{Inside Daycare Center}

The Team Rocket agent stared after Daniel as he left, closing the door behind with a scowl and a frustrated sigh. Lucas.. Blastoise, that guy always irritated the nerves out of her . She shook her head and leaned against the counter, dropping her arms down. Her Ekans, Kaa slowly eged his way over to her and coiled himself around her nearest hand.
Ricky was weeed. And extremely happy the two morons had finally left her. Mind you, she did actually sort of like them. If not she'd refuse to give them the eggs in the first place, but it didn't mean she was overly thrilled about them. "Blasted Blastoise, I hope they don't caught or something" She muttered as she stroked her Ekans gently over his head.

As she turned, starting to pack things together to hide the evidence, and fix the paperwork for the Team Aqua Eggs, just as she had, Mr. T came into the room, looking almost worried with his usual calm demeanor. "Ricky, there is some trouble outside. Could you possible take the Jigglypuff and deal with it? I'll finish the.. paperwork and make sure Kaa don't follow you." Ricky arched a brow at the odd request, but nodded. "Sure. I can do that" She said, and placed the paper back on the table, but before she knew it, the old man handed her an apron and bandana, and the pokeball Jigglypuff was sleeping in. "Why?" Ricky asked curiously, but the man merely shrugged "Looks like rain outside. Go now. They are disturbing our pokemons."

{Outside of the DayCare}
She knew it was the telltale aprons people used to wear when they were Breeders back in the day, but she couldn't understand why she had to wear it. The apricote red colour was terrible on her, and she stopped just momentarily to tie the knots and was ready. She looked outside the window, let Jigglypuff out of his pokeball, grabbed the nearest broom and rushed outside. "HAVE YOU TWO LOST YOUR RATATTA SIZED BRAIN?" She boomed loudly at the two of them, aiming to startle them into silence or something, before anyone would get hurt.

"This is the DayCare Center! We have several pokemon nesting! They are very sensitive! Lucas! Are you a slowpoke?! I told you to hurry to my place with those eggs, they need to get under heatlamp now!" Ricky glared at him, scowling darkling "I'll bring Dorian with me when I come home,  dear. I think Mr. T told the Jigglypuff to use Perish Song to get them to stop fighting." She took a deep breath, stomped out into the rain and practically attempted to shove Lucas homeward bound. Stiff smile was given to DarLynn. "This is not the time or place to discuss anything but the crappy weather" She said with a bossy voice and turned looking at the rest of the crowd.

"Unless you are Aqua picking up eggs, or working here, anyoen lingering better get their Magikarp Splashes away from the area. Straight away before Mr. T calls the Grunts!"

{Running into the forest} Jigglypuff
The round, pink pokemon was a strange sight as she darted into the forest, chripping annoyed by the rain and humid weather. Her strange, rubbery fur stood out on it's edge as she entered the clearing, just as Loki left. She looked around, confused before she emitted the loud singing call she always used for her moves, using Attract to summon, at least the males to her.

{Outside DayCare Center}

What an unpleasant person this Officer was, January surmised with a soft scowl. Really, since when were such manners -- or lack thereof -- ever necessary? Sighing in resignation, she readjusted her hood and waited where she was for things to settled down and the others to wander off.

The bellow of an unfamiliar voice made the slight woman jump, jerking instinctively to face the new presence. A woman, whom she surmised belonged to the DayCare Center by her attire, now stood among them, adding her two cents into the already muddled happenstances. As expected, the situation only continued to degrade into further confusion in her mind.

Luckily, her possession of Aqua power gave her the police-like authority to question civilians without a qualm; there were a few up sides to this whole spying thing. "Is this man a relation of yours, Miss?" She queried, tipping her head at a slight angle to display her curiosity as she addressed Ricky. Unlike the majority of Aquas, who preferred use of force and intimidation, January typically preferred to take the simplest course of action if at all possible. Whether this was surprising or unsurprising when considering her experience as an interrogator was debatable.

Of course, it was no secret that there was something funny going on here, that was plain to see from the moment she had arrived. However, clearing the air, even in an artificial sense, would help resolve the situation for the time being. For now the focus was keeping an all out battle from breaking out in the middle of the city. Whereas there wasn't much January could do about the squabbling Pokemon off in the distance, she would most definitely make sure affairs were kept in order out front of the DayCare. That is, assuming anyone would listen to her; typically people didn't appreciate taking instruction from someone who looked like a seventeen year old girl.

If all else failed though, a quick supersonic from Mouse would certainly do them some good.

{Wilderness, Heading for DayCare}

Wink contently scuttled his way through the shade, leaping from the dark side of a tree, to a raindrop's shadow, to whatever he could find. For such a typically curious and child-like little creature, he managed stealth quite well. As such, it took him little time to escape the trees and flee back to his owner's side.

To ensure she was aware of his presence, Wink flowed through the shadows wrapped around January's well covered ankles. The abnormal sensation sent up her spine dispersed a wave of goosebumps across her arms and sent a static charge through the hairs on the nape of her neck. With a shift of her weight, both were aware of each other. Though the ethereal creature was small in stature, his presence was a considerable confidence booster for the Magma.

{Outside the DayCare Center}

Hearing Lynn tell him to gather his pokemon and leave was like music to his ears. Not only did it mean he had the upper hand in this situation over her at this point, but it didn't matter too much seeing as there were more than just her here now. Of course, the apearance of Ricki did startle him, but he kept himself from jumping to minimize the outward appearance of this. Turning to see her, he was surprised to hear what she had to say. At first he was ready to give an acidic retort at the slowpoke and rattata brain comment, but when he heard the rest of what she had to say it got him thinking. 'Dear? Take the eggs home? Well, if we are playing that kind of game the best thing to do would be to go along with it. Might even make it easier to get away from these guys. It's a better option than having Dorian come back and try to use sandstorm to cover our exit. If worse comes to worse I could try a scare tactic or a show of power but that's not a good idea in the middle of the city.' Grinning as Ricki came over and tried to shove him away he replied, "I'm sorry darling, I was trying to tell these people that you and Mr. T had given me a job to do and take the eggs home since he can't manage the rain and you can't leave, but they didn't believe me." Though, the comment about perish song did send a slight tingle down his spine. Lucas didn't fear for Dorian's safety very often at all due to his incredible abilities and experience, but perish song was an attack that ignored those such things and if it actually effected the Kabutops it would do its job. Not that he feared for the Kabutops's life, but because of the bond that he had with the prehistoric pokemon he didn't like seeing him fainted. "No need honey, I was just about to call him back so that he didn't injury this aqua's poor pokemon." Shoving two fingers into his mouth, Lucas let out an odd piercing whistle that penetrated even the harshening rain.

