Xixux's eyes narrowed, and then widened."  This was an instinctual reaction, and quickly, to hide it, he said "Okay." he needed the sound proofing, it could proof usefull."  There were a few expiraments he couldn't conduct, because of the incredible noise they produced."  But if he had soundproofing, even if a bender helped him do it, that would no longer be a problem."  He said "Classes are starting soon, so later" and slammed the door."  He then changed into less soaked clothings, picked up the peices of mechanism that had flown all over the room, and started to use a pencil and paper to log the results into his info."  The amount of water per square inch that the machine could contain was vital."  Next, after afternoon classes, he would try air.

Whitefire grabbed some lunch and went to her little table, alone once more. Her next class was history, and she didn't like the professer. He had given them a pop quize yesterday and promised a project today. She sighed. Whitefire ate quickly and stalked to her next class, 5 muinets early. The teacher looked at her in surprise. "I wanted to get a head start on my project." she told hem.

He nodded. "I've placed you in a group project with Kaemon, you are to look up one of the past fire-nation leaders. Who you do it on is your choice." he informed her.

Great, some guy she was stuck with to do a project with her. She sat down and began to doodle a dragon, waiting for the rest of the class.

Xiux grabbed lunch and left for bending theory, the first of his three classes."  Today, they were doing a quiz on what they'd done the previous day, which had not helped Xiux in any way, but he had still memorized it."  The quiz was too easy, it was questions like "Which animal started which bending?" and "Which bending was started by the moon?" it really was something everyone shoud've learned in second or third grade, it only took a day to learn, and it was basic mythology."  He presumed that he had aced the quiz, and he turned it in to the bending teacher without making eye contact."  He had figured out that if he didn't make eye contact, then it was easier to get by.

Riku was heading for her airbending class. When she walked into the room, only about a third of the seats were filled. "Where is everyone?" Riku asked the professor. He told her that not many air-benders signed up this year. Riku nodded and sat down in a chair next to a window. Outside, clouds were starting to form. She was so mesmorized by the clouds that she didn't notice a test being put in front of her. She looked to her right and saw another girl writing on a test. She realized that she had one too so she looked at it. It seemed to be simple stuff like 'how many air temples are there' and stuff like that. When she was done with her test, she continued looking out the window.

Setting Update: Early morning classes are starting. Much Time has pass since the beginning of the term. You are well into the semester, grades, projects, tests and exams are common. The Summer Bending and Martial Arts Challenge is in 3 months...go out for your teams and practice your skill.

Post: Kaemon had chose his companions awkwardly. He had been helping Xiux sound proof, early in the mornings and then right before bed. So the two was around each other alot...and yet he still didn't know about the guy. Only that he tensed up when ever they reached for the same tool or sound proofing element. He wasn't sure why the kid didn't like him much..it was obvious he didn't but Kaemon was okay with that. At least after a few more sound proofing sessions Xiux will be able to do his experiments in peace.

His other partner was Whitefire...she was a fireball for sure. Once or twice as he was meeting her in the library he saw her take on some bullies. All she needed was to master control and the other moves would be easy to master. But far be it from him to say that to her...he was sure he didn't want to cross her. Still should it go down he wouldn't be the one backing off. They had chosen to do their project on Jeong Jeong, and it was time to be winding the project down, both had to do an essay and turn it in and both had to present it to the class...public speaking was not his strong foot.

So As Kaemon walked from the breakfast hall he had his day planned. It was friday and he had no scheduled classes. First he'd help sound proof, he was sure Xuix was up, then he'd meet Whitefire in the library and finish the project, taking the rest of the evening to practice in the Ring of Fire.

Post: It was early friday morning, JaiYi had been gone most mornings even if she didn't have class. She had every intenions of competing in the Bending and Martial Arts games in the summer. She signed up for non bending competiion as well as the Earth bending. This morning was no different, she grabbed a protien rich meal from the Dining hall and headed to the stadium. She'd chosen the am slot for practice because most of the college students were still sleeping. She walked onto the grounds, pass a ring that was always engulfed in fire, and this frozen lake of a thing and some dome sphere that seemed to enclose a hurricane. She went to where it felt like home.

Being a direct decendant of Toph, she was rased in a different style of fighting. Her style required her to maintain contact with the earth at all times. Although it was modified because she could see and her great, great great grandmother was blind. Planting firmly on top of a column she concentrated, breathing and pulled her hands up...causing the column to break apart and the top to levitate with her on it. This was a basic move that had many ways to use it...she kept concentrating, if she lost it she could fall to the ground...which wasn't high, because she was still only able to do mid range levitations. Practice makes perfect...she re sat the rock down and practice some fighing moves brought in some bending, levitating from her foot. One time she used levitation to pull a rock at her at high speeds and tried to use rock sheild to defend herself...the sheild was not strong or fast enough she wasn't hurt but she was thrown a distance.

That was more than enough she thought. JaiYi's bottom hurt and she was ready for a cousioned bed to be beneath it. So she grabed her sports bottle and went back to the dorm to nurse her wounds.

Starting Moves: Water Manipulation, Snow Manipulation, Streaming of the Water

Post: Pavati was having a hard time with her water bending. Being from foggy swamp it was hard to get the flowing moves of Tai Chi down. She enrolled in the Martial Arts of Tai Chi to help. It seemed to her everyone there was so at peace and easy with flow. She had never seen snow, so when snow manipulation was done in class she was more than confused and couldn't keep it in it's snow form for longer than a second. There was snickers she could hear. Insults about the Earth Kingdom Waterbender. She was a subborn girl and refused to give up. So her 8am class MAoTC started right on schedule and Pavati was in the front row practicing the basics. Yes it was friday, and this was her only class today, after wards she had rented out the water/snow pool for practice in the stadium...she was going to try to Tai Chi some water or snow into the mix.

