Lilya suddenly felt guilty for annoying Deonday and sighed and climbed out the water. She played with her absent- mindedly and grabbed Hokey who was twitching in his sleep, which often meant he would wake soon. She looked away from Deonday and nodded to Grendile, "Fine. We'll continue moving." Though I don't see why, that dude really doesn't matte to me, neither the bounty. So I don't see why it would matter if the second group or Insanek beat us. She thought stubbornly. She slipped her bracelets back on and cliped her necklace on and felt the black cross with sadness. God, please, tell me why this bounty hunting stuff makes sense to me?
Grendile sighed as they continued moving on. He looked at Deonday who had begun complaining that his legs hurt. They continuing moving sand dune after sand dune. After hours of walking they had finally come to a mountain. Grendile had led them up a steep pathway into the city of Capicorn. He sighed and looked back at the group. "We have a choice everyone, should we rest for the night, or should we go ahead into the haunted mantion?" Deonday sighed about ready to pass out onto the ground. He stopped complaining when they were out of the desert though. Deonday looked over to Lilya, then back to Grendile. "I think we should go in, but I think Hokey needs more rest. I'm not too sure right now."
Lilya, still not speaking to Deonday muttered to herself, "I shouldn't have stuck with Jewels..." Then she looked at Grendile, "Let's just go in. I want to get this over with." She looked serious holding Hokey who kept groaning in pain and mumbling in elfen language, obviously having a nightmare or something. Lilya sighed and looked at Hokey. Lucky, he just has his nightmares when he's sleeping. I think I must have my nightmares more often.. She thought, depressed. She didn't know herself why she got so sad overtime, but  now she barely wanted to talk, stuck to her own thoughts for company.
"Whatever you say. Now remember, we must be careful. This place is haunted with very dangerous creatures. Don't let your gaurd down even for a second." Grendile led the group into the mantion with very focused eyes. Once they were all in the door closed behind them. "That's not normal." Grendile sighed leading the group through a hallway. The hallway had paintings of strange paintings and there were also knight suits that were all in a straight line. From the hallway you could hear howling and low growls. When they were halfway through the hallway half of the armor suits eyes glowed red and began moving. "Um, I don't think these ghosts have any intention of letting us through alive that is."
Her once dull eyes now glittered with  aprehension. She was most excited fort he serphants, though she knew there was absoulutly no point in searching for the criminal, she liked adventure and danger. She looked around at the dark manshion and felt her heart skip a beat when a suit moved its head to look at her with blood red ees. She glared at it, feeling strong and indeppendant to be challenging a ghost in a heavily armored and armed suit. It continued to watch them and others joined in. "Well, seems that we might have a bit of an issue." Lilya remarked.
Deonday held his gun tight as he saw the ghosts approach them. He looked to his right in shock as he saw one of the ghosts swing at Grendile. Grendile backed off holding his arm tight and dematerialized. Deonday thought the ghost had just killed Grendile he had begun shooting at it in hatred. The ghost was however armored. Deonday backed off ducking under one of the ghosts swing. Then he heard another suit of armor come to life. It's eyes glowed neon red and a thick black smoke surrounded it. It came closer to Deonday, looking to the right the armor suit destroyed the ghost that had just attacked Deonday. Then the armor suit turned to Deonday breathing heavily holding it's swords tight. Then he heard a familiar voice. "You wouldn't believe how stuffy this armor suit is, anyway, I learned a new trick." Deonday gave a sigh of relief to hear Grendiles voice in the armor. Grendile looked at the other ghosts with great hatred.
Lilya narrowly dodged a slash of a sword from a ghost, which cut off a bit of her hair. She looked angry, "Ooh no he just didn't..." She growled. She narrowed her eyes at the ghost and kept dogding the attacks, but they were bnarrow and Lilya had no way to fight back. Hokey, the one who could at least help her, was sleeping and all Lilya ahd was.. .a sword and a gun that were hopeless. She gulped as the suit ghost corned her and herded her away from Deonday and Grendile. "Deonday!" She shouted as the ghost started to swing at her again.

Jewels opened her eyes. She saw shapes moving before her. She clutched her gun and didn't move a muscle. She slowly stepped forward, trying not to make a sound. She took another step forward, but tripped, and fell with a crash to the ground, but jumped into the shadows before the figures could notice.

Hina turned around and saw a collasped set of armor on the ground. he sniffed around it and became extremly excited. He ran up to Jason and whined at him, then pawed at his leg. "What do you want, dog?" Hina glared at him, then pointed at the suite of armor on the ground.