{In the Wilderness}

Dorian shook his head as his vision blacked out for a minute and looked around quickly to see what had blinded him. Glimpsing movement, the Kabutops noticed a kecleon shifting colors again to blend in with the background. 'Well now, looks like we have another player. This is just getting more and more delicious~' Straightening his back, the Kabutops began glowing once more as he maxed his speed out with another Rock Polish and then enhanced his accuracy with hone claws. Cackeling madly, Dorian said, 'They think they can outrun me. We shall see how that works out after I get done with them!' In a one swift movement he threw his scythes skyward and summoned a wall of water to cloak him and raise him off the ground. Dropping his scythes, he thrust himself forward and the water around him shot forard, leaving a small tail of mist behind him. Using this Aqua Jet coupled with his maxed out speed caused the fossil to go bursting through the forest like a living bullet. A soft tune did catch his ear however, and got louder as he came up on a clearing. He noticed a Jigglypuff that looked to be trying to lure him to it, and he had to admit that the song was beautiful and grew even more alluring as he went. But he had a chase to finish and he wasn't going to let the song get in his way.

Maybe he could find her later and request the song again, but at the moment he wasn't going to stop. So, passing straight through the clearing and going froward he said a brief, 'Nice song ma'lady~' and plowed forward. Just as he breached the treeline, he found himself gaining on the Weavile. Grinning to himself, he pushed forward in a show of speed and leapt into the air carrying the momentum up with him. Positioning his scythes, Dorian wasn't going to let his prey get away this time as he came down swiftly towards the Weavile.

That is, until he heard his master's whistle. Immediately the Kabutops dropped down from the air, just short of Loki and looked up. His scythes were burried almost completely in the ground due to the force behind the impact and his feet and sunk deep in the mud. Staring over to where the signal had come from, he noticed Lucas looking back at him. With the nod of his trainer's head he knew that his fun was over and it was time to go. Heaving a sigh, he said 'It was nice playing little one, I hope we can do it again sometime~' With that he trotted off to Lucas's side.

{Outside the DayCare Center}

Lucas was relieved when Dorian stopped his attack immediately and came to him when he had beckoned. The Kabutops had been trained to come on voice command, but only to himself and his father. So it was nice to see that the commands were still working. Smiling he said, "Good to see you Dorian, I hope you had a good run. But now it is time to go." The reunited pair turned and began their treck towards Ricki's place so that they wouldn't give any hint towards where Rocket HQ really was.

"It was nice meeting you all here, though I wish the circumstances had been better." There was obvious sarcasm in this statement as he gave a wave and a grin. But his next one had a bit of venom behind it. "Though I would like to say that you might want to start keeping a closer eye on your 'little buddy' there. Wouldn't want her to go missing in action, now would we?" His comment was directed towards Lynn of course, and her information on the little kecleon that had been wandering around their hideout apparently. He wasn't going to let this continue now that he knew, and had quite a few ways of finding the little bugger if he had to. And if he did, you can bet there would be no mercy for it.

{Outside the Daycare}

Lynn bristled more at the new face. She knew Lucas was of Team Rocket, so her show didnt put him off at all, she just hoped that her two "team members" werent so daft as to buy into it. "I was just leaving," she retorted sharply, continuing on her way.

Jetting from the trees, Loki and Wallpaper wholly ignored the soft song that floated in on the wind, Wallpaper due to being a female, and Loki because he was just that terrified. The two scattered to avoid the huge pokemon's attack, Wallpaper losing her transformation for a split second in panic.

Lynn instinctively reached for the pokeball second from the top on her chest, but froze when the Kabutops quit just like that! What the Hell was going on her?? Looking over, she saw the Rocket had recalled his pokemon. She snarled, but in her peripheral vision she saw her precious partner heading straight toward her. Extending her arms, she was knocked back a few steps by his rushed hug, Loki whimpering and clinging to his trainer in fear. Wallpaper climbed up her backside and clung around her neck, hind feet grasping her coat to stay still. She wasnt making a sound, but she was trembling. Neither had the eggs she requested, but she didnt care, they were safe now.

{Heading toward HQ}

Lynn stalked off, her pace as quick as she could make it without outright sprinting. She held Loki, muddy paws and all, against her chest, his face nestled in against her neck, Wallpaper's in against her shoulder. She muttered in coherently in her fear and anger, heading straight back for the HQ. "Wallpaper... You're staying in HQ for a good while..." she eventually muttered when she was alone and out of earshot of bystanders. She felt the small chameleon's head nod; she knew there was no way Wallpaper would go out again, even if she was asked.

She fell silent for a good while. She contemplated calling home and asking her father for a heavier hitter, just as back-up. No, there was no way she doubted Tank's abilities. But if this had become a problem, she was going to have to back off, go underground and get out of the picture for a while; and grab some back-up.

She looked for someone to blame. She blamed herself first off, for not thinking the Rocket would send his Kabutops off to disrupt Loki's mission, for not waiting until she was alone to do that. She blamed the other Aquas for being there; they didnt want to fight, they didnt understand Loki's importance to her. They didnt want to cause a scene; they were going to let the Kabutops kill her wonderful partner. She blamed the Rocket; she'd offered good information they could have used in any way, she didnt come off as stand-offish. He sent his Kabutops after her partner when he'd been asked to do his job; he'd faked being a normal citizen to make her look like an imbicile. There was no way she could explain how she knew that he was a Rocket, especially after that show; no one knew that Wallpaper had been gathering her information.

She didnt blame Loki. She didnt blame Wallpaper. They did their jobs to the best of their abilities. She didnt blame Uno, he would have been no help whether he was injured or not. No. She didnt blame her Pokemon. They did what they were able to.

{Entering HQ}

Dropping her hood and collar as she stepped into the building, she looked around at the others that were shaking water off of themselves as well. The weather had gotten terrible on her walk back, and both her pokemon were soaked, her ever more so. A flash of lightning and thunderous boom flashed as she moved to put her Weavile down, Wallpaper hopping to the floor to shake off.

