Tiran grabbed the glowing piece of wood and put it back in his bag nervously which just drew more attention ti him Tiran was now panicking and Kiro looked very disappointed at him and Kiro's eyes said 'Calm down act nautral you will be fine.' Tiran then made some noises that sounded like this "Oooh ooh ahh just being natural nothing to worry about uh he he." Kiro smacked his face then Tiran sighed and said "Fine i bet all of you want to know what this is and as much as I would hate to tell you i now know i have to."

Birdy looked up at him from her spot on the ground blank faced as usual, she had no idea what in the heck he was talking about being she didn't see the wood that fell out of his bag, but she did not bother to object him if it was something he needed to tell then she would not stop him just in case it was important, she leaned back a little ways "And what exactily is it that you need to tell us?" she ask making her voice sound at least half way interested, she was a little curious though.

"Well you see the reason the reptoids were chasing us is because we had this." Said Tiran sighing "This is a fragment of the very chest that Osiris was put into by his wicked brother Seth." Tiran was now looking really uncomfortable "You see Isis his wife went after him and then resurrected him when she found him and in fact a bit of that spell is still contained by the chest."  Tiran looked as if he was a scientist on a podium trying to get to the conclusion with out shutting himself and finally said "This chest can make you immortal and give you powers beyond comprehension and apparently Korkazan wanted that, so we took part of it first so he couldn't complete his goal and take over the universe."

Birdy's head shot up at his words "You're telling me the Reptoids are going to be coming after us again, all because of that little piece of wood..." she pointed to it "Contains a magic in it that could put us at the mercy of Korkazan?!" she asked concerned just to make sure it was clear to her, but before Tiran was able to answer she asked "Ever consider burning it? or would that just release the magic inside the wood anyways making it possable for Korkazan to conquire the universe anyways?" if only she knew more about this chest, this was something she hadn't heard much of before, there were rumors she had heard but she didn't believe it until now.

Dusk scanned the ground but turned his attention away from it as he flew into a cloud, it was hard to see but nothing he could not handle, once he made it back out into open skys he lowered himself down to the ground in the jungle and walked around a lighter area but kept himself up against the darker shadows of the trees making himself harder to see from the sky or on the ground but still keeping it easy for him to see what was around him, his darker colored scales made that simple for him and was a help when hunting.

Nightling had awoken and listened in on the conversation taking place. She was shocked that they had an artifact of the southern panthion. Nightling bowed her head but her dark hide prevented anyone from seeing her. These changing legs were getting interesting. But she felt a chill at how risky it could be to meddle with the gods... Nightling whispered so softly she could barely hear herself "o dii fortes nos a malo defendat, periculis. Lorem tueatur a viribus tenebrosis, et dirige nos in sorte tua ut fiat voluntas..." ("oh mighty gods protect us from evil and peril. Please protect us from the forces of darkness, and guide us to our destiny so your will may be done..." in latin)

"Nice to meet you all." said Lucas as he sauntered in, but when Nightling whispered the words, something strange happened to him. The red flames of the crackling fire became black and wind swirled around him, his eyes clouded over  turning a slate gray, he started mumbling a strange incantation in an unknown language. He then fell down onto the cold, hard  cave floor unconcious. His skin was tinted a bluish color, and even though he was breathing, it seemed as if he was dead.

(Sorry again guys, for being gone so long and not posting much, but I had school and baseball practicice (I am the pitcher!) )

Birdy's gaze shot over towards where Lucas fell, she stood up and walked over towards him, she knelt down on the cave floor, she rolled him onto his back and put her head down to his chest to see if he had a heart beat, she put her hand over his face and was able to feel him breathing, only he looked like he had choked to death, strange... she thought quietly as she stood up and grabbed him from under the arms, she wouldn't be able to pick him up so she dragged him farther into the cave across the ground.

