Zonan grinned. "I like the sound of this idea. Now, who are you planning to kill? Oh, Never mind, let it be a surprise!" He grinned again and turned toward Grasha and Feralie. "Now, where is Ferru?" He almost growled at saying his name.

Hina, tail between his legs, walked away from Jason and over to Jewels who was doing something outside.

Jewels turned around when Hina came up to her. She stroked his head, then scratched behind his ears gently. He wagged his tail in happiness, then stood up strait at the sight of the squirrel. He gave a small growl, and the squirrel ran away, angrily chattering to Hina.

Xina grinned and thought to herself, oh, it will be a susprise. She frowned and glared at Grahsa, "Like that idiot would know where that stupid robot went.." She muttered.

Lilya blinked and watched as Iken slithered around Grendile's arm, enjoying getting his head rubbed. 'Now- snakes can touch you?" She asked, kind of not shocked at this.

Jason facepalmed himself, his face was dripping in slobber again. He sighed and got up slowly, feeling stupid to be covered in Hina's slobber and went out to join Jewels, looking annoyed, watching Hina warily. He was sure to run off if Hina tried to drown him again.

Zonan rolled his eyes again with a small smile. He put his hand on her head and began, "Save your energy for a fight. Dont waste it on arguing." He took his hand off of her head.

Jewels heard Jason come in. "Hey." She said without turning around. She picked a twig from a nearby tree, and snapped it in half, then dropped it, still leaning against the railing. She turned her head to look at him. She smiled at him being covered in Hina's healing slobber. She rested her head on her hand, her elbow on the railing. She gave a big sigh, then looked back at Jason. "What?" She asked plainly.

Xina narrowed her eyes, she would need her energy for this next fight. Especially if she wanted to pull this off. She nodded and looked away from Zonan, Farren now saw her chance and sat next to her master- but far away enough so she could break out into a run if Xina flipped on her. Xina sighed, calming herself down.

Jason smiled at Jewels, noticing she looked terrified or dreadful, "I- i just wnated to come out to see your okay. Of course I'm not- your wolf's trying to drown me." He scoffed, giving Hina a side glance. ,

Zonan smiled and nodded at her. He was pleased that they finnaly stopped bickering, because he was getting a headache.

Jewels glansed at him, then looked forward again. "I'm fine." She said, obviously not fine. She kicked a small leaf that was on the edge of the balcony to the ground. She took out her gun again, shooting it at a pinecone. She loaded her gun again, then put it back in its carrier. She was dreading something, but what?

Hina nudged up agains Jason, then looked at Jewels. He could obviously scense something was going on too. He pawed at the ground, then looked over at Lilya, then at Jewels, than back to Jason.

Xina folded her arms, of course feeling perfect as she always did- those idiots didn't try as hard as she did to get Zonan's favor- she tries all her best that she can do and all the others do- is sit around being idiots. She huffed, trying to keep her cool.

Jason glared at Hina, "What is it now Hina- you're not going to drown me again if that's what you plan on doing." He noticed the wolf looked at Lilya- what would Hina have to concern Lilya with? He rolled her eyes and looked back to Jewels, annoyed by Hina.

Grendile began responding to Lilya's previous question. "Yes, it seems so. I'm guessing since snakes can touch me they might also be able to harm me. I'm still wondering about that." Grendile continued to pet Iken. For some reason he had a strange feeling. He guessed it was worry or something. He felt that something bad was going on or would happen. "Something doesn't seem right to me. I have a sinking feeling something bad's going to happen."

Deonday sighed, usually Grendile was right about things like this. Was something bad going to happen? If Grendile thought so he would too.

Lilya sighed and laid her head on Deonday's shoulder- the atmosphere of the hideout was depressing- even with Grendile back. ]The voices stopped to bother her- but she knew they would start again soon. She felt this dread creep inside her- this dread she felt when she almost was caught one. She shuddered, she was horribly injured that day and she was only 16... she looked at Deonday and whispered, wanting his comfort, "W-What will we do n-now?" She asked in a shaky voice. She held his hand, waiting for his answer, hoping that it would make her feel better.
Deonday put a hand on Lilya's shoulder. "We can wait. That's all we can do" Deonday looked at Lilya with a compferting smile. "Everything will be fine." Deonday wasn't too sure everything would be alright. But for Lilya's sake he remained calm. Deonday felt fear run through him. The air didn't feel right, he knew something very bad was probably to come. He sighed glaring hopefully at Lilya. He didn't want her to fear anything that might happen. "Lilya, everything will be fine, you'll see." Deonday gave Lilya a faint smile trying to compfert her. He looked outside, he saw the sun was dimming, nightfall would be here soon.

Sakoya mumbled to herself and sheathed her sword."Nice to meet you Grendile." She called and she walked to a couch. She jumped onto it, then curled up onto one cushion of the couch and fell asleep. She slept so perfectly still that if you didn't observe too closely, you might think she was dead.

(She's really good at staying super still, she has practiced doing it a lot.)