Loki groomed his feathers as Wallpaper sat beside him and looked to Lynn. Lynn took her dripping jacket off and carried it, her clothes underneath soaked as if she hadnt had a coat on at all. Only some of her jeans near her abdomen was dry. She stepped forward toward the elevators, running a hand through her saturated hair, her pokemon scurrying after her. Stepping in after the metal doors opened with the welcoming chime, she reached for the elevator button. She instantly reeled her hand back as if she'd been shocked upon seeing the bloody mess covering it.

She made a disgusted noise; at least she knew who had returned from a mission. Huffing angrily, Wallpaper moved invisibly and pressed her reptilian finger onto the button, smearing blood across the control pannel. Her master made a disapproving noise as the small chameleon came into view, changing to a beautiful royal blue color, rather than normal green. The pokemon cocked her head.

"Ugh..!! Wallpaper! You shouldnt be touching Magma blood! Wipe your hands, and not on my jeans!" Lynn scolded.

Wallpaper looked around frantically, but couldnt find carpet or anything of the sort. However, she found more blood on the floor.

Loki looked down with himself. He didnt look to his master, nor to his coworker. When the elevator gave another cheery ding, the doors slid open and Lynn stepped out, over her pokemon. The two scurried after her, Wallpaper rubbing her hand on the carpet beneath their feet. Lynn headed straight for her room without another word; she wanted to rest.

{Heading towards Daycare center, on forest trail}

Stella sighed as another raindrop got past her umbrella and hit her face. She really needed to invest in a raincoat, or a weather machine. Stella heard splashing and looked to her right to see Koga playing in a puddle getting his golden fur messy, she smiled and shook her head. I swear he is still a pup sometimes. She thought to herself, Ace hated the rain and lightning and she felt weird not having one of her pokemon out so Koga was best choice. He was amusing to watch, she would have to barrow a towel from one of the daycare workers when she got there to dry him off. Wouldnt want to get mud and water all over the floors.

"Your such a mess Koga, you know that right?" She laughed when he stopped to look over at her and tilted his head to the side. She always did let her self go more when she was around her pokemon, she wasnt as uptight as many thought. They just had heads as hard as a Geodudes. Shaking her head, she started back on her way to the daycare center, why they had to call on such a dreary day, should wouldnt know, but if they were offering eggs to Rocket members then they must be something sweet. She grinned as she thought of the possibilities of what the egg she got could be. Oh the possibilities were simply exciting!

After walking for a few more minutes, she saw that Koga's ears had perked up and he was staring in the dirrection they were heading. Soon after she started to hear shouting. Taking a closer look, Stella noticed that it was Ricky making all the noise. Wonder what's got her so upset. Calling to Koga for them to hurry up some they picked up the pace and made their way over towards Ricky.

"Yo, Ricky, whats all the commotion about? Somethings going on I take it?" Looking to her right, Stella noticed the fadding image of Jigglypuff running into the wilderness. "Oh, I see." Quickly summoning Koga back into his pokemon Stella watched at Jigglypuffs imaged completely faded from view.

{Inside the DayCare Center}

Jenna hopes lifted a little as she watched old Mr. T walk down the stairs, hopefully to get someone that could get her the eggs so she could leave. The sight of a different person coming up the stairs was welcomed as well, as Jenna thought that woman would be the one to show her to the eggs. Apparently she was wrong though. Because instead of stopping and helping her out, the woman coming from the stairwell passed them up completely and walked out the door into the storm that they had just come out of. "What in the world is going on here?" she mumbled to herself. Today just didn't seem to be her day. So, heaving a sigh and rolling her shoulder, Jenna walked back over and opened the door to the outside. She didn't have to step out very far to see that the people from earlier were all still standing there. And apparently the woman from the DayCare was trying to break up the fight from what it looked like.

{In Front of the DayCare Center}

The rain was getting stronger as the sky grew darker, which made it rather hard to hear what was going on. However, the whistle from the silver haired man she did hear. Nothing happened for a few seconds and she was about to wonder why in the world he had done that, when a Kabutops materialized from the downpour to stand next to the man. The creature was almost as tall as the man was, and from the looks of the multiple scars across its body told her that it was no stranger to battle. Just looking at the prehistoric creature she knew that if it started an attack they would be in trouble. Of course, it did puzzle her why it hadn't been next to its masters side this whole time.

Looking back over to Lynn and the other Aqua Officer, she noticed two pokemon had now attached themselves to the former. 'When did they get here?' Sighing, Jenna just shook her head and pushed her glasses back into place on her nose to keep them from slipping off. She was much too tired of things to want to try and figure it out, so she just let it be for now. What did she care what happened anyway? The same dreary, indifferent look took over her face once again now that she had gotten over her slight shock. Something seemed to be happening however, seeing as the silver haired man left with his Kabutops and oddly enough the two aqua officers let him go. After him left Lynn, who for some reason seemed to be in a worse mood than before. 'Great, I'm probably going to hear about this when I get back to HQ becuase I didn't do anything,' she moaned to herself.

But, seeing as things were calming down and that she had a job to do, she figured she could worry about that later. A call coming from a little ways off did catch her attention and caused her to turn and look. She saw yet another person coming to enter the scene, though this one seemed a bit friendlier than the others. Not wanting to wait through yet another conversation or altercation, Jenna called out to Ricki. "Excuse me miss! We are here to pick up some eggs for Team Aqua! If you could please lead us to where we could pick them up it would be appreciated!" The Grunt looked at her a bit weird, most likely because Jenna was actually asking about the eggs instead of demanding them and flaunting her power like any other Aqua would. But she wasn't like them, she didn't feel the need to bash others because they weren't part of Aqua. On the contrary, she found that being polite was a lot more effective, even if she did still get glares and scowls because she was affiliated with Aqua.

One would most likely find it surprising that Team Aqua's most unwilling member was also among the best of its swimmers. Powerful arm and back muscles, fueled by field-grown stamina made him a monster for long distance and speed in the water. Sure, many could match or exceed him in nimbleness, but pure force of will and distance amidst the incessant pull of stirred waters was another story entirely. The likelihood of one any smaller in stature than himself crossing the same distance in the same amount of time would be highly improbable.

