Grendile sighed looking at the city. "Some of the buildings have great architecture, it's a nice city, we'll just have to be careful of other bounty hunters." Grendile looked at the beautifully glimmering city lights. "We can't be using magic here, that will only lead to 'fun' problems. When we go into the city I want every last one of you to stay alert. The city is crawling with criminals and bounty hunters. We're going to be here for awhile, the city is very easy to get lost in, so if any of us get lost we should head back to this area to regroup. It's very dangerous to go through the city alone so we should all stay together. Any questions, or should we just head into the city now?"

Lilya looked up to Grendile, "Let's just go in, I'm sure that we could handle them.' She thought of violence, death, blood, and how she really worked and shuddered. When they were in she heard a whisper, "Look- there they are. Comon on- we're getting our money now!" She roleld her eyes and had her gun at the ready, ready to kill some fools who actually thought they could hunt them like rats. When they lugned out Lilya shot one perfectly in the chest and they died hitting the ground with a thud and the ones following him looked confused and hopeless now.

 

Deonday watched as Grendile violently swung at the followers of a now dead man. He watched as Grendile killed each and every one of them. Deonday looked at Lilya and said something, "And you were saying Grendile was friendly, I don't think that was friendly." The group continued to move through the city, there were some very spectacular looking buildings. But he was distracted by a kid that was walking by. It was the same kid that Lilya thought she had killed. The kid looked like he had major head surgery done. "Hey Lilya, I could have sworn you killed that kid."

 Lilya glared att he kid and muttered, "I guess I missed his brain." She whispsered and gave Deonday a gentle stare, "Do you want me to finish him off? He will be in miery his whole life, havibng surgeroy every week."

Jason kicked the dead bodies of the followers and scoffed, idiots. He looked att he group which was way ahaead of him but he didn't care, he rather be solitary then follow them around.

Hokey looked nervous as he walked, people stared at him like always and he hated it. I want to be a human, he thought enviously, he hated being an elf.

Deonday pulled his gun out, he ignored Jewels who was protesting. He pointed his gun at the kid and shot him in the neck. There were screams to be heard throughout the area as the kid fell uncontious to the ground. Deonday was interrupted by a man who walked out of an alleyway. The man had no weapon and was wearing arm braces. The man looked at the group and had begun to speak. "I'm afraid I can't let you or the rest of your group pass, alive that is. I protect these streets to make sure the innocent don't get hurt. I'm afraid that child's injury is enough to make me kill you all." Deonday had trouble trying not to laugh. "You don't even have a weapon." The man looked at Deonday with a strange glare. "I do, I might not be making it obvious." The man turned into a dragon and began to claw in the groups direction managing to claw Jewels leg. "Oh Brench! Dinner!" Out of the next alleyway they saw a demon enter the area.

Lilya unseathed her sword and lunged at the dragon but he easily swiped at her and she hit the ground with a grubnt, bleeding out of her arms, and her sword 6 feet away from her.

Hokey flattened his ears and maoned, "Again.." He whispered and felt sadness and guilt rage through him murmering inside his head and he shook the voices away and stared at the dragon with boredom, fights bore him now.

Jason stared att he dragon amused. A shapeshifter. He thought andwatched from the sidelines with a wicked smile on his face, but then the smile faded when he saw Jewels.

Jewels fell to the ground in pain. She clutched her leg and glared at Deonday with pure rage. "Deonday! You idiot! Why did you do that!?" She screamed. She looked at her leg. It had about three deep gashes. She took out her gun, in pain, and shot at the dragon, missing. She muttered something under her breath. She reached into her pocket, her leg stinging with unbearable pain. She pulled out a grenade, pulled the pin with her mouth, then threw it into the area near the dragon.

Hina nudged up against Sorian. he sniffed at the ground looking for something to eat. he eventually found a rabbit of some sort, killed it, then shared it with Sorian. While he was playing in the bushes afterwards, he found a piece of cloth from something. He sniffed it and recognized the scent: it was Lilya.

He continued to slash in their direction until he had an idea. Thern turned into a snake and bit Deonday's leg. As Deonday was holding his leg in pain he coiled himself around his neck. As Deonday was quickly running out of breath he pulled out his gun shooting Thern in the neck. He was forced to uncoil himself and fall onto the ground. He turned to his human form and feinted on the ground with a gunshot through his neck. Brench growled and ran infront of Thern, he turned around stretching his wings and putting his arms to the side. "Please don't kill him, I beg of you, show my master mercy bounty hunters." Brench was guarding Thern with his body.

Lilya weakly moved her arm, but she froze when pain shot through her and she moaned, not able ot get up, she looked to her left to see her sword far from her and she sighed, banging her hesd on the ground. "Hopeless." She murmered.

Jason gritted his teeth and glared at Brench and Thern, "Kill them." He growled to Deonday, "They tried to kil lus, so they deserve yto meet thewir makers."

Hokey shivered and  wtached Brench in fear. He was a demon, Hokey knew what demons could do and he backed of a bit in fear, he didn't want to be mauled by a demon.

Deonday agreed with Jason for once, he pulled his gun out and had begun shooting at the demon, the bullets had absolutely no effect. He ran over to the demon and tried to slash it with his sword, his sword now had a dent. "Weapons won't work on the thing, the only thing that can kill it is magic, and Grendile lectured us not to, this won't be fun." Brench didn't try to attack, he stood in front of Thern protecting him. "Please go, leave him alone, have mercy. If you won't leave him alone I'll have to kill you all." Brench looked very frightened at the group. Deonday fell to the ground remembering his leg was bitten by Thern, and while he was in viper form. "Stupid snake venom."