Nightling shook her head a quest from a god was not to be ignored or abandoned. Unless it was an evil god, the frost giants and Seth. She made up her mind and stepped forward. "A quest from the gods can not be ignored... Looks like my fun is over now..." Nightling stood there with enough confidence continuing "I'm stepping up to the god's bidding, so if you won't I will." She wasn't sure she could do it but like she'd just said there was no backing down. For the first time in her life she felt genuinely obligated to do something... 

Kiro looked at her and said "You know what im in two." Tiran nodded scared and Kiro looked at Nightling and asked "When should we start?" Tiran  was probably praying to the gods to make that time 10 Am western time the fire blazed which reflected of the chest fragment and now no matter how afraid Kiro was or how he could put people in danger he realized that this was his destiny and the only honorable ways out are to succeed or die trying to succeed Kiro then looked at Tiran who was a sleep and  decided to sit down

"I'm not the one who got the summons, I'm fine traveling day or night. Depends on how many of us are nocturnal, best to move when your senses are at full ability... Especially when you may have to run like heck." She sat down still blending into the shadows a bit. "As long as we keep running and the box hiden with us we may slip through Seth's claws. But we may have to stand our ground. I don't know where Isis is, but I do know of a dragon who odds are will. The dragon is the head priestess of the main temple of Isis, she supposedly has spoken to the goddess regularly. It's not far and the guardians of the temple have kept Seth out since before he took over. Seth is still neutral about the temple since they have yet to attack him offensively."

Kiro nodded and said "Agree about that but what about reptoids they can track us for miles it would be hard to losen them off us plus Seth has a army of his mummified followers who will no doubt kill us!" Tiran nodded and said "Also there is one more problem is that Apep is rising and he is a thousand times worse than Seth!" Kiro sighed at how slim the chances were but then remebred a hero is not brave if he or she has no fear but if they conquer their fears which was what he had to do

 

Birdy was still knealing by the pasted out Lucas, she was watching the others but wasn't saying a single word as usual, she just listened quietly to what they were saying her gaze flickering back and forth between the three of them, she still did not know what the matter was with Lucas or why he had passed out, but she had a feeling that the dragon might have had something to do with it considering she seemed to have had to come out of no where, she didn't point fingers though, and didn't want to blame any one right away especially if she didn't know them.

 Kiro who after the long discussion said "Well i think it would be best everyone get some sleep." and Tiran nodded and then collapsed on the ground then Kiro made himself a make shift pillow and blanket and fell asleep even though sometimes his legs kicked around not touching anything while Tiran just started doing something that wasn't really snoring but rather a heavy breathing you know the kind of sound that Darth Vaders makes when he breathes then several thoughts subconsciously popped into Kiro's head like 'Is this really a good idea' and other stuff but he silenced them and went to sleep

Nighling looked at the unconscious male "What happened to him?" She started bedding down for the night. Nightling knew she'd need her rest and a clear head. She always woke confused if she didn't work har thoughts out before sleep. Calm thoughts working themselves out in clear silver eyes. She had no idea how that male got that way. Nightling felt her heart rate pick up thinking about the danger she was putting herself in. She was the only one the priestess would consider telling the location of Isis. Her mother was the preistess, and Nightling would be next in line. This was supposed to be her free years before succeding her mother...

You are basically stuck or live in a bizarre dimension and you need to get out also im glad to be off hypertendo i am so happy
Once around 7.5 Billion years ago the gods created a prototype dimension and eventually 180 million years ago that dimension was left to be. This dimension had links to every other dimension through Pylons. This dimensioon housed dinosaurs monsters humans and werewolfs, but the most powerful races were the Aultrusians and Onzas. Both of these races were the only ones that could  control the pylons properly and also lived in cosmic harmony. But around 65 million years ago a young Aultrusion mage accidently summoned Seth. The young aultrusion apologized but Seth made him a deal that said if you hand me your Ba and Ka you may have eternal life and power. The Young Aultrusion accepted and soon he became a cruel tyrant all Aultrusion opposition were imprisoned and all Onzas were exercuted. Now the land is in complete chaos and now only a few beings can save it so will you be one of those beings?