All in all, this would certainly be less of a surprise to someone who knew Dietrich to any substantial degree. Particularly since his time within the confines of Aqua he had developed a passionate relationship with water, it being the only escape he could find, the only thing he could truly have an attachment to without fear of loss or suffering. Of course, this isn't saying a terrible lot, considering no Aqua in their right or not-so-right mind cared to get to know the brute, as if he would ever allow them to. His mind's workings were his own business, and it would stay that way until the end.

So, laps and laps, no doubt miles passed in the wake of the Grunt's fierce strokes. The tiled room was filled with the chaotic splashes of disturbed waters, perfect white noise to fill his ears whilst his mind was lulled into unfocused peace. In a place such as this, with nothing but the burn of contracting muscles and the rush of cold water on his skin, he was free to release his mind into the stupor of nothingness. In many ways, more rest was found for him amid such swimming sessions than a full night's sleep. Nightmares and restlessness could easily plague one's dreams, not so here. Here there was true peaceful oblivion.

"He-, --mb-k--l!"

Garbled shouts resounded gratingly off of the porcelain walls, creating a positively scathing sensation in Dietrich's mind. Though he was still unfocused, he did recognize the presence of another enough to bring himself to a stop, treading water with ease as he looked about for the unwelcome guest.

"Over here, peabrain." Ah, there they were.

A quick twist in the water brought him about to face the man standing on the edge of the pool. Assuming you could even call him a man; he was nothing more than a punk, hardly in his twenties. Brief examination suggested the kid was an Agent, judging by his uniform, not to mention his all around smug aura -- oh wait, all Aquas had the latter. The dark haired boy scowled in disdain as if Dietrich were a piece of trash littering the pool's otherwise pristine waters. "Beat it. You've had enough time."

It took Dietrich a moment to register his words, still in a nearly groggy state from his zoning out. Freshly cleansed of blood, he ran a large hand over his short hair, using the motion to buy time to come to full consciousness of his surroundings. A moment was all he needed, he knew well from experience.

Unfortunately, the foolish Agent wasn't even willing to give him such a small pardon as a moment. "Hey! I'm talking to you!" He shouted from his perch near the pool's edge. "This is the least used pool in the building and my Sealeo needs a swim!!" Such a tone drew Dietrich's brows together, back to normal from their previously lax position.

Not being spattered with blood did detract some from Dietrich's apparent ability -- Intimidate was surely bred into him -- but it didn't stop his glower from being positively menacing. Alas, the Agent's overinflated pride wasn't to be so easily thwarted. He did make the almost wise decision to back off from the pool's edge a smidgen though. Even such a subtle reaction told Dietrich exactly what he needed to know. "There's plenty of water out at the beach." He stated flatly, edging on a natural growl.

An insulted guffaw left the Agent. "Look, bozo, I know exactly who you are, and I really don't care! I ain't going out in the freezing rain. I'm the Agent here and I said MOVE!!"

Such arrogance was as good of an excuse as any in Dietrich's mind. In a bothersome display, the large man swam to the edge of the pool and pulled himself out in a single try, revealing the battle specimen the years had built him up to be. He stood half a foot taller than the Agent at the very least, and at least twice as wide. No punk of such a stature and pathetic rank was going to tell him what to do.

There was no hesitation whatsoever on his part when he stepped up to the boy before him, but there was certainly an air of caution and uncertainty about the Agent as he backed away. Dietrich merely followed his trajectory, imposing as could be. "Don't come any closer!" He shouted, his voice a curious octave higher than before. Oh, such a mystery it was to figure out why. "I'll have you reported before you even have time to blink, I swear!!"

For whatever reason, Dietrich took a moment's pause, even as the man backed away from him, plastering himself against the wall. Not a word left him, his eyes unfocused as he gazed at the buffoon who dared attempt evict him from his private time, and then to threaten him.

Figuring this as a chance to fight back, possibly usurp the power in this situation for real, the Agent eased up just a bit. Against such a formidable foe, however, there wasn't much he could do on his own, he surmised with an apparently rare instance of common sense. His presumably inconspicuous move to grab one of his pokeballs, however... not so much.

Not that it did him much good either way. Before the Agent knew it, a crushing weight wrapped around his wrist, stopping his hand just out of reach of his belt, where his Pokemon rested peacefully, unaware of his self-imposed troubles. As the grip tightened to near bone-crushing level, a yelp was forced out of the smaller of the two men. Before he could start to struggle, before he could even look up at his attacker, he was grabbed up by the proverbial scruff of his neck. He flailed as he was lifted clear off the ground, but to no avail. Perhaps he should've cared a bit more about who his opponent was? About the rumors of his Charizard-sized temper...?

Though the man Dietrich had in his grasp flailed and squeeled, it didn't really get him anywhere. Other than out the Pool Room's doors, that is. With a simple heave, he tossed the worthless bag of bones clean across the hallway. His body was clearly jarred as he struck the wall and he fell to the floor with a thud unique to human bodies. "Come back in and I'll throw you off a balcony," He threatened with an acidic scowl all his own.

With the trash taken out and his few words spoken, he retreated back into his watery sanctuary. The slam of the doors behind him echoed like a crash of thunder down the halls.

The first thing that came to mind for Lynn when the door to her private sanctuary had slammed shut was to change out of her sopping wet clothes. Expecting to go nowhere else for the rest of the day, she pulled out an over-sized hoodie and a pair of pajama-type slacks. Stripping herself of the drenched articles, she hung them, along with her coat, onto a coat rack to attempt to dry. A few motions later and she was warm in new clothes, flopping exhaustedly onto her bed.

Loki moved and found a towel clumped on the floor in a ball. Pulling it off the carpet and into a semblance of a normal towel, he used it to ruffle up his fur and feathers, trying to dry himself some--and wipe his dirty paws clean. Wallpaper drip-dried easily, her scaly hide letting water run off it with ease. She leaped right onto the bed with Lynn and snuggled into her side, Loki soon joining on Lynn's chest, clinging to her like a small child.

Her eyes closed, she just wanted to sleep the memories of today away. She didnt want to think about what had happened and what was to come; she was exhausted, and the near happenstance of losing two of her favorite pokemon was too much for her mind to bear. She wrapped her arms around both pokemon, holding them close and petting their heads. She almost had mind to put a blanket between her and the icy little Loki, as he wasnt helping her warm up any, but she couldnt do that to her prized friend. Wallpaper leeched off her warm side, just about scooted all the way under her.

