lilya remained silent through the ride, feeling embarresed wto have Jewels right threre to judge her for anything she says, but, she even was surprised at herself to be silent while Hina drooled all over the place like some idiot. She watched the inferno with a dull experesion on her face, she was sick of all this, all she wanted to do, yet again, was go to her alleyway she called 'home'. It was nothing, but it was something to her, the first place she went too after she escaped that dreadful orphanage, and after having those Bounty Hunter Training sessions with her teacher, who preferred to be called Mr. Tomson, she really didn't know who he was, only his last name and how he looked. As she remmebered his face, she suddenly thought that he looked like Jewels.
Deonday backed away from the car that had just now exploded. "And I guess we're walking." Deonday looked at the owl with a smile. "Something troubling you? You seem a bit upset." Deonday sighed looking back to Lilya relieved to see she and her elf were safe. Deonday glanced at Grendile who was looking closely at the strange figure. Deonday sighed and turned back to Lilya. "At least Mariola isn't too far from here, unless we run into our 'friends' we shouldn't have to fight at all. Basically all we're going to do there is fallow the criminal waiting until he moves to the next city." Deonday looked at Lilya curiously, "You seem a bit down too, are you OK Lilya?"
Sorian smiled sadly and patted Hina on the head. "It is the Fire.... It is quite disturbing me..." She remembered that these people did not know her story, and quickly explained. "The reason I came to Carnon was because my village burned down when I was very young...I have terrible memories from that day...." Sorian petted Hina again. It was quite comforting having other creatures around...." Sorian mused. Being a loner had it's benefits, but it was a very lonely existance indeed. She stared at the fire again, and found that it did not seem quite so bad now. "So...Where shall we go next? And are we walking there?" Sorian asked curiously to  no one in particular.

Jewels smiled. "We're heading to Mariola, remember?" She said, putting on a brown hat she got.

They walked along the road for about an hour until they came to the town of mariola. It was a nice town, the perfect place for their criminal to hide. They stopped at a small cafe at the edge of the town. They sat at a large table. "Nice place, isn't it?" Jewels began, taking a sip of coffee.

Hina stared at Sorian. This is a very strange owl indeed... He thought, begging for a small bite of food. He walked underneath the table and found a piece of meat, which me began chewing on.

Deonday didn't like going to public places, but he fallowed Jewels and the rest of the group inside. Deonday sighed looking around the place, it seemed nice, which is what he hated about it. He saw a mother and his child walk in. The child seemed very familiar to him. Then he realized it was the same young boy who had threw a rock at his head way before they boarded the train. Deonday silently thought to himself. Why did he have to survive, I should have killed him right after he threw a rock at my head, stupid child. Deonday looked away from the kid and back to the group sighing. "I hate public places."
Sorian stared at the box of french fries someone had ordered. They smelled- Well, odd... Sorian picked one up and decided to try it. Her expression must have been one of utter disgust, because Deonday began to stare and then laugh. Sorian laughed as well. She would always prefer a fat mouse over any kind of human food. Out of the corner of her eye, Sorian saw someone moving in the shadows. He seemed to dissapear when she looked though. Suddenly the small, annoying child spotted Sorian. He pointed and said something, and both him and his mother quickly rushed out of the Cafe. Sorian watched them with a smirk. Some people just couldn't handle the sight of a bird-human apparently. Sorian suddenly saw someone moving in the shadows again. This time she was certain. She nodded to the other sweepers, who quickly discussed what that could be.
Lilya narrowed her eyes in pure digust as people started to mumble about her elf, she wanted to shoot their heads and snap, 'It's not his fault he looks so weird!' But, she hung to not doing it, obviously for the safety of their group, they might get arrested, and the last thing they needed was to have large bounites on their heads, especially Deonday and Grendile who already had a large bounty on their heads. "Stupid humans.." She muttered, mostly to herself, but she just made it sound like a comment to the people staring at them with untrsuting eyes.
Grendile had to fallow the group inside, but he didn't want to. He stayed in his solid-ish state so he wasn't see through. The same kid that had thrown a rock at Deonday's head before was looking at him very curiously. The kid threw a rock at Grendile, but to his shock Grendile caught the rock with his bare hands before it could go through him. Grendile crushed the rock with his bare hands. He then walked over grabbing the kid by the collar of his shirt. "Don't do that again, now where are your parents? Don't you have something better to do?" The kid cried and complained, Grendile set the kid down and he ran out of the building crying. "Some kids are just made to annoy others, aren't they?"
Lilya mumbled to Grendile, "I hate kids, they're so annoying. I'm never having any kids," she vowed to herself. She was certain she wouldn't have any, all of them are annoying, especially around the ages 7 and 9, those ages she just couldn't handle her evil inside around. She watched in satisfaction as the kid ran off crying and she scoffed, "Stupid kid, has he ever heard of bounty hutners?" She scoffed to herself absent- mindedly. And people started to murmer about them suspisously, some actually left without a passing glance to the group and Lilya muttered, "Good riddence."
Deonday sighed with relief as some people had left. He gave a sinister smile when the annoying kid had ran out the door. "I wish that kid died in the train crash, at least he left, stupid kid." Grendile pulled out one of his journals once the kid had left. He began sketching a strange symbol, the symbol was usually only used for evil porpoises. Once Grendile drew the symbol that he knew bring bad luck, he said words quietly to himself in another language. When Grendile hated a human he usually wished them the worst of luck. Right now he really hated the one annoying kid so he wished the kid the worst of luck. "We should get going out of this building soon, otherwise we might seem more suspicious then we already made ourselves. Also I'm not liking the glares we're getting here." Grendile sighed turning to the next page of his journal beginning to sketch a basilisk and what it's eyes looked like.
Jewels smiled, taking another sip of her coffee. "You'd better get used to seeing kids everywhere," She began, stirring her coffee with a spoon. "Cause' this town's full of 'em" She pulled out her wallet and put some money on the table for the food. "Well, lets get going then." She said, getting up. Hina finished the meat that was under the table and began drooling more. They walked out of the cafe, Lilya and Deonday still glaring at some of the children in the cafe. It was a very beautiful town, and the people were, normally, very friendly. "Where to now?" Jewels asked.
Grendile sighed looking out the window. "Anywhere in town I guess, we just have to make sure to keep an eye out for our criminal." Grendile remembered something that happened awhile ago. He began sketching the devise Jewels had found in the warehouse a few weeks ago. It was a very strange devise but he remembered exactly how it looked. Grendile led the group into an empty alleyway. "Only safe place to discuss this. Jewels, a few weeks ago you've found a devise, we still have no idea what it does." Grendile looked at Jewels with an emotionless glare. "Do you still have it, or was it stolen by Zonan on the train?"
Lilya hated seeing peace, especially with annoying children. "Well, let's go to somewhere where there is no chidlren, hm? That's my dsuggestion." She said in an annoyed voice,, all these chidlren everywhere really annoyed her, she was just holding back grabbign her gun and shooting one in the head, she sighed, tryign to calm her anger and annoyence and looked at Jewels expantantly, "Well? You want to lead us now, so tell us where we are going, I want to get out of tis chioldren's town." She muttered to herself, hating being glared at and having children surrounding her every step.
Jewels looked at Grendile. "Yes, I still have it..." She said, pulling it out of her pocket and setting it on the table. She then looked at Lilya. "I know my way around this town pretty well, and I know a place where we can talk and plan in private." She said, looking around the area. "It's a large, abandoned building at the edge of town; the other edge. I know exactly where it is, but we'd have to walk all accross town, or get a taxi. I dont mind either, but it's up to you." She said, exacmining her nails.
Deonday sighed as a child looked innocently up to him. "Disgustingly cute kids, I'm about ready to shoot the next one that walks next to me." Deonday clutched his gun tight in anger and annoyance. Grendile gave a look at the device that was on the table. "I'd say we should go, and make sure you keep the device out of sight, we don't know if we need it or not yet." Grendile handed it to Jewels who put it in her pocket. Grendile sighed beginning to sketch again, he was continuing to sketch the basilisk they saw in the mansion. He was finishing the eye of the basilisk which had very small designs and symbols within it. Once he was done he put his journal away looking at Hina who was still chewing on a piece of meat. "I think we should head out now."