While Kaemon was walking towards his room, Xiux was perfecting a earthbending device he'd made, and it was only a few things, and magnet with a positive charge, a pellet of magnetized rock with a negative charge, a small sompartment, and a door, activated by a switch."  This was the third one he'd done, the first tow being streams of air and streams of freezing water, but he hadn't actually tested any of them yet."  He decided he would test them after he finished the fire streams, and that would be relatively soon, because he had an idea: he could simply compress oil, and let that out in tiny bits while there was a small burning cnadle or something at the front of the device.

Setting Update: Down to the wire. Everyone should know where their classes are. You should be having invested in extracurriculars. The first party of the year has been planned for the Fire bending house! All are expected to show up. You know the Firebending hot heads...fights can happen at any time...with anyone.

Whitefire looked through cloths, trying to figure out what to wear to they party. She wasn't going to go untill a teach told her she would get extra credit if she went. Sadly she had agreed.

Her project with kaemon had gone fine, at least he had stayed out of her way. Tonight she planed to run over it one more time before speaking, that way they were both ready.She wasn't going to egt an F because he was unprepaired.. She hurried out the door to the party, a check list going through her head.

Yeah, so the music was OVERLY loud, it was crouded, and it smelled like sweat. I better get ALOT of extra credit. she thought gloomily, looking fo kaemon.

Post: Kaemon wasn't about to miss the social event of the new year. Everyone who's anyone was about be there. And leave it to the Firebenders to do it first. The whole place was decked out, fire rings lit outside, decorations nice. It was a bit crowed, with students of all sizes and attitudes. At least the food was good, they stayed close to Fire Nation celebration food, so Kaemon grabed some first because after all the hands have touched it he wouldn't be mixing his hands with theirs. Kaemon had been doing well with his new friends. Both were intense but Kaemon was really trying for some relaxation. His eyes carried across the room, watching everyone, you could tell who had strict training, and who were the lovejoy. Kaemon tried to mix it up...be the rebel rich kid and then the serious study...but he hovered around the punch bowl looking for a familiar face or someone new to come in.

Post: JaiYi took some coaxing to go to the party. She almost even blew it off after promising she'd show up for at least five minutes. She didn't dress as an earth bender, she took out some red she used to sneak around the palace when Fire nation solders came to visit Earth. She sewed it up to look like a college studen wardrobe, let her dark hair down and put on shoes she borrowed from her friend. She looked like a fire bender, only difference is she was quite calm and smiled alot. She kept an inside joke on her lips tonight which held the crimsom lipstick. Other ther her demeanor her brown eyes were her only give away of an Earthbender.

She walked into the party, slipped passed a lot of other people and kind of went to dance on the second floor...it was an awkward floor...the music was slower here...so she went back down stairs.

Post: Pavati was skipping the party all together. It made the mixed bending hall much quieter. She was in her desk with the dorm room door open for the first time. She had the room to herself, so she pushed the two beds together and made herself a full sized bed. In one corner there was many things from home and several from school, for college. She worked hard on her history project and there was an essay in Masters of Waterbending. There was a lot to be done and she couldn't understand why so many others were squandering their time away. The girl turned the page of her book and sighed as she went on reading. Her light glowing into the hall way as she listened to people go by heading to the party.

Later she'd take out a pen and paper and write her family for the mail cart that came monday.

Post:  Finally, Whitfire spoted kameon. "Jeez, can't you be a bit easier to find?" she said in a grumpy tone, annoyed by everything in the party. She had cought several poeple stareing when she cut through crownds, not even a ghost of a smile on her face. "Man i wish we could bend, I'm itching to practice on a few of these air heads." she said, glareing at several people, dareing them to challenge her. She remembered one of the bullies words...

"Don't even bother with her, she is nothing. Why even pick on her?"

Yeah, why pick on me when you know I will kick you into the next nation? she thought bitterly, wishing she hadn't agreed to the silly extra credit thing.

Elemental University is a typical college. There are classes you must attend, as well as Bending practices, teams and clubs. There are groups and common grounds, dorms and eating halls. The most desired place is the Benders Stadium. This contains everything needed for mixed battles, as well as same Element battles.  There is an Iced Pool Arena for Waterbending battles, Columned cliff for Earthbending Battles, Ring of Fire for Agni Kais and the Sphere of Wind for Airbender practices. There is also a neutral ground with something for all elements for mixed Battles. Explore your school and get to know students, practice your art, and try to graduate at Master Level.

You are a college student in the Halls of Elemental University. Benders from all over come to study courses on the World, War History, Bending and More. Here you mingle with many other Students like yourself, of different abilities…the ultimate goal is to graduate at Master Level.

Every one starts, as Realized Beginner…Advancement is approved/provided by the Admin and usually in your next year of study

It is modern time. More advanced means of transportation has been made, although we are still lacking cars due to being mostly benders and still reliant on the earth.

EU was built, as well as other universities, 200 years after the attempt of Emperor Ozai. The school is the oldest Bending College around with the widest range of studies. Students here are expected to place their energy on studying and bending.
