I stood there for a bit, the only sounds in that time were the sounds of Tara crying and the noise of running water. What if she never wanted to know this in the first place? What if Trent was wrong with his decision of making me deliver the message? Perhaps I shouldn't say anything else to the other people he asked me to tell things to, and why did he ask me...?

"Tara... are you okay..?" I asked the question like the fool I was, knowing that perhaps I should instead leave her to be on her own for a little while.

Gumby sat there, looking at Rattlebones while he spoke to him. "Now Gumby, we are having some people who are new, and they our friends." Gumby sat there and listened. But in his head he kept wanting to eat something. He looked at the doctor then said. "Okay....I won't try to eat them." He hummed. But in his mind he would eat everything. He liked Rattlebones, looked up to him like a father. He listened closely to him. Gumby then did a small pur sound and rattled his tail. Rattlebones then patted him on his head. "Good...I don't want any accidents or anyone dead." Rattlebones said. 

Tara knew she shouldn't, since it would probably gross him out (he had just told her to put on deodorant after all) but she ran back onto the bridge, back to Raino, threw her arms around him and sobbed on his shoulder. She knew he felt bad about telling her now, and she wanted to tell him he shouldn't feel bad, she appreciated him telling her even though it broke her heart, but she didn't know how to tell him. So she just hugged him and cried.

Finally she pulled herself together, and forced herself to stop. She knew she had probably embarrased the hell out of Raino, (and got him soaking wet and covered in fur and wet dog smell) and now she felt bad about that, too.

"I'm sorry..." she said again. "Um... now I think I'll go see Rattlebones and Gumby... so like I said, it's up to you if you want to stay or go too..."

Not really knowing what to say, I just stood there. It was my fault for telling her now and not earlier, and my fault for making her cry. But one thing was bothering me the most, why'd he really wait now? He asked out a ton of others girls before, but now he waited more then 5 years to have her know, and he chose his friend to break the news to her.

"Its okay... and, I think that I would just go and find the place on my own. No use dragging others into my own affairs, my own wants." I smiled when I said that, but that smile was a lie. Just one of many lies that would be told today, I bet. "So I am going my own way for right now... could you tell the others to just not go to the asylum after all? Tell them I've changed my mind."

That choice was made mainly on the fact that I hated to see others get hurt for me, even if its just a scratch. Others shouldn't get hurt in any kind of way because they tag along with me, so I wanted to prevent that as much as I could.

Tara saw the smile on Raino's face but wasn't fooled. She couldn't always tell when someone was lying but she could tell this time. She lied back to him by pretending to be fooled.

"Okay, I'll tell them," she said, nodding.

He seemed so unhappy, and he was being so tolerant of her, she leaned forward and kissed him on the cheek. But she immediately regretted it, and was overwhelmed by embarrassement again.

"Er... sorry again," she said for the upteenth time, then she turned and walked off. She would come back to find him again later, perhaps she'd try to talk to him again, or perhaps she would just follow him and watch him from a hiding place, as usual. 

She wandered off to Rattlebone's shed, went inside and was about to tell Rattlebones what Raino wanted her to tell him and the others, but then she saw Gumby, and her words slipped away. She stood in the doorway with her mouth hanging open stupidly, petrified by fear for a moment, then she pulled herself together, as well as she could.

"Hi Rattlebones... and hello... er... Gumby..." she said nervously.

Gumby, out of surprise, jumped back and hissed. He then saw it was Tara and was quiet. Rattlebones then said. "Gumby, behave. I am going to grab some things so stay here." Rattlebones then walked away. Gumby looked at Tara and looked down and said. "S..Sorry...I don't like creatures sneaking up on me. " His tail shook and made a weired rattling sound. " Tara, it is nice to finally meet you up-close. I was only able to watch you from a distance before like how I watched everyone else." He continued to say. He then started to walk towards her. 

As soon as I saw Tara, I spoke up suddenly asking "Is Rammy with you? There's something that I wanted to tell you, Tara, and its something that Rammy shouldn't hear." not daunted by when I saw Gumby for the first time, I was okay with him being near me as long as he never attempted to take a bite out of me. Besides, I've seen worse, like on going experiments by him.

Looking around, I awaited for her response. I hoped he wasn't, but a part of me was waiting for him to be there, the older-brother-like side of me.

