Fango was sprawled out across the ground, her tounge lolling out of her mouth. Today was unusually hot. The water had not even turned on today. Fango felt like she was going to melt.

another hopeless day, in her crammped encloshure. she slowy plodded on to the small bucket and drank up the rest of the water for today. "its so boring here, day inday out walk to that corner then the other one haave a bit of a sleep, why why do i have to stay here" she looked around most of the other animals had friends exept from that one african dog. "you know what i wish...i wish... i just had someone to talk to" she walked to the corner and sat herself down. she slept for a while and woke up to cattle prods "OW!" she rammed the first person she saw only to have all the cattle prods zapping her. she collapsed to the floor burn marks on her face and body " C'MON YOU STUPID BEAST!" the creature was shouting in her ear and kicking her in the faceface. she dident know how many of them there were she couldent see her left side, one of them kicked her in the side, she got up and limped were they wanted her to go they finaly shoved her into a smaller encloshure! "wait what let me out!" then they put a few crates inside her old encloshure " "ok 3 new komodo dragons deliverd" said one of them with a peice of paper in his hand."she rammed the cage over and over again untill finaly someone came in with the sleeping darts.

It was now night. Fango could barely see the stars and moon, due to the fence that was supposed to be a ceiling, that was supposed to protect her from the rain too. Fango lowered her head. There were no guests in the zoo, but the smell of food lingered, and it burned her nostrils. The african wild dog stood up and trotted over to the glass wall. She pressed her paw up against it and turned her head, trying to get a better view of things. She yelped in surprise and fell back when she heard the creak of a door.

Fango looked back, a zookeeper held a flashlight and was shouting something at Fango, which she obviously did not understand, but she knew it was mad for some reason. The zookeeper yawned and went back inside, leaving the door open.

Fango's large ears perked up. Nows my chance! Fango only lowered her ears and whined. "Im dumb, I will get lost in there and then get caught and brought back here again, If I don't do something now, we won't ever escape..."

No more albino/white animals please. I want to keep this sort of realistic, albinos are pretty rare.

With a roar, Ghoul finally bust through the door to his enclosure. He had waited for this moment. The ignorant zookeeper had finally forgotten to close the door all the way and lock it. With the first door busted through, Ghoul sprinted up a small flight of stairs. At the top was the ignorant zookeeper. The man turned and gasped in horror. He went for his walkie-talkie and his cattle-prodder, the same one he used on Ghoul for four years straight. Ghoul's blue eyes blazed in anger. With a leap, he bowled into the now screaming man, but not before the man could yell into the walkie-talkie. Ghoul knocked it out of the man's grasp, but received a quick painful jab to the side by the cattle-prodder. Ghoul roared madly and whipped his large head down, jaws open. They closed around the man's throat. The man's screams could be heard throughout the zoo, alerting the other zookeepers. They would come running and be so busy trying to stop the raging, five-hundred pound white lion. Ghoul barged through the second door, meaning he was free. Licking the blood from his jaws, he quickly set off down the path, scaring a raccoon up a tree. Ghoul could hear the sounds of the hyena clan whooping as the alarm to Ghoul's enclosure went off. "Oh shut up, you ungrateful beasts!" roared Ghoul. He made a quick left as he heard something coming from his right side. A moving golf cart suddenly skidded to a halt. Ghoul heard shouts behind him. He could hear his name being shouted along with other things he didn't understand. They'd named him "Blanco", but he never responded it to the name. Not even when he was receiving their beatings. Ghoul pounded down the pavement, rushing by the leopard enclosure. He wanted all the zookeepers on him, not the others that thought of escaping. That's why he was heading to the front. The back way was safer for the others, giving them a chance to escape into the woods and make a break for it. But for Ghoul, a white lion out in the dark, he would be spotted. He was heading for the parking lot. Ghoul dipped past the gift shop, spying small toys and other things of him. He roared as he saw a dart hit the ground on his left. "I'm not staying here any longer," he said. "I need to get to Nanie, but how?" he asked himself. Suddenly, there it was. The zoo's entrance was closed. Chains held the doors together. In the five years he spent at the zoo, he was trained and beaten to leap through hoops, even if they were on fire.

