Since Raptorpedia doesn't tell you the stat gains of an item, I thought it would be useful to start a post about it. :) I need all of Ex's help though! If you know the use of an item, and what stat boosts etc. it gives, post the name of the item and its information, and I'll add it to the post. Hopefully then we can compile a helpful list. :) Don't forget all the rare items too! Please post if you find a mistake.

Enclosure items are just for look.
Colorants=markings, color potions=color. SO yes.
Grapefruit juice makes your fish in your fish tank breed.
White glowing Spino armor turns a lab dino with no offspring into a Spino. You can choose the markings.
Fertility potion allows you to breed a dinosaur once again.
The extra 3 slots I believe are not permanent.

I really wish Kitty would bring back the item catalogue, it seems more frustrating than challenging that there are tons and tons of items, equips, etc with no idea what any of them do except through (often quite expensive) trial and error :

Reindeer Poop (I'd say this is a "rare" food item) : +10 to hunger, +2 to int.

Also, could an admin or something maybe edit the original post to include some of this new info? Since it hasn't been edited since January 24th, 2011, it seems out-dated/inaccurate; which might confuse some newbies (like it confused me. ;x I went to use an item and its effect was different than what the original post says about it).
