The water would come in and rush over his legs covering him like a blanket before receding back into the ocean again, Smoke let out a cough as he choked up the bitter tasting salt water, and grunted as he tried to lift his head to look around, his throat was dry and soar and he could feel blood running down the side of his face, he reached up to feel for the injury and sure enough he had a long gash running down along his jaw line, and it burned, odds are because of the salt water stinging at it.

He crawled forward to get out of the waters grasp before it would have been able to pull him back out to sea, once he got far enough forward he collapsed on the ground again, but managed to land on his side so he could look around, tired and exhausted he opened his eyes, they burned to an extreme degree, what he saw was like nothing he had ever seen before, the greenery behind the vast spread of rock and sand, he knew he was completly lost, he just wished he knew where the others were, or if they were even alive.

Lokri opened her eyes and closed them quickly when they started to burn. Her whole body ached. It felt like she and jumped off a cliff and survived. She felt water run over her legs and she finly pushed her self up. She opened her eyes and tried to forget about the burning and looked around. The Green dense forest cought her eyes. Then the sandy beach to the roling waves of the ocean. She was lost.

She managed to pull herself away from the waters cool grasp and move farther among the beach until she was forced to slump back to the ground to rest. Others still had to be alive. She couldnt be the only one to survive what just happened. The qestion was...were where they?

Smoke winced as he struggled to rise up to his feet, but slowly, he managed it.  Taking in a deep and rather relieving breath, he scanned over the area around him for any sign of the others.  He bend over with his hands on his knees suddenly becoming a little dizzy and tried to pace himself, he was not able to move very fast just yet.  Instantly, he began to notics the imense pain and throbbing coming from the wound on his head, that was from a rock, he assumed anyways, but he was barly able to withstand the pain, yet was determind to move on.
Lokri walked over and sat down nect to a tree. Her body still hurt and she could only stand for a minimum amont of time before the world was a blurr and she seemed to fall to the ground. She put her hand on her head and looked at the sandy ground. She used her fingure to draw in the sand for a while. She needed to find the others. More chance of surviving in packs. She lifted her head and looked around. Nobody in sight. She let out a sigh. Were were they? All the others... they had to be here as well...they couldnt be dead.
Slowly but surly, Smoke started on his way down the beach shore, wincing every other step he took; right, left and wince, right left and wince; he knew that he probably had a broken rib.  He made sure that through the pain he was keeping an eye out for signs of the others.  His right hand clentched his left side as he walked, but was giving the strongest attempt to fight the pain and push it out of his mind.  His eyes were focused as he scanned the beach, a foot print was what he was hoping for, when, there, he saw it, the tracks of a human, what he hoped was another survivor of the wreck, instantly he began to follow them through the sand.
Lokri finished her drawing of a wolf head then she got up. She would move on BUT if any survivers saw this they would they would know someone else was here with them. She got up and and started walking closeing her eyes and opening them again to the pain. Pain is just something that seeps out of your body... she thought to herself. She made decent distance and slumped back down again. She started to draw in the sand again. This time of a dragon. This was the onlything that kept her mind away from what is happening. She lifted her head again and leaned back against the tree. Tomarrow she would head into the forest alittle ways and see if she could find someone , or maybe she should stick to the beach. She let out a long sigh and contuied to draw.

Smoke was having a harder time now that he had walked that distance, he bent down, hands on his knees and took a few breaths before he straightened himself up again and turned his face out towards the sea, the breeze whipped at his face which wasn't as soothing as he hoped it would be, the salty air stung at his wounds.

He hadn't walked any farther and his throat burned more than ever and was barly able to utter any words, he wanted to call out to see if he was able to get a reply, but obviously that wasn't an option, so he put his fingers to his mouth, taking in a breath and let out a loud, piercing whistle, and waited for a reply, of any kind.

Lokri snapped out of her doze when the percing whisal rang out. She turned her head and tryed to figure out were it came from. She decided on back were she had came from. She got up. She decided to do a three note whistal her father had tought her. She drew in a large breath tasted the salty ari then whistaled back. She listened to her own whistal as it echoed and then started walking. Might as well try to find who ever made that. Not much of a plan to play games back and forth at calling. And for all she knew...it was a bird...or ther person though SHE was a bird.
Smoke's head shot up at the whistled reply, he grinned and began stumbling forward towards it, faster than he thought he was able to go he attempted to call out in words "Hello?!" but it came out in a deep, hoarse and yet nearly silent croak and made his throat burn even more, none the less, he tried again "Any body out there?!" he called out, only to have the same effect put on his voice, resulting in a painful straining on his throat, giving up the talking, he plundered forward still towards where he figured the whistle had came from.
Lokri stoped. She didnt know if she could call out. Finaly she gave up poundering and tried it. "Is anyone out there?" Her voice was cracked and sore but it worked good enough. "Can you hear me?" She tried out again. She kept moveing forward. Her pace starting at a walk and then turned into a running. The pain in her body subsided for the time being for she was just focused on finding another one of the Castaways. She stoped and looked around. She scanned the area and then she spoted him. He was running towards her in a staggering pace.
Smoke instantly spotted Lokri after she had called out and smiled, giving off a low, relieved chuckle to himself.  Slowing down to a walk, which was more steady for him than full out running, he continued to make his way towards her and he straightened himself to his full height of around 6 foot 3 attempting to look as painless and sturdy as possible.  He was not one to have sympathy put over him if he was hurt; and he walked up towards Lokri with a smile spread across his face, partily of relief that he wasn't alone, and the other, he was just glad to see her.
Lokri stopped and waited so see if anyone else was comeing. Nobody. She then turned her gaze back towards Smoke and headed towards him. He could tell he was wounded, but if he was in pain he didnt show it. The pain in her body hit her like a sledge hammer but she was to happy to see someone else alive to care. When they got closer she could see the extent of his wounds. Not that bad, but bad wnough. The long wounds on the side of his face along his jaw line was bleeding. She lifted her hand and gave alittle wave to him.
Smoke caught her wave and smirked, before he raised his hand in a small wave as well.  Taking the final steps in approaching her, he took a quick glance at the injuries she had, but he just looked at her with a smile.   He could not even really think of any thing to say, not that he would be able to talk anyway, if he did he would have had to half way whisper it because of his throat, he was just glad he found someone else here, and alive no less.  He just sort of looked at her for a moment, even his smile and shrunk a little but that wasn't all to noticable, it was like a dream almost, that she was here with him, but that dream had started off as a nightmare.
Lokri tried to make up her mind if she should say something. She was always a silent type, but who knows if that followed right now. She just settled for a simple small smile her liquid Gold colored eyes gleaming with the fact she found someone. But now the qestion was, how would they get back. How would they survive on her, and what to do next. She became lost in some sorta thought trying to figure things out. Well they were lost, yes, but were should we go and what should we do? She let out alittle sigh and turned her attention back to Smoke.
Smoke looked at her for a moment before finally deciding to say somthing "It's nice to see you Lokri" he said in his raspy and cracked whisper of a voice "Are you alright? I mean, anything broken?" he added, in what was left of his voice, it wasn't much, he needed water, his throat was dry and it hurt, but he wasn't about to let his pain out in the open "You can walk right?" he sounded a little more concerned than before, he knew he was hurt but didn't want to push her father than she was able to go.
