Yeah. I don't buy or sell dinos any more, just derp around and have them as pets :D I earn all my cash from art sales and dino battles. You can still sell art for a fair amount. I usually make a half to 1mil on them.

Depends on the dino, but most are selling for fairly low currently I believe. Most players aren't willing to pay a high price for anything right now.
