Arakbh closed in, in a bush a few yards away from his target.  He was with another in the group...  Arakbh didn't want any trouble, so he waited in the bush for the other one to leave.  He was in a weird position, and after a few moments, shifted his foot just a little...  Rats!  He'd stepped on a twig!  He'd tracked this guy since the cave, only to be discovered now!  Oh wait, he was walking away from the other one...  That certainly wasn't wary.  Well, curiosity killed the cat.  Arakbh shot this thought out of his mind.  He wasn't going to kill him.  Only put him into a vegetable-like state.  Arakbh didn't actually know if his victims were capable of higher cognition while paralyzed, but he really didn't care.  Oh!  HEre he was!  He'd been rambling in his head again!  Arakbh pricked the guys arm and waited for him to drop.
Deonday felt a sharp pain in his arm. He didn't have time to scream or yelp. He quickly fell to the ground, there wasn't a thud because he had landed in a pile of moss. He saw a strange scorpion like being looking over him. He couldn't scream or talk right now for some strange reason. Deonday could only helplessly wait and wonder what this thing wanted with him. He had no clue what this thing wanted with him, or if he was going to drag him away somewhere else. He tried to move his arm but he couldn't even try. His entire body was limp and be was unable to move a muscle. He attempted to talk but he couldn't even try. He lay there helpless on the ground.
Arakbh bent over, and grabbed the guys ankle with his slender (proportionatly, anyway) claw, raise dhis arm in the air, his target was about half a foot in the air at this point, as he was a bit taller than Arakbh.  He thought for a moment about how exactly to carry him, then shrugged and decided to drag him across the forest floor.  He heeaded back to his temporary camp, walking silent on his arachnoid legs.  He tied his target to a sack which had previously been filled with meat of some sort, so he wouldn't get wounded some how, while being dragged for half a mile or so.  He then started for the next city over, rambling in his head about some sort of rat-eating weed, and how he better not step in it's trap.

Jwewls narrowed her eyes and smiled. She snatched her gun from him, though he didn't let go. She pulled him close to her and kissed him gently on the lips, making him let go of her gun. She smiled in a friendly manner and stuffed the gun back into her gun holder. She looked aroudn when she heard a thud. "What was that?" She asked. She didn't see Deonday fall to the ground again.

Zonan looked behind at Jade. "Yes, be patient. It will take at least two hours to get to the city, and we dont want to waste any time." He looked forward again and continued walking, speeding up his pace.

Deonday wasn't even able to try and move, no matter how hard he focused. He only saw darkness because he was in a sack. He had a feeling this creature might be a bounty hunter. He thought of the group, he hoped that they'd move on without him. He felt the ground underneath him, he knew he was being dragged. He wanted to ask at least about this creatures name. He knew that this creature was probably going to turn him in for the bounty which for a fact now was 1 billion. The criminals was 5 billion. Deonday after awhile had grown tired of thinking, so he had fallen asleep. It was about the only thing he could do.

Grendile looked around noticing Deonday was gone. "We have a problem. Has anyone seen Deonday?"

Xina crossed her arms, narrowing her eyes, she looked at Farren who trotted next to her in silence. Farren gave her a hard stare and then continued to look forward with narrowed eyes. Xina ignored Jade's complaints and moved a little closer to Zonan who gave her a stare."I love you..." She whispered, making sure only he could hear her.

Jason stared at Jewels in surprise and blushed a little but shook it away. He now noticed that Jason was gone and began to ponder on where he could have gotten to.

Lilya shook her head- she had a slight headache and she was unbearably tired. Now she noticed Deonday disappeared, so she was frantic, "Deonday!?" She called in a worried tone.

Grendile couldn't see any sign of Deonday which made him a bit worried. He looked over at Lilya who seemed frantic. "He's not here." Grendile looked at the bush where he disappeared. There was scorpion like tracks, and there was an imprint that suggested a body was here, and a different creature. By the imprint of a body in the moss there was a gun. Deonday was here, he could tell. "Lilya, you should come see this." He waited until Lilya came over to the bush. "Whatever had gotten ahold of Deonday probably had killed him already. We'll probably have to move on without him." Grendile hated to admit the fact that Deonday might be dead. He knew Lilya was very upset about this.
Lilya snapped. She unsheathed her sword, denying the fact that he would be dead, "No. You guys go on without me." She said darkly, "I'll find him and slice off the head of whoever took him, and I'll bring him alive." She slinked into the shadows, following the imprints where his body would have been dragged. She heard a grunt and a rustle in the bushes nearby and hid in the shadows, now appreciating the fact that her cloak was black. Lilya saw a strange scorpion-human and almost screamed, but she approached him calmly, unsheathing her sword so she wouldn't seem like anyone dangerous. She leaned against a tree staring at the sack it held. She cleared her throat and the scorpion stared at her. "What do you think you're doing?" Lilya growled hatefully.
Deonday heard Lilya, this woke him up. He tried to make some sort of noise. He couldn't even groan or talk. He tried to move but he wouldn't even budge. He could only silently breath. He felt Akrabh begin to run. Deonday could only helplessly lay inside the sack. He knew that Lilya was chasing Akrabh. He suddenly felt concrete, he realized that Akrabh was now dragging him through a city! He knew it was his hometown because the constant police sirens. He knew Lilya was still chasing them. He only hoped that Lilya could catch up with them.

