Jewels watched XIna slink into the shadows. She nodded at her comment and stood up. The warming rays of the sun kissed her skin. She slowly began her walk out of the forest. She suddenly heard a familiar voice and snarled when she realized it was Zonan's. She kept walking until she finally saw the others.

Zonan looked at her almost kindly. "I'm sorry for snapping at you earlier. I just wasn't feeling too well" He said casually. He walked up to her and gave her a friendly hug. "Come on now, we don't have all day. It's already daytime and we still haven't gotten any information on this criminal."

Hina saw Jewels approach them out of the trees. He barked happily and wagged his tail.

  Xina looked surprised when he hugged her and blushed slightly. "Yes- we should get going." She looked up at him and followed him as they made their way back to the group.

  Jason brightened up when he saw Jewels and sighed heavily, "You're not dead.. thank God.. with the other people roaming about they could have found you and eaten you for breakfast!"

  Lilya smiled at Deonday and scoffed, "Not as embarressing as you had it- Jason's probably schemeing about it now! He always has been."

  Hokey stood in the darkness, looking at a leaf and plucked it off a tree. He studied it and seemed to be pondering about it.

Jewels looked at him lovingly and smiled. "Yeah," She chuckled, then remembered her talk with Xina in the forest. She walked up to Jason and cuddled up to him gently. "Sorry for wandering off..." She said quietly. Hina ran up to her and jumped on top of both of them. She yelped and pushed him off giggling.

Zonan had finally gotten to the others with Xina following him. Jade's face brightened up when she saw Xina and she gave a friendly smiled to her then glared at Zonan. "He's still an idiot.." She muttered and examined her long nails quietly.

  Xina stared at Jade quizzically- she was nor offically confused. She rubbed the back of her head, pondering on why exactly Jade would smile at her- of all people. She shurgged it off and looked at Wolf, who seemed to be fine now- even though his ruddy fur was covered in blood and was amtted. Xina looked at Wolf and scoffed, "You still hadn't shifted back into a human?" Wolf ignored this and got up on shakey legs.

  Jason grunted as Hina jumped on  him and screeched in disgust as slobber flew everywhere in his face. He wiped it off with a glare as Jewels giggled at him.

Cacatua tried not to laugh as she "helped" Thern around the forest. "No! Turn right- oops there was a tree there... Now go straight! Watch out for the- Poison ivy.." She shouted out commands rather than simply leading him there. It was so much more entertaining... Finally he stopped in confusion. Cacatua finally couldn't stand it any longer and burst out laughing, then grabbed Thern's arm and dragged him to where Brench and the other were standing. She dissapeared quickly into the trees, where she switched to a white raven and watched the people carefully. 

Sorian continued staring at the forest as she mumbled an answer. "Yes.... Who knows what could be out there... Staying together would be a good idea." 

Thern wished he could've thanked Cacatua for the help. He didn't know that she had purposely told him to run into trees, he was much too gullible to know that. He heard beating of wings, he knew that Cacatua had turned into a bird. He now knew that Cacatua was a shapeshifter. Thern thought with despair remembering his right arm was missing. That meant if he turned into something with wings, he wouldn't be able to fly. He remembered what it was like to fly, he only wished he could fly again. He could hear rustling in a nearby tree. Thern turned into a squirrel and climbed the tree and fallow the rustling, in almost no time at all he was standing on the same branch as Cacatua. "I was wondering where you went. Thank you for helping me."

Deonday was glad Jewels was back and not dead. He looked back at Lilya with a kind smile. "Yes Jason is probably plotting right now." Deonday gave Lilya a warm and friendly smile.

Errala sat next to Hokey who was looking at the leaf. "Hokey, do you think we could find some shiny things out here?" Errala looked to her left to see the dead body of a man and dog. "Hokey! What do you th-think happened to th-them?!"

Jewels smiled at Jason when she saw him glare at her. She stood up and helped him to his feet. She turned toward the others. "Now, aare we going to go an get information on this guy or not?" She asked encouragingly. "Now lets get going to South banks!" She said with excitement and grabbed Jason's hand.

Allison opened her eyes from her sleep. "ugh, so tired.." She whined to herself and stood up. She stretched herself and walked over to Errala and Hokey who seemed to be looking at something. "Hey guys, whatcha' looking at?" She noticed the dead man and dog on the ground and gasped.

