Post: The whole campus was a buzz with new life. It was the first day for many of the Freshmen. JaiYi included. Even though her family had paid for her admission, and their name alone took the Dean by surprised. She still felt hopeful for surpassing what her name suggests. The campus ot Elemental University was quite large and she was busy looking for the signs that says "Freshman Here!" JaiYi smiled as she spotted some other Earthbenders she knew, and some she didn't as well as the joy that rushed through her as she saw Air, Water and Fire benders that don't normally come to her part of town without a written invitation. The girl bent down and grabbed her duffle bag and headed towards the welcome table.

"Hello" She said to the girl at the table. Who smiled and said, 'Name'. At the request JaiYi was apprehensive she didn't want to already be associated to the name, so she bent in and whispered, "Bei Fong". The girl seemed unmoved, and found the name checked it off. She gave JaiYi her schedule as well as the key to her dormroom. With a quick nod the freshman sped off to Historics Hall...her held dormatory.

Post: It was finally time to create a name for himself. Lost in the hirearchy of the Fire Nation, Kaemon chose to cut ties with his family temporarily. His parents were at first insulted. How could the boy they raised and gave everything disert his name...then they realized, every firebender needs to find themselves to advance in the art. So they bid adu to their son and watched him sail away in a ship he built of his own hands. Kaemon did not buy his way into the University...instead he wanted an audition which included a test as well as a battle with the Dean. With the strict schooling gained from his home as well as the strict teaching from his parents Kaemon was granted a scholarship.

Walking out of the gym exausted and sweaty he made his way to the registrars. He passed all the already registered members of the campus and was told frankly he'd be in Heritage Hall, brother dorm to Historics Hall both of mixed benders and he was very much hoping to have another fire bender room mate. The boy walked out with his schedule and dorm key, number 427. Kaemon stopped by the welcome table...looked around and just stood there...Waiting for something, anything to happen.

*Post:" "  When Riku arrived on campus, she immediatly felt strange and unknown. She looked around to try and find more air-benders. She didn't see any. She went over to a bench near a tree and sat down. She took out a scroll from her bag and opened it. It was an air-bending scroll. It probably wouldn't help much though. She wanted to gain some attention. But she didn't know how. She was always the best and only air-bender in her village. She then saw a couple of girls that looked like they were air-benders. She walked over to them and introduced herself. "Hi, Im Riku." She said shaking one of the girls' hands.

Post: Pavati made it to campus on the back of a wagon carting other Earth Kingdom natives. At the arrival she was quickly lost wondering around and admiring the vast land of this University. It was a rather large place and the young girl from the small swamp was quite overwhelmed. She sighed signed in got her key, room 428...Historics Hall. Since most of her friends were Earth benders she figured it'd be best for a mixed hall rather than an all Waterbender hall.

Walking backwards on the lawn now she did not notice the group of air benders behind her. taking a hand over here eyes to get a better servey she spun around only to accidentally hit Riku, "Oh I'm so sorry, I'm new here"

Post:"  Riku turned around after being hit and said, "Oh, thats ok. Im new here too." Riku smiled at Pavati then went to go and find out what dorm she was in. She eventually found the front desk and asked what dorm she was in. She was in dorm number 444. Well, thats easy to remember she thought to herself. As she was walking around the building, looking at where her classes would be, she accidently bumped into a Teacher. She appologized. She then saw that it was going to be one of her teachers. He asked her what her name was. She answered Riku. He said that not many air-benders are registering this year. Riku wondered why.

Post: Whitefire ignored everyone around her and headed straight for class. She wanted nothing to do with these people, she just wanted to learn. Her techer wecomed her and had her take a seat. Whitefire listtened as the tacher explained the histiry and basic fundimentals of fire bending. "Whitefire," she called. "I'v heard you know how to do rings and arcs, could you give us a demenstration?

Whitefire walked to the front where there was a small area cleared fo binding. She let the power of fire flow into her. As quick as a snake she kicked, and arc trailing behind. She fallowed with two rings, one from each hand. Whitefire walked back to her desk and sat down, suddenly wanting freash air. She stared at the clock, wondering when the bell would ring.

Post: After comfirming that nothing was happening, Kaemon decided not to be late to class. Normally he'd have a hard time finding things, but the Dean had been nice enough to provide a tour before the test and battling. He took off in a huff to the hall for his Intro to Firebending class. He was unusually late as he walked into the class room and was nearly taken by surprise by two rings of fire. Quickly thinking he took the fire, whipping them into streams and then extinguishing them into his body. Having avoided being burned by using Fire Stream. Kaemon looked around just as Whitefire was sitting, and took himself a seat in the front row.

After aplogizing for being late, and messing up a great display of rings of fire the instructor went on to demostrate the other example of beginning bending, Fire balls.

Setting Update: The day is just beginning, all Freshmens are registered, have been given their dorm keys and are expected in their first classes soon. There are no bells in college, classes are an hour long, and you'd better not be late to your start...they won't chase you down to pass...it it totally"  up to you...