Jewels clung to the beems near the ceiling. She hid in the shadows and held her gun close to her face. She couldn't see in this light, it was too dim. She pointed her gun and shot at the ground near one of the figures' feet.

Deonday worringly turned around shooting the armor in the head. The armor took notice and turned away from Lilya. Deonday had shot a white lazer through it's head killing it. The armor that was no longer possessed disassembled hitting the ground. "If any of you ghosts even think of getting near her again I'm going to give you a slow and painful death!" Grendile kept slashing through each ghost in his way. He almost looked insane as he continued slashing through some of the ghosts. Evil flared in his eyes making him seem more intimidating. "And you said these ghosts would be much 'nicer' than me Lilya. I don't even think you can say nice sarcasticly towards these freaks."
Lilya scoffed, "THey might be nicer than Grendile." She muttered sarcastically and dodged a slash from a ghost that hidin the shadows, but Deonday quickly took its 'life'. Lilya saw Jewels shooting the ghosts and she muttered, 'Jewels, you do know thy're ghosts right? SHooting them with a normal gun is as useful as watering plants in a rain storm." Hokey twitched and jumped awake from all the gunshots and Lilya looked realived not to carry him anymore. She noticed he was very thin, but he was heavy. "Maybe you need to... exsersize more to go on a fast." She muttered to the little elf...

Jewels lurked in the shadows. She grinned as the figure dodged the bullet. She crawled on the support beams to where she was directly above the people.

Hina looked up and barked, then ran around in circles. Jason looked up, but saw nothing. He scoffed at Hina and continued fighting the ghostly things around them. Hina continued to whine, so he fired a shot up there just in case.

Jewels dodged the bullet right before it hit her arm. That was close!... She thought, following the people below on the support beams. She targetted one in particular, that a strange little blob kept following. She gathered up her strength, and jumped from the beams onto the man below. It wasn't until she was on him, that she noticed it was Jason. She blushed, her face turning bright red.

Deonday kept rapidly firing at the ghosts that surrounded him, he already finished half of them off. He stopped when he heard Jason slam against the ground, he was relieved to see Jewels again. "About time you showed up, I was assuming you were dead." Deonday looked back at Lilya who was staring at Jason who was slammed against the floor. "Hey Lilya, how long do you think that's going to hurt him?" Grendile sighed slashing through the last ghost. "Let's keep going, and hopefully" Grendile was interrupted by a howl. A werewolf scratched Grendile's arm, in rage Grendile slammed the werewolf against the wall. "Hopefully we won't run into anymore trouble."
Lilya watched as the werewolf fainted and looked around in disgust, she slowly stepped forward and heard a hiss, "Kill intruders!" And a giant serphant slid out of the shadows and lunged for Lilya, but she yelled at it, "Stop!" The serphant stopped and looked at Lilya with its unblinking red eyes, "A human speaking snake?" It hissed shocked and Lilya nodded, "You don't know what you're doing, snake, you better back off or we will kill you.. we have powers that are unimagined by your master!
"
The serpahnt flicked it's giant forked tounge ounce and looked submissive to Lilya.
Deonday gave a surprised look at the serpent, it didn't seem to want to attack now. Deonday sighed turning beginning to take another step. Grendile dematerialized and rematerialized outside of the armor suit. He dusted himself off sighing. "That armor suit was very dusty and stuffy, I never in my 'life' want to do that again." Grendile continued walking foreword, he stopped to turn around waiting for the rest of the group to fallow. "First tin cans, then an angry wolf man, next a giant serpent. Now all we need to top that is" Grendile stopped his sentence when an Asian dragon breathed fire in his direction. It had begun speaking in dragon language, what it said was "Stay away, our treasure, our jewels, our books. We will kill you." Deonday and Grendile both had learned how to speak elf and dragon when their journals had begun being written in code. Grendile said back to the dragon in it's language "We don't want any of your stupid treasure, we need to find a man, now let us through!" Deonday turned angrily to the dragon. He spoke back to the dragon in it's language "Get back or I blow off your head!" The dragon refused so Deonday killed the dragon. They turned back waiting for the rest of the group to fallow.
Jewels got up off of Jason and appologized. She jumped at the sound of the serpent and clung to Jason, but quickly let go. She heard the sound of a screetching dragon, and then a muffles scream or roar. then it was silent. "What was that?" She asked, Admiring her newly fixed green gun. Hina ran up to her and hugged her in the way a large wolf would. She got up from hugging her wolf and looked down the hallway. "Come on! Lets get going now!" She said, running to catch up with Deonday, giving a small wink to Jason, and taking out her gun.