Tara backed away from Gumby, until she bumped into one of the shed's walls. She pressed herself against the wall and trembled. Something about Gumby scared her. But she tried to be friendly anyway, because Gumby was still advancing toward her and she wanted to appease him.

"So... um... you spy on people? I do that too, actually... especially people I like but probably don't like me much... hee hee..." She giggled nervously.

Gumby looked like a youthful version of Frankenstein's monster. In fact he probably is, Tara thought. "So, are you one of "HIS" experiments too?" she asked. She wanted to keep him talking, so he wouldn't do anything to her before Rattlebones returned... She didn't like the way Gumby was looking at her, it was hard to tell what kind of look it was, since one eye was normal-looking but the other looked dead, soulless and reptilian, but it made her think Gumby wanted to do something to her she probably wouldn't like...

Gumby smiled and said. "Are you talking about the master? Yes, I do. I was one of his experiments and he ordered me to eat my own sister, so I did, and it was amazing. Now I don't have any humanity left, only a small sliver. And you should not fear me, if I was going to eat you, I would have already riped you apart. " Gumby still walked towards her and then looked at Tony and said. "Oh....Tony what a surprise, I would think Arby and Raino would be with you. And that was a amazing fight with the Rabbit and Medussa, well done good sir. You do know how to give them a thrashing. I was surprised to see you kick the leech though, you should realise you should have hit him in the mouth or the tail, that forces him to turn human and after that he is easily able to be killed." He said to Tony, his eye patch closed, hiding the reptilian eye. "Some call me a Tapeworm because I am always hungry, or some call me Gumby. I don't remember my real name." Gumby laughed trying to make a joke. He wanted to try and be there friends but so far he realised they did not want to be near him.

"Well, if you like we could be friends Gumby," Tara said, giving her tail a small wag, "as long as you promise not to eat me." Somehow she could tell he just wanted to make friends, perhaps because she, too, always wanted to make friends but usually failed and remained friendless. And although Gumby was scary, all the mutants were kind of scary, including her.

She turned to Tony. "Raino's not with me," she told him, "he said he'd come here later, on his own, and that he didn't want us to go to the asylum after all, he changed his mind. I think he might have wandered off on his own, I think I'm going to chase after him, and I assume you will too... Um... what did you say just now?" She had been distracted so she didn't quite hear what he said. But then she realized what it was: "Oh! Something you want to tell me? That Raino can't hear? What?" She tried to focus on Tony, but she also tried to watch Gumby from the corner of her eye... he was still making her nervous...

Gumby was going to say something when he saw a crow inside the shed. His eyes narrowed at it and he revealed his three rows of teeth. His tong slipped back in his thought and like a chamelion's tong, it hit the crow with a horrible impact, making the crow shrek loudly before Gumby ate it. When Gumby was done he licked his teeth, then saw something on the ground, it was Rattlebones chainsaw. He picked it up and swallowed it whole. Then looked at the other's and continued to watch them. He then wiped the blood off of his face.

"It's about the asylum... I don't think that it could actually threaten the town at all, in fact. There are a ton of police forces in the town, and the neighboring towns are always welcome to lend a hand. I didn't want to point this out in front of Rammy, because... well, everyone who knows him knows that he usually over-looks some facts. I was actually planning to attempt to make him not go and just stay anyways..." I whispered to her, not really sure why I didn't want Gumby hearing. Just a crazy notion, I guess. A really crazy one.

"Oh..." said Tara. "Hopefully he hasn't left already, because it sounded like he was going to... We should probably go stop him."

She turned to Gumby. She felt sorry for the crow getting eaten alive, and was shocked when Gumby ate the doctor's chainsaw, even more shocked that Gumby didn't seem to have hurt himself at all. But she asked anyway: "Erm... are you alright, Gumby, after eating that chainsaw? If you are, are you going to come with us?"

She turned to Tony again. "We'd better go see Raino again right now and stop him from going to the asylum on his own." Sorry for running off without telling you again Rattlebones... she thought.

Then she ran out of the shed and back to the bridge. 

"But why'd she ever give me the directions?" the look I got from Arby was one of 'what do ya think', as he growled softly, saying "She likes you, Rain. Medussa has no reason as of why not to give them to you. After we get those directions, we're set to go." I blinked, surprised. "Eh? Medussa liking me? Thats impossible, Arby!" I exclaimed to him, waving my arms for emphasis, and he gave off a blank stare.