Ghoul saw the open part above the locked gates. It was the size of a hoop. He didn't look back. A hoot from above made him look up. An owl was flying by. "You can do it, Ghoul! Run for freedom and hop on the darkest truck with the hump that has the long metal arm," said the owl. "Thanks, Oden," said Ghoul. With a snarl, he leapt from the ground and was through the opening above the gates. He landed on all fours on the other side. He halted, looked back, and roared madly at the zookeepers. "You'll never catch me!" he bellowed. Ghoul then shot down the sidewalk and headed for the parking lot. "The owl said when I get there, leap the fence to the right and keep going until I find the darkest truck with the hump and long metal arm," he said to himself, still charging down the sidewalk.

Fango saw a flash of white charge past the glass wall. Fango would of sworn that she smiled. THe african wild dog joleted up, her eyes wide, large, round ears perked up, and tail visciuoslly wagging from side to side. Fango took no time to dart into the open door. Her claws tapped against the hard, cold floor, causing a loud click, tap, click tap. Fango slipped on something wet and crashed into a jumbled of objects.

She gathered herself up and shook her pelt. Whatever she was covered in, it smelt bad and good at the same time. Fango whined as she realized she slipped in cleaning supplies. Fango yelped as she heard a shout.

No, no no. Not now!

Fango scrambled away, slipping and cliding across the floor, leaving wet paw prints behind.

"You little rat! Look what you did! Get over here!" Fango heard another shout. She knew she did not have alot of time. She skittered over to a cabient and clawed at it impatiently. She struck her paw over the knob and entered the cabient.

Great, now I am crushed in here.

Fango was panting heavily, water dropping from her brown pelt. It was dark, but she could see slightly.

What about the others, why did I leave them?

I want domr creativity with the animals, as in, I do not want more than two of each species.

(Sorry if I forgot your species)

Amber snarled in anger at the small supply of food she had saved up over the past month. Not a promising, tasty looking amount. Amber licked her chest fur, and froze as she heard a voice yelling. A human voice. She looked up and bounded over to her exhibit wall, and saw an African Will Dog sliding into cleaning supplies. Amber reared up, cheering the other animal on. It was surmising, considering Amber's personality. " Come on! Go! RUN WHILE YOU CAN!" Amber bellowed. Amber clawed at her cage, roaring. Pigeons stared at her in confusion as she kept on roaring, cheering on the African Wild Dog. She roared again and the pigeons flapped away, startled.
Ghoul braced himself as he dashed out into the road. Cars honked their horns and skidded to a halt in astonishment. Ghoul raced by, with the headlights shining on him not slowing him down. He had reached the parking lot and leaped over the right fence, tumbling down a hill and entering a road full of speeding cars. Luckily for him he made it to the sidewalk and into a wooded area. He halted next to a thick tree and peered around. People were stopping and exiting their cars, wondering just what in the world ran by them. "Was that a cat?" asked a woman. "It seemed to me like a big shaggy white dog," said a man. "No, it was too large to be a dog," said another man. "A white bear?" asked a woman. "No, this thing was fast and exotic," said another woman. They then heard the sirens from the zoo. Ghoul heard them too. "Not tonight," he said, taking off through the woods. He dashed over the leafy ground before coming to a walk. He was tired and panting. Making sure the coast was clear, Ghoul came up to a river and began to drink. He flicked his tail as he drank, keeping an eye out for anything. That was a rush, he thought. After drinking, Ghoul crossed the river, spying an opening down by the base of a tree. He trotted over to it, looked inside, and sneezed. "Some other animal's been in here," he said. It smelled dog-like. Ghoul checked his surroundings before crawling inside, curling up, and releasing a heavy sigh. "I did it," he said to himself. "I made it out of the zoo, but now I have to find the dark colored truck," said Ghoul. The owl told him that if he boarded the truck, it would take him all the way to a dump site. That dump site was right next to the ocean where the boats and ships were. Ghoul could see it now, returning home to the African sanctuary and finding his mate, Nanie. "Don't worry, Nanie, I'll be there soon...hopefully," said Ghoul. He licked his right forepaw, pulled enough greenery in front of the opening, and rested his head on his paws for the night.

It was as If Fango's brain snapped in half.

Fango burst out of the cabient, the zookeeper was trying to pick up the mess of cleaning supplies, but then he turned his head to see a flash of brown lunge at him. Fango lept onto the man's face, clawing at his face and biting as many times as she could. Fanog yelped as she was harshly thrown off by her scruff, hitting the slippery hard floor with a thud. She jerked her head up, snarling at the zookeeper who was on the floor, holding his face and yelling.