I will also post "end of classes" when it's time for players to be getting out of class should you have class that day or time remember it's college some people have a full load and some people only have 1 class a day so keep that in mind.))

Xiux walked onto the campus, scowling, and stepping softly, which was a rare combination."  He muttered his name to the girl with the information, and she noted his sour mood, told him his room number, and gave him a schedule."  Good, he had no actualy bending classes, which wouldn't have worked anyway."  His first class was "Bending theory", which would possibly prove usefull."  He walked over to the classroom's general area, somewhere in the west side of the college, and began inspecting room numbers. He finally found the room, and sat down in the back of the class, just as it was starting."  He continued to avoid eyecontact, more than an eighth of the people here were probably benders."  ((I wonder exactly what bending theory is.))

Setting Update: Classes are over, things are winding down for the afternoon, the dining hall has put out lunch.

Post: JaiYi did not have a class on today, she spent most of the time decorating her side of the room. Afterwards she took a quick moment to jot down in her notebook and finally fell asleep. She was all too happy to have a few peices of home to put into place. After running down to grab her books and finally waking up from her nap JaiYi studied abit. She suddently felt a rumble in her stomach. The girl looked at the time and then her welcome pack...the food hall should be placing food out now.

JaiYi took a quick scarf and tossed it over her shoulders and ran out to the common area then the dining hall to pick up something. She was quite content to see the food from all places and nations even though she'd wanted to explore others, home favorites called out to her and she stood in the line to get some sweet bread and tea.

Xiux looked at the time."  The class was over now!"  What a coincidence!"  He had notes on the basic story of bending ((The animals)) and planned to go to the library and look up the anatomy of dragons, flying bison, and badgermoles."  When he went to get lunch, he quickly piled some roasted pig-deer ((actual animal in avatar)) with chili, and a moon peach on his plate."  He got some mango, and returned to his room."  There, in the half of the room he got, (he preferred not to look at the bender on the other side of the room) he tried to work on artificial water bending."  So far, it had been the most difficult."  If he could pressurize it, he could make it spray out as quickly as he wanted, but the actual techniche (turning defense into offense) of water bending porved to be unatainable in this way, because of how purely offensive spraying hundreds of gallons of water at your foe was.

Whitefire inhaled the aroma of food deeply. Mmm, that smells really good. She thought dreamily, picking up a platful. People were everywhere, socailizeing and talking about their classes. Whiefire picked a seat that was sacluded from to others. More than likely a forgoten table no one knew exsisted. She ate slowly, savoring the flavor of the food. Her had fiddled with her dorm key absently. Class hadn't been so bad, but it could be better. Blah,blah this, blah blah that. She liked the part when she got to bend, she always had. It gave her a way to leave everything else and become herself. She looked at her dorm key number, 205. I wonder who will share my dorm with me? she thought, unless she got luckey and had it to herself she didn't want to see. People didn't like her. Whitefire was horrable at conversation and she was short tempered.

Post: JaiYi finished her lunch. She almost went to mengle with a few that would be in her class, but decided against it. She walked slowly back to her dormatory, stopping on occasion to watch benders practice, or others chat, or everyone laughing. So far any new friends weren't made. Time was still young, JaiYi started class tomorrow. Her first set was beginners Bending Theology. She was looking forward to that.

She took a quick detour through the stadium to her room taking in all that is available to the students to use. Having bumped into a friend from Ba Sing Se who recognized her Jai spoke breifly and then continued. There was almost nothing else to do but head to room 205...and unlock to see if her roommate had arrived yet...

Setting Update: Classes are all ended for the evening, Lunch is over, it is getting darker, dinner is out and there's a play in the student union. Everyone should be safe wondering the campus grounds but you never know if bullies are waiting nearby.

Elemental University is a typical college. There are classes you must attend, as well as Bending practices, teams and clubs. There are groups and common grounds, dorms and eating halls. The most desired place is the Benders Stadium. This contains everything needed for mixed battles, as well as same Element battles.  There is an Iced Pool Arena for Waterbending battles, Columned cliff for Earthbending Battles, Ring of Fire for Agni Kais and the Sphere of Wind for Airbender practices. There is also a neutral ground with something for all elements for mixed Battles. Explore your school and get to know students, practice your art, and try to graduate at Master Level.

You are a college student in the Halls of Elemental University. Benders from all over come to study courses on the World, War History, Bending and More. Here you mingle with many other Students like yourself, of different abilities…the ultimate goal is to graduate at Master Level.

Every one starts, as Realized Beginner…Advancement is approved/provided by the Admin and usually in your next year of study

It is modern time. More advanced means of transportation has been made, although we are still lacking cars due to being mostly benders and still reliant on the earth.

EU was built, as well as other universities, 200 years after the attempt of Emperor Ozai. The school is the oldest Bending College around with the widest range of studies. Students here are expected to place their energy on studying and bending.
