 Lilya looked up toDeonday and walked to him, 'Why don't we just leave, the crinimal isn't that important to waste our lives for him.' lilya whispered, she ated this. once again she wished she never came on this journey... now, how could they tell hina this.

jason felt nothing more devasting than this, he knew he was emotional inside, a little messed up, but nnothing was as sad as jewels' death. 'why must i be tortured like this...' he whispered to himself, jewels' blood covered his hands and soaked his sleeves now. he still cried, tears drying on his cheeks.

Hina could smell the scent of the others. He ran as fast as he could, every bone in his body was excited. Sorian followed close behind. Hina ran into the street where the others were. He looked excited, but the others looked sad. He looked around, and saw Jewels dead in Jason's arms. Hina backed away, shaking his head as if to say no. He slowly walked up to Jason and Jewels. He licked Jewels' cheak, then looked at Jason, sadness in his eyes.

Allison walked over to the others. She hadn't known any of them for very long, but a tear still ran down her cheak at the sight of Jewels.

Grendile couldn't cry because he was a ghost, but great sadness was still shown in his eyes. He heard what Lilya said about the criminal. "Deonday and I have put sweat and blood into trying to find this criminal. If we both gave up now two years research would have been in vain. The rest of you can do differently, but Deonday and I will hunt down this criminal."

Deonday sighed agreeing with Grendile, they both have gotten so close to hunting him down, giving up on the chase would mean two years work in vain.

Thern and Brench walked over to see Jewels dead. They both were very sad about this. Tears rolled down Thern's cheeks, it upset him to see this had happened. Brench was crying too, it was almost impossible to get a demon to cry, he was upset about this.

Sorian froze in horror. "Jewels..." She squeaked. None of the sweepers looked up as Hina began to howl in mourning. Sorian wanted to fly away from here, but her wings felt heavy and flightless. "What...Happened?" She asked to break the awkard silence. When it was explained, Sorian felt a rage stronger than any she ahd ever felt before. She took off without another word, her eyes blazing. She could hear the others calling her name, but she paid no mind and soared off toward a tall cliff near the town. Sorian landed on top and stared down at the city. Humans were so violent- much more so than the owl-people... She thought miserably. Sorian stayed on top of the cliff for several hours, until she heard a quiet scrabbling and happy barking. "Hina....How on earth did you get up here?" Sorian exclaimed. She was glad for the company though, and then realized that the other sweepers would not be far behind. 

 Lilya looked up at Deonday, "I'll always stay with you." She mumbled and cuddled him, she still was upset about the recent death of Jewels.

Jason looked at Lilya and Deonday enviously, that could have been Jewels and him one day. But now it was impossible... Jewels was dead. He looked at Hina, not chasing him off or yelling at him, he was too sad.

Iken flicked his tounge and slithered off Grendile's neck and curled around his arm, his head hung low.

Hokey blinked and looked at Sorian and watched her fly off in sadness and what looks like to him, with a tinge of anger. He followed her.

Grendile looked at Jewels with sadness until he couldn't bare seeing her like this anymore. "Jason move now, I want to try something." Grendile watched as Jason moved out of his way, he looked confused at Grendile. "I know a revival spell, but I can only hope that it doesn't kill me, and that it works. Now stay back." Deonday looked worried at Grendile who was about to use a powerful spell. "Grendile don't, you can't know for sure if you'll live or not." The ghost ignored Deonday and began casting the spell. Grendiles eyes glowed white and some strange energy surrounded them. A strange unknown white energy flowed into Jewels. After the spell Grendile backed off feinting. The groups eyes were on Jewels, seeing if the spell had worked.

Jewels' eyes opened, and she gasped for air, clutching her neck. She coughed a bit, then looked around. She couldn't talk very well. Her throat was dry and felt like it was on fire. Her entire body hurt and her shirt was bright red and soaked in blood.

Allison looked up and saw that Jewels was alive again! She almost cried again out of joy.

Hina dragged Sorian back to the street where they were before. he felt like something amazing had happened, but didn't know what. When they got there, he saw Jewels alive again. He jumped almost five feet in the air out of joy and ran toward Jewels, licking her face and soaking it in dog saliva.

 Jason's heart fluttered and held Jewels closer, he leaned up to her, he gulped and then he kissed her gently on the lips. He blushed afterwords and looked away from her.

 Lily`smiled andleaned on Deonday, smiling to see that Jewels was alive. She sighed and closed her eyes, still smiling. She looked at Deonday's face, he was smiling and he looked happy that Jewels was alive as well.

Iken flicked his tounge and looked at Grendile, luckily Iken slithered onto his wrist, which landed in a way where Iken didn't get smashed. He looked and Grendile and looked at him, seeing that he was fainted after the powerful spell.

Jewels looked stunned then blushed. She held his hand to her cheak then smiled at him. She mouthed the words 'thank you' because she still couldn't talk yet. Her stomach still hurt terribly, but her heart hurt more with hatred for Zonan.

Allison smiled. She had never been so happy, or scared in her life. She walked over to Jewels and also gave her a gentle friendly hung, not careing if she got blood all over herself.

Zonan walked through the large empty feild outside of the city. He sat in the hard, stiff, brown grass. He felt a strange fealing in his heart. Was this guilt? He scoffed. But he couldn't shake this feeling.

Deonday sighed relieved to see Jewels was alive. He turned to see that Grendile had feinted. "I'm happy we have Grendile with us, we wouldn't have had made it half as far as we did without him. He's a very good friend." Deonday looked at Lilya kindly. "We also have to give Brench and Thern credit, even if they killed me, they made up for it. I still don't know if we should let them stay. And Allison, I don't know what we should do with her. Should we let Grendile decide?" Deonday looked again at Grendile who was uncontious. "You can thank Grendile Jewels, he was the one who revived you."

