It`s certainly possible. :) I have forgotten what breeds actually contributed to the Akhal-Teke originally, but I do remember that there were three of them; all extinct. Akhal-Tekes are one of the oldest, if not the oldest horse breed, so I don`t know how

likely it is that he hailed from those even older lines. Teke`s have actually always been rare and for a very long time unknown outside of Turkmenistan.

hmmmm maybe a distant relative of the akhal teke?? Idk, but I think I heard it might have been this other kind of horse as well, but I forgot which one it was xD

shado, Though I doubt he was an Akhal-teke, because he was descfribed as being walleyed and big headed, neither of which are Akhal-teke traits.

Yes, it`s rare to find people that know what they are and even rarer to find on for sale in this country. I`m obsessed with the breed, and I know a couple of Akhal-tekes personally; one of my cousins own them. I think they are the most elegant, intelligen

yay! Sometime I tell people about the akhal-teke and they are like "what? I never heard of that horse before." but yeah the Akhal-teke is one of the most beautiful breeds out there imo. Its too underated.

about 25% Thoroughbred. My parents horses Shadow and Stormy are Egyptian Arabians. My favorite breed is Akhal-teke hands down though.

Horses are one of my favorite animals too, and my absolute favorite domesticated animal hands down. :) As for breeds; Zelos is a quarter horse from barrel lines, and Skyfeather is an Anglo-Arabian, she is about 75% Arabian from Egyptian lines and about 25