 Lilya narrowe dher eyes, feeling a sick happiness to see Deonday hurt. She scoffed and looked away, feeling stupid being stuck on the groudnw ithout a weapon, she looked at her arms, oozing blood, she folded them painfully and thought bad thoughts about Deonday, Stupid idiot, ignoring me and leaving me to bleed to death!  She huffed and tried to ignore the pain of her arms and her heart to  see Deonday just leavung her there. She muttered something in snake to herself to no one would understand her. Shefelt the voices she heard earlier whispering to her again, she flinched and tried to ignore them, but they were very convinceing. Lilya.... ignore him... he is nothing..;..come with us, tkill them all and then your destony wil lbe fulfilled.

Jewels sat up, her leg still acheing. She stared as Deonday collapsed. She couldn't move her leg, which was bleeding everywhere. She grunted in frustraition at her leg. She glansed over to Lilya who was sprawled out onto the ground, also bleeding. She tried to crawl over to her, but it was no use. She decided the only way to get to her was to roll. She layed on her back and rolled over to Lilya, who was looking at her strangly. When she finally got over to Lilya, she examined her arms. "Are you alright?" Lilya shook her head, then glared at Deonday.

Grendile saw that most of the group was injured by now, but he told himself he wouldn't use magic. He watched as Deonday fell to the ground, that's what caught his attention. He knew that if not treated the snake venom would kill him. He saw that Jewels and Lilya were injured as well. Grendile watched as Brench backed off a bit frightened. He walked over to Deonday, Jewels, and Lilya. "I said I wasn't going to use magic, but this is an emergency." Grendile begun a healing spell on all three of them. After he cast the spell he backed off exhausted. Brench looked at the group worried they would try to attack his master and him. He backed off some more, worry filling his eyes. "Please don't hurt us."

Lilya snapped to Brench, "Then just go1 If you don't want to be killed just leave us be then!" She felt evil, al lthanks to her anger. SHe looekd at Jewels and anrrowed her eyes, "It's al lDeonday's fault." She whispered to her and got up slwoly, her hands were shaking and she regained her sword and seathed it. She caleld Hokey over and glared at the demon, with a hatred for anythign she felt like taking her anger out on, "Leave and maybe I'll reconsider using my elf to destroy you." She smpaped and the demon cowered and nodded.

Thern slowly got up to see the group was still there, he could have sworn that the bullet would have killed him, he noticed that the bullet only went through the side of his neck. Thern saw Lilya and her elf, he also noticed that Brench was backing off from them. He picked himself to his feet, he was rubbing his neck which still hurt badly. "Brench, get back." He watched as his demon backed off from Lilya even more. Thern looked at the group apologetically. "Me and my demon will leave, just please try not to hurt more civilians and we all can get along." Thern walked back into a dark alleyway with Brench. Deonday opened his eyes slowly picking himself to his feet, the type of viper Thern turned into wasn't very toxic, but his body was very sensitive to snake venom.

The setting is on the continent of Carnon. Carnon is a huge land with many cities and different climates. Covering the land are series of species of mythical creatures, animals, and humans. It is said that under the city are underground caverns...

Cities

Mariola: A smaller, more peaceful city than the others, many people with children choose to live here. It is on the plains Mariola and the largest, and most successful, farms are started here. It it known for it's best produce and best onion buns.

Capricorn: Capricorn is a mysterious and small town in the high, misty Mountains of the War. This was where the many wars were fought to free this country from the evil people of Sharquee, their former controller. Nobody really lives in Capricorn, except for widows and the extremely poor. But, some say that the secret entrance to the underground caverns, is in one of the shops... but no one really knows.

Kolnco: The Gem of the Coast. Thats what the people call Kolnco. Its a beautiful place for vacation, retirement, or just living. The beaches are the best on Carnon and the people are friendly and kind. It's famous for it's yearly 'Fish Feast. That's when all the fishermen in the city go out and catch as many fish as they can, then they fry them all up and the entire city gets to eat all-you-can-eat fish!

Carnon City: The largest City on Carnon. Everyone who's anyone lives here. The people here are normally very very rich. But the crime rate has gone up, and the people hid to protect themselves, and their money.

South Banks Megalopolis: A huge city on the river of Ja where the crime rate is large and the death toll is also large. Many sweepers come here to earn huge bounties but are often killed in the process. Only the most elite can come here and earn the bounty.

" A sweeper only needs a genuine desire to help..."

This land was once peacful and quite. It was very rich and prosperous. But, over the years, the law enforcement has been overturned and completely removed. Now, the only hope for Carnon, is their sweepers. The 'good' sweepers have been given a license to do so. The 'bad' sweepers have just been hired as practically assasins. They will stop at nothing to get their prize, and many others as well.

A person has gone missing and there is a very large bounty for whoever finds him. The only problem is: it's like he disappeared from the face of the Earth! No one can find him, for he is expert at hiding, and now the two sides of Bounty Hunters feud, which doesn't help find this person any faster. Evil Bounty Hunters will kill anyone that gets in their way, as good bounty hunters only kill to cover their bare necessities.

This person that has gone missing has made the Bounty Hunters angry, by stealing many of their bounties and killing many of them. This person also killed many innocent people and robbed them of their money. He is a greedy thief, and we have no idea what he's doing or where he is. And when he disappeared, the Bounty Hunters were trying their best to find him...but he just disappeared suddenly. The bounty for him has risen as the years went by-but, no one can seem to find him no matter how much riches are at stake. And the Bounty Hunters still try to find him.
