Deonday's bitten arm felt useless, he pulled out his gun with his good arm. "What in the world is this thing? I'd rather be lectured by Grendile than trying to fight this thing." Deonday raised his gun and shot the creatures left eye. It screeched in pain and began spewing lava in their direction. Deonday moved away from the lava. "Are you serious?! What the heck is this thing!?" The creature turned away from Deonday and head for Jason. "Jason be careful!!!"

Grendile saw something pulling Hokey away from the rocks. He cast an electric spell on the beast but it had no effect. "These things are magic proof, and demons, which means it can hurt me." Grendile pulled Hokey away from the beast. "Are you alright Hokey?"

  Jason stared at it, "IF you can, get the shiny thing on its head, it looks suspisous so I'm guessing it's important." He ran out of the way where it charged and it snorted at him in anger and cahsed him. Jason took out his sword and slashed, he took out its other eye and he smiled deviously, "THings just got easier."

  Hokey shuddered, "If magic is useless, I'm useless!" He jumped when Iken slithered from the shadows and bit the monsters leg. THe monster growled in annoyence and shook its paw, Iken easily flew off and hit the ground with a thud. He hissed painfully and Hokey picked him up. "Hole on Iken!" He said in panic.

Deonday climbed onto it's back, he quickly ran to it's head. He pulled the shiny thing on it's head off, Deonday quickly climbed off it's head and turned around waiting to see what would happen next.

Grendile noticed Iken was badly injured, he looked back at the beast. Grendile quickly pulled out his swords. The beast turned to Hokey seeing him as easy prey. The beast neared Hokey and opened his jaws, preparing to attempt to swallow him whole. Grendile looked at the beast with red glowing eyes. "Leave him alone demon!!!" The beast looked in Grendile's direction. Grendile stabbed the beast in the eye shen it was low enough. The beast took a paw and pinned him to the ground. The beast prepared to make a fatal bite, when it was close enough Grendile pulled the shiny thing on it's head off. The beast backed off, Grendile picked himself up to his feet waiting to see what would happen next.

  Jason watched as the creature writhed in pain and fell onto the ground, screaming in pain and then after a few minutes, it finally died. "What.. was that and why did it want us?" Jason asked kicking the creature's dead body, studying it and he wished for once Lilya was here to blab about what it was.

  Hokey screeched and ran to hide behind a large boulder, holding Ien on his arm, the snake woke up now from being slightly knocked out, but he looked like he was in terrible pain. Hokey watched as the beast fell the ground, its eyes wide with pain.

"Jason I have no clue." Deonday was panting heavily as he spoke. He held his bitten arm in pain. "I never want to see any of these beasts again. Gosh I hope the others are alright. If there are more of these things, they may have found the others already. We have to find a way out."

Grendile's chest was paining him, when the beast had pinned him down it's claws dug into his chest, but there were no visible wound, just pain. He looked at the shiny thing he had pulled of it's head. It had a familiar symbol. "Hokey... the master was controlling this thing, look at the symbol." Grendile walked over to Hokey showing him the symbol on the shiny thing. "We have to find a way out soon." Grendile leaned against a wall, his chest hurt terribly. He looked at Iken. Grendile used what energy he could to heal Iken. He then continued to lean on the wall.

Jewels smiled and spun around when they had finally gotten outside the horrible caves. She suddenly shivered in the cold chill of the night. "How long were we in there? The entire day?" She asked Lilya who was also very tired. Jewels sat on the still warm ground. She looked back into the cave and heard sudden multiple screams from deep inside. She suddenly remembered that Jason was probably still in there and a small tear came to her eye.

Jade almost jumped when she saw light. "Xina! Look!" She pointed toward the end of the tunnel.

Zonan followed Farren as she excitedly walked toward the outside world.

 

  XIna looked up and her eyes sparkled, "Stop being so slow!" She mocked as she morphed into a lioness and ran towards the outside world. She blinked and looked around, it was slightly chilly and the air was cleaner. She sighed heavily when she saw Zonan wasn't out yet. She morphed back into a human and crossed her arms. She heard a barking noise and ignored it. She almost jumped when she saw Farren run out of a nearby tunnel and roll around on the ground. She blinked and then saw Zonan come out. She gasped and ran up to him giving him a hug, "Zonan! You're alive!"

  Farren made odd growling noises as she rolled on the ground.

   Jason stared at the creature, and then up again, he felt abreeze, and this made hi mperk up, "Let's follow that breeze." He said.

