Jylani hugged tightly to a branch and hid her face, she couldn't look. Kipek screamed in pain and Jylani knew she should try to help but she was too scared. Tears ran down her face as she sobbed uncontrollably. The grizzly snarled and it sounded as if it stormed off. She clung to the tree, her body shaking like a leaf. Horrible images of Kipek being hauled off by the grizzly popped into her mind and she didn't know if he was still in the tree or not. She couldn't will herself to look and when she tried calling Kipek's name it came out very faintly. 

(No problem about the double post! One of the nice things about being a master, I can delete things!)

Do you think I should make the rotation longer? To 8 posts maybe?

Kipek gave a sharp intake of breathe as he carefully removed the ripped fabric from his injured leg. It stung more when the leg of the pants were gone. He saw Jylani huddled at the end of the branch with her head in between her legs. Kipek heard her mutter something too muffled to decipher. "Can you please help me, Jylani?" he asked, as his leg hurt more than ever now "I don't know much about healing, and my hands are too sweaty and shaky to wrap binding around it." He ripped a loose piece of bark off the tree and grabbed some leaves. Kipek made a kind of plaster with the coshoning leaves on his leg, which luckily stuck, due to the large amount of sticky blood. Kipek winced when each leaf went on, but sighed when he couldn't see how bad it looked; his leg was a mess of blood. Kipek handed the bark towards Jylani, then indicated with his hands to try to help bind it to support his leg while walking. Tired, Kipek leaned his head against the tree, thanked Jylani and closed his eyes, trying to ignore the horrible smell of metalic blood and the nasty stinging pain in his shin.

Jylani helped bandage Kipek's leg but she nearly passed out. If she weren't doing it for a friend who needed her help she would have. Which would be a bad thing because then she would fall from the tree........ and the ground isn't that soft. As is was, as soon as she finished, she leaned back against the tree. She felt very dizzy and light headed and tried hard not to notice Kipek's blood on her hands, not to mention everywhere else. Her breathing became very shallow and for the first time she felt the sting of dozens of tiny scratches running across her face from the tree branches that whipped her while she was running. "Do you think you can get down the tree?" she asked, desperate to get out of this high place.  6

Melinda yawned the sun was starting to set and frost dragons usually slept through the hottest part of the day and hunted while it was cooler. Melinda had already gorged herself on bear meat earlier. Some dragons picked hibernation through the summer but Melinda couldn't do that. Another dragon fattening up had started eating her kill but he was far larger and stronger. Melinda did not want to get injured by a male in particular since a male might try something. Melinda had no desire to do that so she avoided the confrontation. Besides Melinda would be human soon enough and she'd have to retreat into the safety of deep within her lair. Snuggled in the furs she kept there she'd be plenty warm and safe. 

Whisper Forest

This forest is of huge trees with long hanging branches. The ground is very moist and soft, filling the air with its fresh scent. Many crystal clear waterfalls and pools are hidden among the trees, creating sounds as if spirits are whispering in your ears. The water is said to be magic and some come to them, seeking healing and blessings. However danger lurks in every shadowed corner.


Broken Meadows

Grass and wild-flowers cover the many gentle hills of the meadows, broken by sharp rocks. This place is very open to threat and danger.

Ghost's Gorge

Barren and covered with volcanoes. The air is hot and dry here and the sky covered by grey clouds. There is nothing living or beautiful here. It is an evil place and rumored to be where the key to breaking the spell resides. Chances of surviving this place are slim.

Note: Characters may start in any place you choose except for Ghost's Gorge. There are many other places to go but I only described the main ones.

This role play will follow the lives of humans who reside in the land of Zaiean. This land has a spell cast over it which causes everyone to change into a creature either all day or all night. What creature they morph into depends on what season of the year they are born in. This group is seeking to find out what is causing their sudden morphs so it can be stopped.

This RP with run on a day/night rotation. In order for this to work there are some rules.

I will start the very first RP post as day. Day will be put in bold letters at the top of the post. At the bottom of the post after all action from my character I will put a number 1. The next 5 people to post will put numbers 2-6 at the bottom. When it gets to the 7th poster they will put night in bold letters. They will put a 1 at the bottom. The next 5 posts will be numbered 2-6. At this point the 7th will post 1 and day in bold letters and the rotation continues this way. Please remember if it is day or night and keep your posts in accordance.

Winter: January-February

Day creature: Frost Dragon

Night creature: Snowy Owl

The unfortunate thing about being a creature is they can't talk except to others of the same type.

Many generations ago, a spell was cast on the land which makes everyone change into a creature every day or night. This new generation seeks to discover the secrets on how to remove this spell and set themselves free.

All standard EX RP rules apply!

Please keep all romance and violence at bare minimum! (hugging and kissing only and no gory descriptions)

Keep all RP posts in 3rd. person to keep it neat and non-confusing.

No swearing! Please refrain from having your character spout something when they are angry.