Grendile knew they'd have to get moving soon. "It's up to the rest of you if we get moving without them." Grendile knew Hokey would probably not leave without Lilya.

Usud continued to walk, his legs were beginning to get a bit tired. "How much further is it?"

Lilya chased the scorpion holding her sword close to her chest now. She smiled and slinked into an alleyway, appearing in front of the scorpion and he skidded to a halt staring at her in fear. "Now, were we running?" She asked in a cold voice, holding her sword out, "Now, let go of my husband and I won't kill you.." She snapped, lying about Deonday being her husband- but she hoped it was convincing.

Hokey crossed his arms, "But.. I have to be loyal to my master..." He mumbled.

Xina crossed her arms, answering Usud's question, "Well, don't you see it?" She scoffed gesturing towards the city in the distance, "I'm sure you can judge how far we are from it now."

Deonday heard Lilya's voice, he was relieved to hear her again. Deonday felt Akrabh drag him somewhere all to familiar, the exchange center. He felt Akrabh let him out and set him on the exchange table. Just as he was set on the table the poison wore off. Deonday got up and tackled Akrabh. He was now outside in the open. He saw Lilya running towards him. While he was distracted he felt a prick in his neck, then he felt paralysis set in again. He fell to the ground unable to move. Akrabh was standing above him. He saw Lilya running towards him.

Grendile looked at Hokey, understanding that he didn't want to leave. "Then we'll wait for her to come back."

Usud saw the city in the distance, he was glad they were almost there.

Lilya stood in front of Deonday protectively, glaring at Arakbh who seemed to ignore her completely. She slashed, hearing a strange crunch she never really was familiar with and a gash appeared on the scorpian's chest. She stared at it- noting it looked different from normal human wounds. He must be mostly scorpion then, to have it's body structure like that. She glared at the employer who was cowered in a corner and she snarled, disgusted by these people, "They watch us while we do all the work!" She growled and glared at Akrabh again.

Hokey crossed his arms, hoping his master was all right.

Deonday watched helplessly as Lilya fought Akrabh. He focused as hard as he could but he still couldn't move. Deonday just wanted to go back to the group, he was tired of fighting. He just wanted to rest, but he couldn't or something even worse could happen to him. He focused all his energy on talking, he was able to say something. "Lilya, maybe we should just go."

Grendile wondered if Lilya was alright, and if Deonday was still alive. He looked at Hokey who seemed worried. "I'm sure Lilya will come back, she has too."

Errala sat next to Hokey worried about Deonday and Lilya. "They have to be alright. They're strong and brave." Errala hoped they were alright.

Usud was beginning to drag his feet exhausted from walking. He looked ahead to see they were getting close.

Lilya looked at Deonday who finally had talked, "You can't walk, isn't it obvious? I have to fight him off to make him convinced that you seriously don't want to mess with me... especially my friends."  She glared at the strange scorpion man as he stared at her in fear.

Xina looked at the city ahead and glared at Usud. "How weak.." She growled, she had to admit- she was feeling tired as well- she hadn't slept in a while and she was starving- not to mention all the fights and walking- she was feeling quite tired- but she shows no weakness to Zonan.

Deonday understood that Lilya was determined. He understood what she said was true. He continued to helplessly lay on the ground watching Lilya fight for him. He was wondering what the rest of the group were probably thinking by now. "Then do what you have to do."

Usud didn't care that he was being called weak. He was too tired to care. After a few minutes he felt like collapsing. His legs felt like rubber, his right leg still had the bullet in it from Lilya shooting it. His arms ached from moving the rock off of Wolf's leg earlier. He continued to drag his feet as he moved along. He looked ahead seeing they were getting even closer to the city.