Thoughts swam in her head about what to do with that damned Rocket, or even the traitorous Aquas that didnt help her at all. She didnt have the energy or self-confidence to go after the Rocket himself, though she could easily punish one of the Aquas... A sigh let go of that idead, she just wasnt in the mood for revenge on her own teammates. The Rocket, however, he needed to be taught a lesson... But by whom...?

She rolled her head with a groan and shifted a hand away from Wallpaper to rub her head and think. The little chameleon's hand slid away from her arm when she did so, and it came back to mind what Wallpaper had touched. She made a soft groan, "Wallpaper... didnt I tell you to wash your hands...??" The small pokemon gave her a look and got up to go wipe her hands completely clean on the towel Loki had earlier. "I dont want no Magma blood on my b--" she stopped. Sitting up, she kept a hand at Loki's back to keep him from falling. "That's so perfect... Wallpaper, you've given me an awesome idea~"

Wallpaper looked to her confused. "Khek?" she uttered, but her owner was off on her own tangent. Loki too was confused, and tugged lightly on Lynn's hoodie, a small sound uttering from his throat in a question. Lynn looked to her two pokemon. "I dont have to get my hands dirty with Rocket blood...~"

Dietritch was the only one that left blood hanging around the HQ like that, so it was a no brainer that he was back. He was a good military dog, and though she really wasnt up to being offed again today, she figured she'd better take the chance while she had it, while the hulk of a man was still around. Of course she was nervous at the idea; she knew of Dietritch's past, his work, his abilities. The fact that he left trails of blood without fear through out the HQ was terrifying enough. To ask something of the man... Did she even have the courage to?

She got up and set Loki on the bed. She told herself she had to do this, for her pride's sake. She had to put this to rest as quickly as possible. Going to her drying clothes, she picked up her sash and grabbed the lowest pokeball there, stuffing it in her hoodie pocket. She was taking one pokemon with her, and only one; that was all she needed. She looked to her other two, wanting them to stay safe. "Stay here. I already nearly lost you two out on the field. I'm not going to put you in any more danger today... "

Loki hopped off the bed with a whine-sound and hugged her legs, Wallpaper mimicking. She bent down and hugged them both. "I'll be back soon. Dont mess with Uno or venture out. I'll bring back some food afterward, kay?" She pointed to Wallpaper. "I'll know if you follow me, you hear? Dont try it." Wallpaper nodded meekly.

Standing, she exited her haven and closed the door, heading off into the halls clamoring with activity as most the members were indoors on such a day. She had no clue where to search first, and it was by pure luck that after 20 minutes of looking, dodging glances, and several elevator rides later she was hot on the trail of the Grunt she was after. She hardly had a clue that he was where he was until an Agent came flying out of the poolroom on one of the residential levels.

Startled, she stepped back and watched the Agent scuttle off, proverbial tail tucked up against his belly. A tremor ran up her spine, terrified now to know that the only one able-bodied person to do such a thing was angry. Stuffing her shaking hands into her over-sized pocket, she clutched the single pokeball there with white knuckles. She tapped the minimize/maximize button repeatedly, doing so subconsciously as she waited out a 15 minute silence as she regained her composure.

A deep breath regained control of her muscles and headed to the doorway of the poolroom. She laid eyes on the man and nearly backed out, his hulking form intimidating her more than any of her superiors or past enemies. "Dietritch," she called, able to keep her voice from shaking at least, "got a job for you." She clutched the pokeball in her grasp with such pressure a voice in the back of her head feared she'd break it. She kept her entire focus on his body language, waiting for an assured violent outburst to release Tank and run for it.

For a few short, sweet minutes, Dietrich had the room to himself again. It was just him and the pool, which he quietly sank back into after his unpleasant, albeit brief encounter with the Agent. Grunt or not, he had been with Team Aqua since most of the Grunts and Agents had been in pull-ups; it's not as if he was a newbie at this. When would the imbeciles learn to take the multiple hints rumors gave and just leave him alone...?

Apparently it wouldn't be anytime soon, for just as he was settling back in for a more leisurely swim about the unoccupied pool yet another voice ricocheted about the room. Wonderful.

The sound of his name rolling off a female tongue brought him no joy. It scratched across his eardrums like sandpaper against flesh, particularly since he had finally readjusted to the quiet of the room. Such words as he heard, something about "a job", didn't inspire optimism either. He had just returned from a mission wiping out an entire bloody outpost, for pity's sake! What idiot in their right mind would dare disturb him before he had even had a chance to recuperate from that??

Oh, that's right. Aquas and "right minds" were about as blendable as oil and water.

Grudgingly, and quite slowly, he stood in the shallow area of the pool he was in and turned his torso halfway around to get a brief look at his 'company'. She had a familiar face, one he had seen on the higher floors from time to time, suggesting she was amongst the higher echelon, though her current attire certainly didn't speak of it. Her fiery hair suggested a temper, but he could tell by the look in her eyes that she was terrified to be in his presence. Such looks were all too familiar to him in present times, as they had been for years now. It was helpful though; knowing who feared you also told you who to take seriously.

"...." Wordless as usual, he strode to the pool steps and worked his way out of the waist-deep water. Dietrich's footsteps left disfigured watery puddles in his wake as he made his across the room. It took a limited number of long-legged strides before he was looming over his company. Were he any more of an animal than he was, he would swear he could've smelled her fear. Being as tall as he was, he was easily able to look down upon her. Yes, he was aware of how intimidating he was to his 'fellows', and he wasn't afraid to use it to his advantage.

His hardened eyes stayed locked on hers, like an caged tiger on a helpless lamb. Leaning down over her, he spoke in a gravelly tone, his voice imbued with a natural threat. "I don't recall asking you for a job."

A twisted cell in his brain truly hoped her knees were knocking when he turned his back and headed over to grab his towel, which he used to ruffle his hair dry. Hopefully this kid would be smart and just bow out, rather than pushing her point. Then again, when did any Aqua bow out for the 'war dog'? Certainly none of the self righteous Officers or Agents did.

Perhaps one of the other pool rooms would be quieter, he supposed... Either he could move, or perhaps have his Sneasel ice the doors shut until he was done with the pool.