Jade layed down on a short, ruined stone wall. "Ugh, I'm so hungry! I haven't eaten in days!" She whined and rolled onto her stomach.

  Xina stared at Jade- and now noticed that she was hungry as well.  Licking the blood off her hands as a lioness usually kept it down- but now she noticed it. She blinked and looked at Zonan. She cringed as she felt a few scratches that Wolf gave her sting and ignored it, glaring back at Jade who was rolling around. "Obviously we can't get her to move unless we get something to eat." Xina mused.

  Lilya smiled and looked at Deonday, "Probably something insane and dark." She said in a mocking tone.

  Jason blinked and was practically dragged by Jewels. She looked at the others and said in a cheerful tone, "Come on!"

  Wolf stared at Jade and sighed, leaning against a tree to keep his balance.

 

Deonday knew they should get moving. He looked back at Lilya. "Come on, we should get going."

Errala looked down at the dead man and dog. "They were just killed a few minutes ago, we should get going now." Errala saw that the group was about to get going.

Thern heard that they were about to leave. "Thank you for all the help Cacatua, but I must get going." Thern climbed down the tree and scurried next to Brench. He then turned back to human. Brench gave Thern a hug happy to see him again. "Your back! I thought you'd be lost forever! Now we should get going!" Brench woke up Insanek who seemed grumpy to be woken. "We have to go soon, come on Insanek."

Grasha felt sorry for Xina and Wolf. She looked at Xina kindly. "Are you alright?"

Zonan laughed and rolled his eyes. He also suddenly felt hunger brush over him. "Yes, I think we should all have something nice to eat." He said in a friendly manner. "When we get to South Banks, we'll have a nice lunch, alright?" He smiled and began walking down path. 

Jewels smiled and pulled Jason up next to her. Allison emerged from the bushes. "Hey! Look what we found!" She yelled to get everyone's attention. Jewels turned around and looked at Allison. "What is it?" She asked quizzically. Allison turned and pointed in the direction of where Errala and Hokey had found the courpse.

  Xina crossed her arms and looked at Grasha and nodded, "Yes, I'm fine, don't worry about me."  then looked at Zonan, wondering why he was acting so friendly lately, maybe he WAS insane. She trotted after him and looked at his face, "Zonan? I've been um- wondering this- but could you teach me how to swordfight? I feel it's very predictable for me to use magic or turn into a lioness all the time- so I want to learn a different fighting method. I already have a sword anyways." She look and the sword on her waist and then back up at Zonan.

  Wolf followed painfully, He mumbled something about his sore paws and the scratches burning furiously- but he kept his mumbling secret.

  Lilya nodded to Deonday, "We must then." She saw Jewels and Jason gather somewhere else and followed them, almost fainting when she saw a dead man and a dead dog.

  Jason stared at it, "What is this? I mean like- we didn't notice it at first..." He mumbled wondering who they were and who killed them.

Cacatua was stunned. Another shape-shifter~ she hadn't even thought of that. She flapped her ivory-white wings once, and then sat still wondering where Sorian was. She peered at the one-armed squirrel beside her curiously. As a raven, she felt an immense curiosity. She wanted to know why Thern was missing an arm, and why was he blind? Cacatua was on the verge of asking when another gunshot sounded. Fortunately it was just Sorian, who had shot a possum with a tiny pistol. She called out quickly and motioned for Cacatua to join her. She spread her wings and then turned to Thern. "Care to join us? though.... you might want to change to a different creature since I don't think squirrels eat flesh..." With that, Cacatua flapped over to Sorian , who had hidden in a dark patch of trees incase anyone was squeamish about rodents.

Grendile heard what the group was talking about, he went to see for himself. "They must've been cleared recently. The man was not a bounty hunter or a criminal or I'd know." Grendile looked around to see tracks in the moss obviously made by something heavy. He continued looking around to see that there was a bullet wond in the man's chest and the dogs neck. The dog was obviously a pit bull. "If you look around you can see torn branches, the man and dog were running from something chasing them. They have bullet wounds, and theirs heavy tracks around the area. I think one of the metal men have been here."

Deonday heard Grendile's intelligent explanation. "You sound like a detective or something. Seriously how would you know that?" Deonday saw that Lilya almost feinted. He tried to keep her calm. He looked at her calmly and reassuringly. "Nothings going to be able to get us."