A Day in the Life of a Sweeper
Setting

The setting is on the continent of Carnon. Carnon is a huge land with many cities and different climates. Covering the land are series of species of mythical creatures, animals, and humans. It is said that under the city are underground caverns...

Cities

Mariola: A smaller, more peaceful city than the others, many people with children choose to live here. It is on the plains Mariola and the largest, and most successful, farms are started here. It it known for it's best produce and best onion buns.

Capricorn: Capricorn is a mysterious and small town in the high, misty Mountains of the War. This was where the many wars were fought to free this country from the evil people of Sharquee, their former controller. Nobody really lives in Capricorn, except for widows and the extremely poor. But, some say that the secret entrance to the underground caverns, is in one of the shops... but no one really knows.

Kolnco: The Gem of the Coast. Thats what the people call Kolnco. Its a beautiful place for vacation, retirement, or just living. The beaches are the best on Carnon and the people are friendly and kind. It's famous for it's yearly 'Fish Feast. That's when all the fishermen in the city go out and catch as many fish as they can, then they fry them all up and the entire city gets to eat all-you-can-eat fish!

Carnon City: The largest City on Carnon. Everyone who's anyone lives here. The people here are normally very very rich. But the crime rate has gone up, and the people hid to protect themselves, and their money.

South Banks Megalopolis: A huge city on the river of Ja where the crime rate is large and the death toll is also large. Many sweepers come here to earn huge bounties but are often killed in the process. Only the most elite can come here and earn the bounty.

Plot

" A sweeper only needs a genuine desire to help..."

This land was once peacful and quite. It was very rich and prosperous. But, over the years, the law enforcement has been overturned and completely removed. Now, the only hope for Carnon, is their sweepers. The 'good' sweepers have been given a license to do so. The 'bad' sweepers have just been hired as practically assasins. They will stop at nothing to get their prize, and many others as well.

A person has gone missing and there is a very large bounty for whoever finds him. The only problem is: it's like he disappeared from the face of the Earth! No one can find him, for he is expert at hiding, and now the two sides of Bounty Hunters feud, which doesn't help find this person any faster. Evil Bounty Hunters will kill anyone that gets in their way, as good bounty hunters only kill to cover their bare necessities.

History
This person that has gone missing has made the Bounty Hunters angry, by stealing many of their bounties and killing many of them. This person also killed many innocent people and robbed them of their money. He is a greedy thief, and we have no idea what he's doing or where he is. And when he disappeared, the Bounty Hunters were trying their best to find him...but he just disappeared suddenly. The bounty for him has risen as the years went by-but, no one can seem to find him no matter how much riches are at stake. And the Bounty Hunters still try to find him.