Jewels looked back at Jason, here eyes filled with dread. She looked forward again. She rubbed the back of her neck, feeling the scars. She clutched the wooden railing, almost clawing at it. She hated Zonan with her entire heart. He didn't just abandon her, he killed her best friend that wasn't Hina. She bit her lip, holding back tears. A tear managed to drip from her eyes and onto a leaf below. She looked back over at Jason. "Actually, Im not ok." She began.

Hina pawed at the ground. He was becoming anxious and could sense there was something afoot.

Baltor trotted next to Hina. He looked down, the hide out was pretty high up, he didn't want to fall of. "That's a pretty big drop. About twenty feet down at least." Baltor looked at Hina seeing she was acting strange. "What is it Hina? Is there someone or something there? Do you feel something my canine friend?" Baltor couldn't see anything below, mostly because he was too afraid to look down. He knew dire wolves had a keener sence of smell, hearing, sight, and feeling than a horse would. "Is there something bothering you my friend? Please tell me what you sence. I'm a horse, I'm not good at these things."

Hina looked up at Batlor, then back at Jewels, then at Lilya. "Something is going to happen. I'm not sure what, but I can tell you, its not going to be good." Hina wispered with a growl. He dug his claws into the wood, like he never wanted to let go. He looked back up at Batlor. "Just keep your eyes peeled for anything that seems suspicious." Hina growled into the fading daylight. The sun was behind the mountains now, and it was almost pitch black. Hina gazed into the night.

Jewels looked forward again, shivering in the evening chill. "I have a bad feeling. Im not sure what it's about, but I can tell you, its not good."

Batlor looked around warily, he couldn't see a thing that was going on. He looked down at Hina, he seemed to be able to see more than he could. Batlor neighed with curiousity as all light dissapeared. "Got it, I'll try my best to be on full alert!" Baltor snorted and continued to look around. He looked up at the sky. "Look Hina, it's the hunters moon! I think something very bad is about to happen." Fear struck the horse as he looked worryingly around unable to see the unknown.

Grendile sighed, something didn't feel right to him. He was watching Allison to make sure she didn't hurt herself while in the hideout. "Allison, I think something very bad is about to happen. If we have to get out of the shelter to fight, I think it would be best if you stay here where it's safe, OK?"

Allison looked at him and nodded, not saying another word. She looked out a window, her steely gaze meeting the glow of the hunter's moon. It was a golden orange, and she had never seen a moon like this before. It was strange and erie. And it gave her a feeling of dread.

Hina looked out to see the hunter's moon rising. He bared his teeth, and growled. His hair stood on end, and he clawed at the ground with his sharp claws.

Jewels got up and walked through the door, not saying a word. Her head hung low and her expression was almost blank.

A Day in the Life of a Sweeper
Setting

The setting is on the continent of Carnon. Carnon is a huge land with many cities and different climates. Covering the land are series of species of mythical creatures, animals, and humans. It is said that under the city are underground caverns...

Cities

Mariola: A smaller, more peaceful city than the others, many people with children choose to live here. It is on the plains Mariola and the largest, and most successful, farms are started here. It it known for it's best produce and best onion buns.

Capricorn: Capricorn is a mysterious and small town in the high, misty Mountains of the War. This was where the many wars were fought to free this country from the evil people of Sharquee, their former controller. Nobody really lives in Capricorn, except for widows and the extremely poor. But, some say that the secret entrance to the underground caverns, is in one of the shops... but no one really knows.

Kolnco: The Gem of the Coast. Thats what the people call Kolnco. Its a beautiful place for vacation, retirement, or just living. The beaches are the best on Carnon and the people are friendly and kind. It's famous for it's yearly 'Fish Feast. That's when all the fishermen in the city go out and catch as many fish as they can, then they fry them all up and the entire city gets to eat all-you-can-eat fish!

Carnon City: The largest City on Carnon. Everyone who's anyone lives here. The people here are normally very very rich. But the crime rate has gone up, and the people hid to protect themselves, and their money.

South Banks Megalopolis: A huge city on the river of Ja where the crime rate is large and the death toll is also large. Many sweepers come here to earn huge bounties but are often killed in the process. Only the most elite can come here and earn the bounty.

Plot

" A sweeper only needs a genuine desire to help..."

This land was once peacful and quite. It was very rich and prosperous. But, over the years, the law enforcement has been overturned and completely removed. Now, the only hope for Carnon, is their sweepers. The 'good' sweepers have been given a license to do so. The 'bad' sweepers have just been hired as practically assasins. They will stop at nothing to get their prize, and many others as well.

A person has gone missing and there is a very large bounty for whoever finds him. The only problem is: it's like he disappeared from the face of the Earth! No one can find him, for he is expert at hiding, and now the two sides of Bounty Hunters feud, which doesn't help find this person any faster. Evil Bounty Hunters will kill anyone that gets in their way, as good bounty hunters only kill to cover their bare necessities.

History
This person that has gone missing has made the Bounty Hunters angry, by stealing many of their bounties and killing many of them. This person also killed many innocent people and robbed them of their money. He is a greedy thief, and we have no idea what he's doing or where he is. And when he disappeared, the Bounty Hunters were trying their best to find him...but he just disappeared suddenly. The bounty for him has risen as the years went by-but, no one can seem to find him no matter how much riches are at stake. And the Bounty Hunters still try to find him.