  Lilya sighed, notcing that Jewels was depressed about Jason not being out yet and she muttered, "I know how you feel. I haven't seen any sign of Deonday." She muttered in a low voice looking at the ground sadly.

  Hokey looked at Grendile, "Are you okay? Because we need to find someway to get out of here!"

  

Zonan looked at Xina and smiled. "Yes, I'm alive." he hugged her back and looked back into the mines. "Did you by chance encounter one of those large red fire beasts?" He asked thoughtfully.

Jewels looked at the ground. A tear dropped to the ground and She wiped away any others. She looked at Lilya then back into the mine. She shivered again and looked up. The sky was covered in clouds.

Allison cuddled up to Batlor when she squinted and saw a small light in the distance. "Hey look! There's light! I bet that's the way out!" She smiled and ran her fingers through Batlor's mane. "And Errala! Look! There's the way out!"

Grendile looked down at Hokey. "Yes I'm fine, we should start looking for a way out." Grendile panted a bit feeling exhausted, he kept the shiny thing with him, he'd had to show it to Lilya, he just hoped she was still alive, and the others. "We have to find a way out."

Deonday felt the breeze too. It felt great to him considering how long they've been covered in dust. "Then let's not waste time." Deonday begun walking in the direction he felt the breeze.

Feralie had dug her way out, Usud and Grasha fallowing her. Usud was wondering where Wolf could've gone. "Great I'm covered in dust. Usud dusted himself off. Feralie continued to dig until she saw light. She dug her way into the outside world. Grasha ran happily into the outside world, she gave her dragon a hug. "Feralie your a genius!" Usud calmly walked outside dusting himself off more. "I wonder where that idiot Wolf got himself stuck."

Thern and Brench continued to dig until they came to an opening, ahead was a tunnel, at the end of the tunnel was the light of the outside world. Brench begun to speak. "Insanek there's a tunnel! We can get out of here!"

Errala whined as she lifted her broken paw in the air. Her paw felt painful and it hung limp. "Allison, I don't like it in here." Baltor whinnied. "I wonder where my friend could've gone. "Hina! Where are you!" To everyone else Baltor sounded like he was idiotically neighing.

Xina closed her eyes, ignoring the weird feeling she just got and looked at Zonan, "Yes, we did. Evidently you had one too." 

  Farren snorted and shook her pelt of leaves and moss. She stood near her master, licking her paw which has a thorn in it now.

   Lilya looked at Jewels sadly, "If you want we could go look for him.."SHe looked at teng roudn sadly, knowing that they couldn't, they were too weak currently.

  Wolf clawed at his mouth, if he could get it open then he could call for help. He stared at his leg, which was now broken because a rock landed on it and now Wolf sighe dhopelessly. He couldn't get his mouth open, he might die here. Then he heard Usud's voice.

  Jason nodded and followed the breeze, eventually a light shone through the darkness and Jason smiled, "I'm a genius!"

Deonday looked at the light, he was eager to leave, he forgot all about the pain in his arm for a few minutes. He was relieved to see the light of the outdoor world. Deonday looked back at Jason. "Do you think the others are okay?"

Grendile put his swords away and looked around for a way out. His arms moved differently when he walked, a clear sign his chest was paining him. Grendile couldn't see any sign of a way out to the outside world. "It's going to take forever to find a way out."

Usud thought he heard scratching noises. "I'll go find him." Usud rather be in the cave then stuck with Grasha and Feralie. He walked back into the caverns, eventually he found Wolf, his leg crushed by a rock. Usud pushed the rock off of Wolf's leg. "Seriously Xina was worried about you causing the mine to collapse. Someone hit Xina against the walls of the mine, technically making it her fault the mine collapsed."

   Jason nodded, "I bet they're perfectly fine." He sighed heavily, hoping Jewels wasn't too badly injured, "Come on, Deonday, we don't have time to mope around in a cave!"

  Hokey looked at Grendile, noting that he was in pain and looked around. Getting them out was all up to him now. He looked aroudnf rot elltale signs of a way out.

  Wolf stared at Usud, Finally! By the way these idiots hear and react it scares me that Zonan hasn't killed them yet! He stared at Usud with a look that said 'You took your time.' He stared at his crushed leg, he obviously couldn't walk.

Deonday nodded to Jadon. "Right." Deonday turned around, as Jason and Deonday came closer to the light the breeze became stronger and stronger. Deonday saw Jason step outside first, Deonday then walked outside. The clean fresh air felt great, the breeze was better then being in a stuffy cavern. He looked to his right, relieved to see Lilya. The breeze was making Deonday's arm sting more. When the beast had bit his arm it's teeth had sunk straight through his armor. There wasn't much blood loss because the beasts teeth had burned his arm wound, reducing how much blood he could've lost.