Fango looked to the left to see many cages in the wall. She skittered over to the walls, pawing desperatly at the cages, trying her best to free those who were tapped. Fango's ears perked up as she heard sirens.

No.

Amber noticed the African wild dog stop, desperate to free the other animals in the dangerous zoo. As much as Amber wanted to leave, she knew that this dog was desperate. Amber bared her teeth slightly at the African wild dog. " Go! Leave while you can! This zoo is wretched; you can't just stay here and help us, or me! Just go!" Amber cried. She pawed at the cage, the sirens ringing in her head, making her stagger. " Run, dog! Run! Just get OUT OF HERE!" Amber shrieked. She reared up and pounded on the cage. " Hurry! Go!" Amber continued, seeing the fear in the African wild dog's eyes.

Click! Stump! "Ow!" "Sorry, keep going!" whispered the voices. Ghoul's eyes opened instantly, his head rising from his paws. "Who dares awaken me from my slumber?" he asked himself. He poked his head out of the greenery and saw two people walking by. A male and female, and they were adolscents. Ghoul hid himself, but eyed the two. The couple plopped down by the river. "Isn't it beautiful?" asked the male. "Yeah, the moon is, but shouldn't we be at home?" asked the female. "What? Why?" asked the male. "You heard what they said on the news...about the escape at the zoo," said the female. Ghoul's ears pricked. "They know too," he said to himself. "So what, you think that lion is still around here? He's probably gone up there to the mountains to find prey," said the male. "No, those people on the news said they saw a large white animal enter the very exact woods we're in right now," said the female, looking around. "Baby, baby, relax, you're safe with papa," said the male, putting his arm around the female. Ghoul shook his head. The female smiled at the male and they locked lips. "That must be their sign of affection," said Ghoul. Something snapped in the dark. The couple turned their heads to the right. "What was that?" asked the female.

"Nothing, it was probably a branch falling," said the male. Another snap, this time closer. Ghoul could see in the dark, and saw two dog-like shapes slink by, unnoticed by the humans. "Get out of here, humans, before you die," Ghoul said to himself. "I heard something, we need to go," said the female, standing to go. The male stood too. "Aubrey, what's the worst thing that could happen out here?" he asked. Ghoul smacked his own forehead with a growl. Dumb question, he thought. At once, a pair of dog-like animals yipped and growled as they rocketed from the underbrush. The female screamed and took off. "Oh crap! Go, run!" shouted the male, pushing her on. "Coyotes!" screamed the female. The coyotes dipped after the couple. The male ran past the female, with her falling to the ground. "Ricky!" she screamed. The male stopped and looked back. The coyotes were too close now. "Aubrey!" he cried. The female screamed as the coyotes pounced. The male looked to the base of the tree as a roar sounded. Ghoul leaped from within, pounding down the small hill and bowling into the coyotes, grabbing one with his deadly jaws.

The female screamed, scrambling back in fright. The male rushed to her. "On your feet," he said, helping her up. He led her up the hill. The both of them looked back. Ghoul tore into the coyote he bit, killing it as the other tried to wiggle free from the white lion's iron paw grip. "Going somewhere?" asked Ghoul. "Please, I was just chasing them away from our den," said the coyote. She then slipped loose and kicked Ghoul in the jaw. She made to run, but the white lion was an exotic predator. He lunged, tackling and mauling the coyote. "Whoa, he saved you," said the male. The female kind of smiled. Ghoul looked back at them. "Get out of here while you still can!" he shouted, but it came out as a roar to them. The two took off. Ghoul looked back at the two dead coyotes. He then heard more noises. He turned his head to the right, looking upriver. There they were, a group of humans. They were searching for him. "Oh no," said Ghoul. He took off up the hill. "What was that?" asked a man, shining his flashlight over by the riverbank. He saw the two dead coyotes. "Aw man, he was here," said the man.

They all gathered around the dead coyotes. "Fresh...killed seconds ago," he said. The man looked up the hill. Ghoul was alread on the other side. The male and female looked up and saw Ghoul bounding down the hill. "Get out of the way!" he shouted. The couple screamed and ran to the right as the white lion roared at them. "We're dead!" shouted the male. Ghoul raced past, charging across a grassy field. The couple watched him go. "He didn't attack," said the female. They saw the team of men arrive. "We heard screaming," said a man. "Yeah, the white lion from the zoo just saved us from the coyotes, he went that way across the field," said the male. The team went after Ghoul. "Hey, don't hurt him!" screamed the female.