She didnt realize until this late juust how much trouble she got herself into. She froze as Dietrich stepped over to her, meekly looking up at the hulk of a man. His words sunk in, mixing feelings of contempt and utter dread in her, her fist closing the impossibly littlest bit more to let her skin surface register the pokeball in her grip finally crack--where, she was unsure, but now it seemed Tank was all but useless to her until she could pry open the ruined holding device to give him a new one.

The huge man's presance sent Lynn's heart beating near out of her chest--she was quite surprised that he couldnt hear the organ trying to esacape. She refused her body a tremble until he finally turned around and no longer could see her. Letting it flow out of her before she spoke, she swallowed to regain some of her composure--she's an Officer after all! What the hell was wrong with her??

"You never ask to do a job anyway," she said, pointing out a fact rather than using a snide tone. "I never said it had to be done today anyway." Again, she had choice words stored on the back of her tongue, but should she say any of them, she'd be a goner. This man terrified her, yet something in her pushed her on to request what she wanted. She hardly let a pause stand in the air before continuing with her speech; "The Rockets are making disturbingly bold moves toward our men. We need every eye we can get to watch them and dispatch of those who are a threat."

In a fit of utter naivety to the full extent of Dietrich's history with Aqua, she tacked this little bit to the end; "I'll see to it that something be done about your treatment, should you aid the cause."

{Outside Rocket HQ}

Lucas walked through the house above the Rocket HQ and to the backyard. There a few small sheds back there, mostly for equipment from the people who actually took care of the house. One of them however, held the entrance to Rocket's Hideout. The reason it was located there was mostly because they didn't want it somewhere in the house, that would be too easy, and that this place also used to house a rather larger building and that just happened to be where it was located in the structure. Before the hideout was established the place was a large warehouse facility with a basement to add to its storage capacity. Unfortunately the place was condemned and shut down. Of course then Rocket bought the spot of land and built the house to throw off suspicion that their real target was the basement. Only reason that no one had known that was what they were after was because the records never showed that it was still there. So, Rocket built the house and the storage sheds to keep off questions and it has worked pretty well so far.

Lucas opened the door to the tool shed and shut it quietly behind him. Finding the trap door, he opened it up and descended into the hideout, Dorian following behind him. The trap door snapped shut above as he found himself faced with yet another door. This one was a lot more well kept however, and seemed to need a code and card key to open. After drying his card key off, he slid it through and hastily punched in the security code. Wasting no time, he and his pokemon walked in and practically slammed the door behind them. 'How could I have been so stupid as to get caught?' Lucas berated himself through gritted teeth. But now was not the time for that. He needed to deliver the eggs and his report on the information about a certain little critter that needs to be exterminated next time it is seen. Walking through a network of hallways that were created as offshoots from the original basement, he came to a stop at the door of his Rocket superior. Slowing down his breathing, Lucas turned the handle and walked into the office.

Sitting behind the desk on the other side of the room was a rather proffesional looking woman. Her hair was tied back, glasses perched perfectly on her nose, and her suit had not a single wrinkle in it. She looked up from her paperwork to steer her green eyes towards him. "I see you have retrieved the eggs as I asked. Good work. Though I think you should have probably takent hem to the incubation room instead of my office." There was a slightly amused tone in her voice as she spoke the last bit.

"I apologize, but I have some news that I must deliver before I finish the errand. On my way back I was spotted by an Aqua Officer. Normally this wouldn't be a problem except this one knew I was a Rocket." A raised eyebrow from the woman caused him to heave a sigh and respond, "No, I didn't slip up or let down my guard if that is what you are thinking. At least not knowingly. Apparently the officer has a kecleon that has been paying us a few visits recently and is getting information on us from it. Though, she didn't seem to know my name and looking back I think that she more noticed Dorian than me. I would suggest we tighten our security around here a bit incase it comes back." The kabutops standing behind him cocked his head to the side slightly at the mentioning of his name.

"Sound advice Mr. DeLorne, and since I am not inclined to believe you are lying I will certainly be doing such. I thank you for bringing this to my attention. Next time the thing tries to wiggle its way in, we just might have a little suprise for it." The glint in her eye told Lucas that she intended to catch the pokemon next time it dared step foot in the headquarters. Knowing her, she probably would too.

"Other than that, I have nothing further to report," Lucas said.

"Good. You have done well. Sorry for having to send you on such a menial task but the fact is that I don't trust any of our grunts to get the job done. The message we recieved claimed that these would be rather exceptional eggs and I didn't want any blunders. Seeing as you are back here with the eggs I would have to note this as a success. Keep this up and there may be a promotion in your future Lucas."

That thought gave a small rise to Lucas's lips. "Thank you ma'am. I will speak with you later when I have my weekly report. Oh, and Rick said she would be dropping by later to hand hers in. Anyway, I must get these eggs to the incubation room." Nodding his head towards his superior, Lucas left the room with Dorian folliwng close behind.

{Rocket HQ - Living Quarters}

After dropping the eggs off Lucas had made his way back to his own room. Hanging his coat up near the door, he slammed the door behind him and punched the nearest wall. 'How could I have been so stupid? Why didn't I take the back ways to the HQ? Now they know what you look like and have pegged you for a Rocket. This is not good.' Taking a few moments to actually think through his rage, Lucas sighed and walked into his bathroom. "Well ol' buddy, looks like youa re going to have to change that face once again." Opening up a cabinet next to him, he found a variety of different hair products. Cleaning the color that was already there in his hair, he revealed his natural rough brown hair, though it looked almost black to be honest. After rummaging through the colors he had left, he chose an electric blue. No one ever said he was one to fade into the background, but with changing a few things at least he could try and throw off recognition. Walking himself through the steps, he colored his hair and gave it some style. Being adept and cutting his own hair, he decided to take it shorter and form it into spikes like they did in anime and such.

Once he was satisfied his hair looked better, he popped out his contacts and looked at his naturally blue eyes to try and figure out what color would go best with his hair. Pulling out a small container, he but his previous contacts back into it and pulled out a different pair. Popping them in, he looked at himself with a smirk at his new amber eyes. 'Hmm, that looks good for now. Though I think I am going to have to wear my jacket inside out for a while. Don't want them recognizing me by clothes either.' After cleaning up his things, Lucas walked back into the main part of his hotel like room and sat down on the couch. Dorian was sitting down on the floor next to the couch, just entertaining his own thoughts apparently. "Good job out there today buddy," Lucas said with a grin. The kabutops gave a sly look to his master, and if could have smiled any wider it would have.