Grendile was exhausted, his chest was giving him alot of pain. He rested his back against a rock wall. When he leaned a few rocks moved out of his way. Grendile moved away from the wall to reveal that a path had opened up, and the rocks were finally pushed out of their way. "Finally..."

Usud knew Wolf couldn't walk. "Great, I'll have to drag you." Usud lifted Wolf, who was still in wolf form, over his back. He carried Wolf out of the cavern and set him on some soft moss.

  Lilya saw Deonday and ran to him, "Deonday..' She cuddled up to him, noticing his injury, "You're injured..." She said in  a pathetic voice.

  Jason crossed his arms, looking at Lilya and Deonday and went further into the outside, sighing as he dusted himself off.

  Xina closed her eyes again, cuddling closer to Zonan, she was very happy that he didn't die, and that he wasnt severely injured. I'm never leaving your side again.. She vowed silently.

  Farren pulled the thorn out finally and shook her pelt, looking back at her master. She growled as Feralie came out of a tunnel happily. Oh great! THe idiot lizard lives! Farren thought resentfully.

Deonday saw that Lilya noticed his injury. "Yes I know. We ran into a weird lava beast... I'd say it was at least fifteen feet tall... it bit my arm." Deonday could feel his arm sting against the cold breeze. He looked back at Lilya, relieved to see her again.

Grendile looked around, at the end of the tunnel way was the light of the outside world. "Hokey, I found a way out." Grendile looked over to see Hokey who was looking down the tunnel. "Hand me Iken." Hokey handed Grendile Iken. Grendile held Iken in his arms. "Your going to be fine. We're almost out of here." Grendile rubbed Iken on the head.

Feralie shook the dirt out of her scales, the dirt ended up getting all over Farren's fur. Feralie begun laughing. "Yu got's durt all ovur yore fur. Yu look so stoopid."

The setting is on the continent of Carnon. Carnon is a huge land with many cities and different climates. Covering the land are series of species of mythical creatures, animals, and humans. It is said that under the city are underground caverns...

Cities

Mariola: A smaller, more peaceful city than the others, many people with children choose to live here. It is on the plains Mariola and the largest, and most successful, farms are started here. It it known for it's best produce and best onion buns.

Capricorn: Capricorn is a mysterious and small town in the high, misty Mountains of the War. This was where the many wars were fought to free this country from the evil people of Sharquee, their former controller. Nobody really lives in Capricorn, except for widows and the extremely poor. But, some say that the secret entrance to the underground caverns, is in one of the shops... but no one really knows.

Kolnco: The Gem of the Coast. Thats what the people call Kolnco. Its a beautiful place for vacation, retirement, or just living. The beaches are the best on Carnon and the people are friendly and kind. It's famous for it's yearly 'Fish Feast. That's when all the fishermen in the city go out and catch as many fish as they can, then they fry them all up and the entire city gets to eat all-you-can-eat fish!

Carnon City: The largest City on Carnon. Everyone who's anyone lives here. The people here are normally very very rich. But the crime rate has gone up, and the people hid to protect themselves, and their money.

South Banks Megalopolis: A huge city on the river of Ja where the crime rate is large and the death toll is also large. Many sweepers come here to earn huge bounties but are often killed in the process. Only the most elite can come here and earn the bounty.

" A sweeper only needs a genuine desire to help..."

This land was once peacful and quite. It was very rich and prosperous. But, over the years, the law enforcement has been overturned and completely removed. Now, the only hope for Carnon, is their sweepers. The 'good' sweepers have been given a license to do so. The 'bad' sweepers have just been hired as practically assasins. They will stop at nothing to get their prize, and many others as well.

A person has gone missing and there is a very large bounty for whoever finds him. The only problem is: it's like he disappeared from the face of the Earth! No one can find him, for he is expert at hiding, and now the two sides of Bounty Hunters feud, which doesn't help find this person any faster. Evil Bounty Hunters will kill anyone that gets in their way, as good bounty hunters only kill to cover their bare necessities.

This person that has gone missing has made the Bounty Hunters angry, by stealing many of their bounties and killing many of them. This person also killed many innocent people and robbed them of their money. He is a greedy thief, and we have no idea what he's doing or where he is. And when he disappeared, the Bounty Hunters were trying their best to find him...but he just disappeared suddenly. The bounty for him has risen as the years went by-but, no one can seem to find him no matter how much riches are at stake. And the Bounty Hunters still try to find him.
