Since Raptorpedia doesn't tell you the stat gains of an item, I thought it would be useful to start a post about it. :) I need all of Ex's help though! If you know the use of an item, and what stat boosts etc. it gives, post the name of the item and its information, and I'll add it to the post. Hopefully then we can compile a helpful list. :) Don't forget all the rare items too! Please post if you find a mistake.

Leg o' Lamb gives 1 in each stat everytime, without fail.
Also most food items that give stats tend to have a range of stats they give, not a set amount.

Ham gives +35 hunger, and I'm pretty sure the stats it gives is random, but the last time I used it I got +1 STR, +3 SPD, and +2 INT.

Healing cherries give +90 health.

Magic medicine gives +100 hunger and +100 health.