{On her ship at port}

Isabella and her team were getting ready to go to HQ with Isabella's report concerning a last stronghold of grass types in a valley protected by high mountains. The fact the floor was below sea level made settlement and agraculture risky. Agro was watching his mistress tie a last knot before jumping to the docks and returning it to the ball. The rain removed the slight crust of seasalt from clothing skin fur and hide to the group's relieif. Inari was used to water heck unlike most fire types she could swim in a doggie paddle fairly well. [check bulbapedia they can swim] Isabell returned all the team except Agro to their pokeballs. Last time she was in town some civilian punks had given her a hard time undetered by Fenrir. She hoped Agro would be intimidating enough to keep the punks at bay. "Agro I could have sworn I saw Lugia on my last dive before making our way into that valley. I think I might be losing it. You think I'm nuts too?" The reptilian pokemon shook his head thinking to himself "But talking to me like I was a human will make many think you mad my Mistress..." The report was dry inside a bag under Isabella's coat.

{at HQ}

Isabella noticed that some of the punks were now Aqua grunts, and smirking at her. Agro growled at them and they scattered scared by the massive animal. Isabella switched Agro out for Inari when he elevator door opened. Inari's lips were drawn back in vulpine distaste. Both human and pokemon had one thought "Dietrich was here..." Isabella remarked "They usually send him for bloody missions It's almost impossible to despite my best efforts to not hear stories about him." Inari replied telepathically "He's a very angry male I can smell it..." The elevator door opened and a very frightened agent nearly trampled the pair getting into the elevator. The pair got out at floor three because of a commotion and Inari was switched out for Agro again.

{third floor pool}

Isabella had jogged to the pool Agro behind her. Soon as he stopped Agro growled at Deitrich who was scaring someone else. Agro was living up to his name snarling at the large human who's head could easily be removed by the dragon pokemon. Isabella had him trained to only attack without orders in defensive situations only. Isabella still shuddered at the snarl, while she was safe from the massive creature anything he considered a threat had reason to fear him. Even Deitrich should have known to back down. Isabella regained her composure and asked "Alright what the hell is going on here? My ninetails and I were almost trampled by that cocky agent I nicknamed the Jerk. Man he looked ready to lose bladder control." Agro was growling in a way that scared the crud out of almost everyone. Agro was enough to intimidate even Deitrich... He wasn't there when the tauros gored his master but the dragon pokemon had no intention of letting his Mistress down. Isabella was tense considering someone was within the large man's reach and could be turned hostage to make her recall Agro who was the only thing between her and the man who was two feet and possibly over twice her weight in muscle alone.

Such arrogance... How typical of the Aqua regime. Anyone with even a taste of power believed themselves high enough to order anyone presumably beneath them, as if a Grunt would respond instantly to their every whim. The more powerful the 'underling', the more greedily they sought control over them. It was all about the echelon, all about rankings. Team Aqua was nothing but a cesspool teeming with lone wolves, all scrapping and tearing each other apart in search of the Alpha's pedestal. Disgusting.

Eyes clouded with irritation condensed into liquid drops of golden acid. Quietly as could be, Dietrich pulled his pants back on over his swimming trunks, completely ignoring the presence of the young woman in his 'company'. There was no concern in him for the denims being wetted by the droplets still clinging to him; he would be showering in due time either way. With his back to Lynn, he patted his face dry in an eerily docile fashion.

The facade of calm was brought to a more logical end when he turned to face her, the towel dropping to the floor as if it were a signal of the grace period's end. Proverbial hackles raised, thick muscles contracting as he restrained himself from breaking her face with an untimely punch. His strides were quick and heavy, getting him to her in almost no time at all. One hand slammed into the tile off to the side of her head, palm open to prevent him from doing damage to his knuckles and the tile.

What would most definitely be discerned as an animalistic growl left his lips as they pulled back into a serious scowl. Living up to his title of 'war dog', he practically bared his teeth at her as he leaned in close and spoke. Rather than shouting, his tone was deep and guttural, but hardly more than a whisper. "Get something straight in that twisted brain of yours, Aqua. I. Do. Not. Answer. To. You." He enunciated every word with care, just in case she was as hard of hearing as she was of thinking. "You think just because you put on a pretty uniform every morning and you have a nice title that you get free reign over the world? You think the world will be handed to you on a silver platter just because you stand there and bark out a couple orders??"

Dietrich gave a sharp snort and leaned in close enough he was almost on eye level with the snooty Aqua princess. "I've been here since you were in diapers, kid." His eyes narrowed, muscles faintly trembling in the desire for blood; being in his situation for so very long, with nothing to lose... it had surely twisted his once sane mind. No matter how terribly he hated his duties, it had become a part of what he was. "You would pee yourself if you knew the people pulling my strings."

The arrival of yet another unwanted guest surely did nothing to improve Dietrich's steadily devolving mood. What did it take to get a single hour of peace to himself in this bloody place??

Hardly in the mood to deal with such things, he didn't even cast a glance to the new intruders before dropping his lax hand to his belt. A brief brush of the heel of his hand over one of his Pokeballs was all it took to release his massive basilisk of a Seviper into the watery room. It gave a brief survey of the area with its serpentine eyes and uttered a hiss of interest and amusement. Even with their relatively unpleasant relationship, it was hardly a mystery to the snake, how much Dietrich despised the 'company' of fellow Aquas. To top it off, Seviper wasn't terribly familiar with these two, suggesting they were of a lower level than Seviper considered himself. Lower levels meant less punishment for disobeying the rules...

"Take care of it." Dietrich growled flatly, barely casting a glance over to the over-sized snake. Of course, his permission was hardly necessary; the throwback serpent was always ready to prove his superiority over simple-minded Pokemon and their beloved 'masters'.

With a parting of its menacing transluscent fangs and dislocating jaws, Seviper released a thick stream of icy haze through the room, obscuring vision and, in turn, accuracy. No, this certainly wasn't to evade attacks -- he was plenty durable enough to withstand a clawing or a bite -- but rather to give himself the upper hand. An enemy that couldn't see would certainly have quite a time foreseeing an attack, after all. Better yet, no one would see the clever snake slip stealthily into the pool, leaving hardly a droplet of the chlorinated water out of place.

