RP GuideThe island looks more like a run down nation, and contains cities, ruins, forests, plains, and deserts. Looks almost post appocolyptic.

PLOT: The island, as large as two continents with origins tracing back as far as 5 centuries has chosen it's inhabitants, the animals of Amsterdam. Those who reside here have no recollection of how they got there, but they have none the less been chosen. The island seems to have a mind of it's own, a mind for games. Each animal that resides in Amsterdam has faint, haunting memories of another life somewhere else, before their summoning to this island, but the memories feel more like dreams. However, who or what they were before makes little difference. The island has chosen it's players, selected their roles: the villains, the heroes, the victims, and all others in between.
The animals that live here have no families or friends, unless the Island has selected them itself. Their roles have been chosen, and their fates have been decided. And though it may seem that the animals were completely at the mercy of the island, there is one thing that they control and hold on to: the memories they believe to be dreams.
The Island has decided who will be loved, and who will be lonely. It all works, as long as the animals believe that this life in Amsterdam is the reality. But once the dreams begin to stir them, the truth starts to become apparent:
The Loner can find love
The Villain can find his conscience
The Victim can find shelter
The grip of the Island loses it's strength each time an animal chooses to believe it's dreams. But it will take more than a handful of awakened individuals to escape on their own.
Through your dreams you are awakened to the truth: that you control your destiny.
In this Roleplay you may choose to be an animal of any species ( this is excluding fantasy creatures, sorry. )
The island of Amsterdam has selected roles to hand out to certain players. It has chosen who you enemies are, and who your friends are. Who you love, who you despise.

Eventually, the animals discover who they really are, but may choose between their two different roles: The one they actually lived before being put on Amsterdam, or the one given them by the island

RULES:
-Violence: will take place, but no gore or graphic descriptions. Let's keep it PG if possible.
-Romance: IS ALLOWED, BUT KEEP IT G RATED ( i.e. nuzzling each other or cuddling, a lick on the cheek, or anything like that is probably as far as it should go. We don't need details on anything like mating. I don't want to see it, and it would already be implied if a pair of mates was pregnant with offspring, so once again, we don't need those details. Think Lion King people. That's the example I like to use.)
-Odd Coloring: Honestly, I don't care all that much. I sometimes even use odd coloring or patterns on my own characters, so if you really must, feel free.
-Powers: No.
-Other: I am not going to yell at someone for being illiterate, since I really am not that rigid. I make mistakes myself. As long as I can understand what you are writing and the other players can too, then..it's all good :-) Just do your best, that's all I will ask.