"You're the impossible one here."

"Eh? Um, good point... I guess..." I muttered the last part as I attempted to find Medussa, she was around this church, wasn't she? She has to be SOMEWHERE!

"Raino!" Tara shouted. "Raino, there's something I have to tell you!"

But Raino wasn't on the bridge anymore. He had wandered off somewhere. Tara could still smell him though. She decided to follow him again.

She saw him looking around the church. Medussa was near the church, Tara remembered. Raino must be looking for her. Right after he had been talking to her, Tara, he was searching for Medussa, the far more beautiful girl... Tara was filled with jealousy again... But she knew she shouldn't try to stop Raino. She shouldn't be possesive of him, if he wanted Medussa instead of her, then she'd just have to accept that. She couldn't stop the tear from trickling down her cheek as she hid in a nearby clump of bushes to watch though.

Then it occured to her that she shouldn't be spying on Raino, she should go back to the others. They had been talking to her, it was rude of her just to run off and dissapear on them. But she couldn't tear herself away from Raino... She had to stay here and watch him, even though she knew her heart would break if she kept watching him right now.

His mansion and the huge basement where we were kept for 2 years. Has an indoor pool, and over 50 rooms in total, 47 of them in which are locked.

The Courtyard -

A large Courtyard surrounding the Mansion, over grown with weeds because of too little care. It extends out into the forest.

 

The Forest -

A large forest, with many trees in it and five clearings, only two of them in which are large. It has forest critters of all kinds, including deer.

 

The City -

One of the other places we once called home. The only other place was one of the farmlands. It is too large for people to continue to look for people more then a year and a half after they disappear, yet small enough for most of the social people to know nearly everyone.

 

Farm Lands -

Three farms, each in which have a huge corn or wheat field could have been one of our homes, even though two of them have been sold to someone else in the past year.

 

The Old Windmill -

Broke down 7 years ago; is now residence to mold, damp environments, and mice.

He is the fallen;

And we are the forgotten.

At First it seemed like just a game; a sweet party with our dearest of friends; Trent. His birthday had come up and we were over at his house for the party, to congratulate and spend some time with him. Everything on our end was just perfect-- then came Trent's father. He seemed almost like a predator, the way he was extra friendly with us, the look in his eyes when we accepted the drinks...

That man offered us to stay for the night. He had enough rooms, he said. Like the fools we were we accepted, some of us will never forget that smile he made...

2 years and we haven't seen the sunlight after that night. Yet one day, while checking up on us, he dies. His keys slip out, and we have the chance to be free yet again.

But the question remains;

Could we be accepted even though we are what we are now?

Trent was one of the first to die throughout the experiments, and he died a month after they begun. It was fall when his birthday was, meaning that it is yet again fall, 2 years afterwards.

You have been stuck and experimented on for two years until 'he' died. Now you have the chance to escape, but the scars and marks run deep on you.

Exhibited's Normal Role Play Rules Are Of Course Still Rules In This RP.

Please refrain from having super-powers; only physical changes from chemicals and other things might be in effect.

You must have 2 characters or more, and at least for one of them to be kill able. UNLESS YOUR ONLY CHARACTER IS KILLABLE. You can have max 3 nonkillable characters.

KILLING ALLOWED

By marking a player as killable you hereby agree to allowing others to kill that character.

No making a Girl-Friend or Boyfriend for yourself if you have already made your characters and is active in the RP. Only when you first make your characters are you allowed to make a boyfriend/girlfriend for your character, and after that you must get permission from another Role Player to become your character's Girlfriend/boyfriend.

Keep Romance at a mild level; this Role Play is not focused on romance, so please no more then kissing/cuddling... 

Actually work on your descriptions, please! No simple descriptions like 'He is short and has red hair, blue eyes', please attempt to flesh out your characters a bit. ;)

 

NOTE;

Normal People; ALLOWED; ALL NEW PEOPLE MUST BE NORMALS~

You can be a Wolf-Man or a Chimera.
They cannot be wearing any extra accessories since those would have been taken away;
As said in the plot and history they where supposivly at a birthday Party before knocking out and being experimented on.

They where held there for two years, and they still have the same clothes as before, or they could have a night gown. ^^
