes Veronica had never cryed but just his name brought on a onslaut of tears "He left me Sora without even saying good bye to me" was all she could manage to say. Veronica felt like she was being torn from the inside out. Veronica had always flirted with all the wolves that passed threw th canyon but she had never loved any the way she loved Axel. "Sora I feel like he was my life mate Im so lost without him and I don't even know where he has gone and....." Veronica broke off Sora must know how it felt to have your heart sredded ito little peaces.

There are 3 places to start: The stinky, North city that is pretty much ruined and full of scientists and criminals. The South City, which is an island where you have to tow heavy boxes or get whipped so you can have food. Or the rural areas, such as the mountains, desert, forest, or ruins.
Plot
If you haven't heard about the show Wolf's Rain, well it is a time way in the future in a pretty much post apocalyptic world where wolves "died" over 200 years ago. There are a number of cities where you try to survive as a wolf and find paradise. Also, wolves have a human cloak where they trick the humans hunting them to see a human form, not their wolf form. Paradise is where Lunar Flowers bloom and only wolves know the way to paradise. Also, wolves have almost super powers, such as jumping like a ninja up a wall and being able to survive drops humans usually wouldn't. If you are a royal-well, i'm not going to explain-look Wolf's Rain up on youtube. There will be challenges, mystery, sacrifice, friendship and happiness.
History
Loads of wolves have tried to get to Paradise. All have dissapeared, unless they returned early. As the red moon approaches (the end of the earth) wolves must go on the quest for paradise-or die. The rest of the history will go on with this RP.
Rules
sigh... Look at my other RP rules-same as usual. The max is 6 characters and you can't make another persons character same something silly if you don't want them to. Not TOO much controlling others characters unless you have permission.