Ghoul sprinted through the night. He wasn't about to be captured. "Last time I was captured, I ended up in an abusive place," he said, running past a herd of deer, spooking them.

The sirens were the first thing to grab the reptile's attention, making him pause in his work of tunneling. The vibrations from the sirens made the water pulse as he left the tunnel, peeking out from the surface to see what was going on. Soon enough the shouting of voices made him roll his eyes.

/More escape attempts...I can only imagine how this will end for them./ he thought to himself before slipping benesth the murky water and returning back to digging. Daviel could feel that he was getting close to freedom, he only had to dig a few more feet and he would be out of this hole of death that he was trapped in. Thinking of this caused him to increase in digging, the feeling of eagerness pushing him on.

Ghoul continued to run. The woods would lead him somewhere, hopefully the dark colored truck. Ghoul slid down another hill, slipping and going into a tumble, before crashing into a metal gate. "Ow! Son of a potluck!" he bellowed. His roar carried, spooking a stray dog into running off. Ghoul got to his feet and shook himself. He then jumped over the metal gate and took off down the path, passing the dog, who barked and whimpered in fright. Ghoul snarled as he ran by, with the dog leaping off. Ghoul could hear busy noises and movements. Loud honking noises were present. He slowed to a stop behind a tall building, catching his breath. When he looked up, he saw the team of men in the distance. He trotted around the building saw a brick wall before him. "Oh no, dead end," he said, flicking his tail. "Not really, hunky," said a voice. Ghoul turned and saw a cat. She was an orange-brown stray, and her coat was surprisingly well kept. "How am I supposed to get over this wall, cousin?" asked Ghoul. Lions and cats, come on, they were cousins. "What you got to do is this," said the she-cat. She leapt down from the dumpster she was on and leapt on Ghoul's back. She then leapt onto another dumpster closer to the wall. "Follow my lead," she said. Ghoul nodded and leaped onto the dumpster. The she-cat then leapt onto a taller dumpster. Ghoul did the same. The she-cat leaped again, this time onto a ladder, running up it and jumping on the metal platform. Ghoul did the same, his paws and claws catching onto the ladder. He ran up it and landed on the platform. It began to wobble from his weight. "Don't worry, it won't fall unless a bigger human walks out," she said. She then sailed from the platform onto another. Ghoul did the same.

"Good, one more jump and you'll make it," said the she-cat. Ghoul looked back and saw the team of men. One pointed across to the building. The other looked and gasped. "There he is!" shouted one. "Uh oh," said Ghoul. "Running from the law?" asked the cat. "Yep," said Ghoul. "Wife at home?" asked the cat. "Yes," said Ghoul. The she-cat nodded and leaped, flying over the wall and landing on a dumpster. Her right ear swiveled back as she heard a large, moving sound. "Hurry!" she called. She opened the dumpster door and leapt off as the white lion sailed over, landing in the dumpster. The she-cat jumped on top. "Now, stay in here," she said. "Why?" asked Ghoul. "The dark colored truck is on its way and it's picking up this bin," said the she-cat. Ghoul gasped as he looked at her. She smiled, with the owl landing next to her. "I told you," said the owl. Ghoul nodded. "Thank you," he said. "You're welcome," said the owl, flying off. "No problem," said the she-cat, leaping away. Ghoul was lucky there were only dark trash bags instead of littered trash. He suddenly heard the sound of the truck. Ghoul growled as the dumpster moved. He gripped the walls with his claws as the dumpster was turned upside down. With a roar, he fell along with the bags. When he landed, he was grateful for more unlittered garbage and full trash bags. The dumpster disappeared from sight and Ghoul was covered in darkness, except for a blinking light. Thr truck drove out of the alleyway and made a right turn. Ghoul celebrated a bit inside. "I did it!" he whispered. "I'm going home." When the team of men got to the wall, they managed to get over it and were shocked. The she-cat was sitting on the ground, moving her tail. She looked up at them, meowing at them.

WEEEE WOOOOO what was that it was hurting her ears she opend her eye and looked out "Its an escape!" She stood up and ran to the bars hitting them sevral times no use "C'mon you stupid bars let me through" Bato saw an african wild dog trying to save the other animals in cages she thought to shout out to run but she wanted to get out of here "HEY!