Usud readjusted his hat so he wasn't wearing the strap on it anymore. He began walking. "It smells like rotting flesh and burning bones out here. I hate this forest, how far away is the city anyway?"

Thern ran, he made several rodent squeaks using echo location and his hearing to keep up with Cacatua. Once there he climbed down the tree and turned into a Velociraptor. That way he didn't have to use his arms much.

Zonan stared at her then smiled. "That sounds like a great idea! I'll be happy to teach you!" He smiled and turned around and kept walking. "Come on now, we haven't go all day!" Jade sprang up when she heard they were going to get food. She ran up behind Zonan and Xina, careful to keep her distance. Her stomach whined and grumbled for food and she tried to ignore it.

Jewels stared at the dead man and shuddered. She walked over and bent down next to him. "It looks like he was attacked by some sort of creature. She looked closely at him and found bite marks on his neck. She spun her head around quickly when she heard rustling in the bushes. She felt around for her gun but remembered that Jason still had it.

Xina smiled at Zonan, happy to be of use in her human form. She looked behind her at Jade, "Be patient!" She mused, her tone wasn't as dark as it normally was. Jason stared at Jewels and waved her bright green gun in the air, "Looking for this?" He said in a teasing voice.

The setting is on the continent of Carnon. Carnon is a huge land with many cities and different climates. Covering the land are series of species of mythical creatures, animals, and humans. It is said that under the city are underground caverns...

Cities

Mariola: A smaller, more peaceful city than the others, many people with children choose to live here. It is on the plains Mariola and the largest, and most successful, farms are started here. It it known for it's best produce and best onion buns.

Capricorn: Capricorn is a mysterious and small town in the high, misty Mountains of the War. This was where the many wars were fought to free this country from the evil people of Sharquee, their former controller. Nobody really lives in Capricorn, except for widows and the extremely poor. But, some say that the secret entrance to the underground caverns, is in one of the shops... but no one really knows.

Kolnco: The Gem of the Coast. Thats what the people call Kolnco. Its a beautiful place for vacation, retirement, or just living. The beaches are the best on Carnon and the people are friendly and kind. It's famous for it's yearly 'Fish Feast. That's when all the fishermen in the city go out and catch as many fish as they can, then they fry them all up and the entire city gets to eat all-you-can-eat fish!

Carnon City: The largest City on Carnon. Everyone who's anyone lives here. The people here are normally very very rich. But the crime rate has gone up, and the people hid to protect themselves, and their money.

South Banks Megalopolis: A huge city on the river of Ja where the crime rate is large and the death toll is also large. Many sweepers come here to earn huge bounties but are often killed in the process. Only the most elite can come here and earn the bounty.

" A sweeper only needs a genuine desire to help..."

This land was once peacful and quite. It was very rich and prosperous. But, over the years, the law enforcement has been overturned and completely removed. Now, the only hope for Carnon, is their sweepers. The 'good' sweepers have been given a license to do so. The 'bad' sweepers have just been hired as practically assasins. They will stop at nothing to get their prize, and many others as well.

A person has gone missing and there is a very large bounty for whoever finds him. The only problem is: it's like he disappeared from the face of the Earth! No one can find him, for he is expert at hiding, and now the two sides of Bounty Hunters feud, which doesn't help find this person any faster. Evil Bounty Hunters will kill anyone that gets in their way, as good bounty hunters only kill to cover their bare necessities.

This person that has gone missing has made the Bounty Hunters angry, by stealing many of their bounties and killing many of them. This person also killed many innocent people and robbed them of their money. He is a greedy thief, and we have no idea what he's doing or where he is. And when he disappeared, the Bounty Hunters were trying their best to find him...but he just disappeared suddenly. The bounty for him has risen as the years went by-but, no one can seem to find him no matter how much riches are at stake. And the Bounty Hunters still try to find him.

There is an unlimited count of characters, but you must keep them active!
 

Keep gore to minimum, blood is allowed, but not too much.

No powerplaying, godmodding, sueing, yeah those aren't tolerated here. ^^
Be literate! Use proper grammar and spelling!

Do not kill one's characters unless you are told too....

Kissing and hugging is allowed, but only to that, nothing beyond.