Sorian was incredibly happy and also gave Jewels a hug, though her blood would stain her feathers... Jewels attempted to stand, but staggered and fell over. Sorian impatiently told the people to go to a hostpital, and quickly too. "I will find Zonan. He...Will...Pay!" Sorian flew off yet again, and no one could make her stop. She could not let this go now. Owls, and owl people, have intense memories, and if something bad is done to them, they will never forget it and never let it go un-punished either. So, Sorian kept flying, faster than usual because she did not want Hina to follow her. She had no clue where to search, but somehow ended up in the large field where Zonan was wandering. Niether noticed that the other was there for quite some time.

 Jason ignored Sorian, "Oh please, her thraot is just dry, all she needs is sleep and water and she'll be fine. What do owls know about humans anyways?" He scoffed, and suddenly, with Jewels, he felt less alone than before.

 Lilya nodded, "Yes... even though they killed you we have to give them credit." She sighed and gave in, she really didn't like those two, they seemed really shifty to her, and besides, they followed them, like stalkers. They already knew one stalker that cause a bit of trouble, three would obviously mean doom for the group! She looked at Deonday, she wanted him to kiss her this time, after seeing Jason and Jewels together-

Deonday sighed a smile on his face. He coughed in his hand, when he looked at his hand he saw blood. Pain came back to him, he remembered that his chest was slashed and stabbed, his stomach was stabbed, and his neck was stabbed. "Blood... great." Deonday sighed trying to ignore pain. He looked at Allison who was standing near Jewels. "What are we going to do with the girl, we can't just abandon her with Zonan out and about, and we certainly can't kill her." Deonday held his chest in pain, he looked back at Lilya. Even though there was a smile on his face, pain was shown in his eyes.

Lilya held his shoulder, looking up at him in fear, "A-are you alright?" She asked fearfully. After the last incident where he coughed up blood, she knew that she wouldn't take any injuries from him lightly.  She looked at him sadly and said in a pleading voice, "Please don't die this time, I'll probably kill myself." She begged him. She held his hand with a fearful sigh.

Iken flicked his tounge and stared at Greendile, wondering when the ghost would wake up, he was getting bored and lonely and wanted someone to explain all what happened. And since  his master was busy and no other human spoke snake, he counted on Grendile to do that.

Deonday looked at her, his smile faded a bit. "I'm going to be fine." Deonday looked at his hand and armor, it was soaked in blood. His injury in his neck made it irritating to breath. The things that hurt the most was his chest and stomach. He sighed looking back at her, pain could still be seen in his eyes.

Grendile slowly opened his eyes to see Iken who looked glad to see he was awake. "Ow my head, for some reason I feel light headed." Grendile focused his attention onto the snake. "Hello Iken, did the spell work?" Grendile looked around to see Jewels was alive. "So it did work... well that's a relief." Grendile began rubbing Iken on the head.

The setting is on the continent of Carnon. Carnon is a huge land with many cities and different climates. Covering the land are series of species of mythical creatures, animals, and humans. It is said that under the city are underground caverns...

Cities

Mariola: A smaller, more peaceful city than the others, many people with children choose to live here. It is on the plains Mariola and the largest, and most successful, farms are started here. It it known for it's best produce and best onion buns.

Capricorn: Capricorn is a mysterious and small town in the high, misty Mountains of the War. This was where the many wars were fought to free this country from the evil people of Sharquee, their former controller. Nobody really lives in Capricorn, except for widows and the extremely poor. But, some say that the secret entrance to the underground caverns, is in one of the shops... but no one really knows.

Kolnco: The Gem of the Coast. Thats what the people call Kolnco. Its a beautiful place for vacation, retirement, or just living. The beaches are the best on Carnon and the people are friendly and kind. It's famous for it's yearly 'Fish Feast. That's when all the fishermen in the city go out and catch as many fish as they can, then they fry them all up and the entire city gets to eat all-you-can-eat fish!

Carnon City: The largest City on Carnon. Everyone who's anyone lives here. The people here are normally very very rich. But the crime rate has gone up, and the people hid to protect themselves, and their money.

South Banks Megalopolis: A huge city on the river of Ja where the crime rate is large and the death toll is also large. Many sweepers come here to earn huge bounties but are often killed in the process. Only the most elite can come here and earn the bounty.

" A sweeper only needs a genuine desire to help..."

This land was once peacful and quite. It was very rich and prosperous. But, over the years, the law enforcement has been overturned and completely removed. Now, the only hope for Carnon, is their sweepers. The 'good' sweepers have been given a license to do so. The 'bad' sweepers have just been hired as practically assasins. They will stop at nothing to get their prize, and many others as well.

A person has gone missing and there is a very large bounty for whoever finds him. The only problem is: it's like he disappeared from the face of the Earth! No one can find him, for he is expert at hiding, and now the two sides of Bounty Hunters feud, which doesn't help find this person any faster. Evil Bounty Hunters will kill anyone that gets in their way, as good bounty hunters only kill to cover their bare necessities.

This person that has gone missing has made the Bounty Hunters angry, by stealing many of their bounties and killing many of them. This person also killed many innocent people and robbed them of their money. He is a greedy thief, and we have no idea what he's doing or where he is. And when he disappeared, the Bounty Hunters were trying their best to find him...but he just disappeared suddenly. The bounty for him has risen as the years went by-but, no one can seem to find him no matter how much riches are at stake. And the Bounty Hunters still try to find him.