At this point, it wasnt a matter of hiding her fear. Stiff as a board with terror, she backed slowly away from the huge man as he berated her. Any other member of Aqua and she'd have back-handed them into the floor, teasing them with pulling out Tank's pokeball. She'd been on the battlefield, but now she knew the real meaning of fear. It exuded from her, nearly palpable in the air. She flinched visibly at the way his muscles tensed, scooting back as quickly as she dared without thinking he'd grab her if she left too quickly.

She didnt look back when the voice of another Aqua pierced the air where Dietrich's gravelly voice dominated. She hardly registered the sound of the Salamence's growling, she didnt register worry or contempt at the other woman's stupidity. All she registered is that the beast in front of her never let his eyes leave her. At the brief millisecond his eyes flashed to the behemoth of a Seviper he released, she was gone.

Her lithe body, built much like her pokemons', just barely squeezed its way out of the doorway that the other officer and her pokemon occupied, her terror making it possible. She flew down the hall and didnt stop, even forgoing the elevator for the stairs in this case. She flew up three flights of stairs in less than 30 seconds, flinging herself out at the Officers' private level after giving the card reader a rushed, and somewhat crumpled in her haste, cardkey.

Dodging looks at her hurried pace, and obviously inadequate appearance for such levels, she finally crumpled into a chair of the small but populated dining/break area. Slamming her head on the table, she wrapped her head in her arms, her form trembling in the terror from the encounter, her red hair spilling around her on the table. Chairs shrieked and shuffled around her as other Officers in the vicinity apparently moved to leave her be.

She was left alone for a long while, able to calm herself down some. She berated herself on thinking that this would ever have been a good idea, though after a while, after she'd calmed down a bit, she started to wonder what Dietrich had meant, him "having different superiors than her". They all answered to the same big wigs, and while she may have answered to them in a different light, they werent different people... were they...?

Her silent musings were broken quite violently when a hand landed on her shoulder. She whipped an elbow around and knocked the innocent bystander in the jaw, a male groan leaving unseen lips. She whipped around to see who her percieved attacker was, and upon seeing he was just another Officer, she was immediately on edge.

"What's up with you, DarLynn??" he growled, holding his jaw. In his other hand, he was holding a clipboard.

She gave him a look of contempt that was ringed with fear. She had to convince herself Dietrich wouldnt come to the Officer's levels unless required--she had seen him traversing the halls in the past--before she could speak. "Sorry... I'm... I've had a rough day."

Rubbing his jaw, the man looked her over, seeming wholly confused about her lacklustre attire. "Crap, girl... What's eating you?"

"Nothing less than nearly having two of my pokemon killed by a Rocket, and then a run-in with the beast of Aqua...." she griped. "I just want to be left alone..." she grumbled, hiding her head back in her arms.

A pause gave her little relief. "Well... I doubt there's anything wrong with your room, but suit yourself..." He cleared his throat. "However, I come bearing you good news."

"I'm tired, man,--" she started.

He leaned down and whispered to her. "Top Secret... Info about the Orbs."

She froze for what seemed like the fiftieth time today; she had to think about that for a second. "Why didnt you tell me earlier...?"

He ignored her. "There's a briefing at 10pm. Be there, or luck out." he said before heading off, rubbing his jaw.

Lynn lifted her head and watched him go silently. She anxiously rubbed her arms down, lifting and pulling her sleeves back into place. She had to go to that meeting, but was she up to more action today?

Of course she was. She'd risked her pokemons' lives at trying to get info off of that Rocket earlier, she couldnt miss this chance. Eventually she pulled herself out of the chair she'd slumped in and made her way to the elevator, taking it down to the residential level where her room was--this time, she braved the blood herself, but not due to shock factor, but due to her newfound fear of the man who left it there.

Heading into her room, her Pokemon looked up at her, registering just how frazzled she looked. Both ran up to her, but she mainly ignored them, going to change into something acceptable. Loki and Wallpaper, taking the hint, hopped on her bed, watching her with worry. In moving to take off her hoodie, she remembered about Tank's pokeball and took it out to inspect. Along the seam where the hinge attatched, there was a hairline fracture and the top hinge moved a milimeter.

She groaned. Loki and Wallpaper watched in horrified curiosity, hoping everything was ok with Tank. "I broke his damned pokeball... Eff..." she cursed. That had to be taken care of before anything else.

Placing the damaged ball on the desk, she proceeded to go through her dresser drawers, knowing she had others for when she decided to go out into the Wilderness. She eventually found an old Timer ball that she'd never had a chance to use, and figured it better than nothing. Moving back to the desk, she tried popping the button on the damaged ball; nothing. Cursing again, she returned to her dresser to riffle through and found a screwdriver. Returning to the desk for a final time, a couple minutes work had the damaged hinge removed.

Cautiously opening the halves of the ball, a flash of ginormous red released the behemoth within. Tank appeared as the red dissolved and he let out a deafening roar; however, with a brief glance, he realized he was inside his master's room. Confused, he started looking around, under the bed, for any target he was released to chase.

Lynn got up and hugged the monster, her ears ringing from the echoed bellow enclosed in the small space--even Loki and Wallpaper were rubbing their ears. The behemoth calmed, though still carried a confused look. He closed his mouth and hugged the child he'd seen grow up--he even picked at her hair like a doting father, rearranging it. "I broke your pokeball, Tank, there's no one to battle...~" she spoke to him reasurringly. "I just need to transfer you to a new ball...~"

He could hear the lingering fear in her voice. Easily picking her up as if she were still a child, he held her to her. She didnt dare protest against his nanny-like actions, though did have mind to say; "C'mon... I gotta get ready for a meeting..."

She kissed her nanny pokemon on the cheek when he put her down, and she called him into the new Timer Ball. Replacing his ball onto the sash she'd originally got the broken one from, she moved to change.

Isabella was not expecting Dietrich she was expecting a large pokemon having a hissy fit, quite honestly the man scared the crud out of her. She saw the captian leave her and Agro alone who dispelled the haze to some degree with his wings. "Dietrich wait please?" Agro figured growling would not work and had stopped but the warning glare spoke clearly "Hurt my Mistress and you will regret it..." The seviper actuallt shrunk back at the larger stronger and devoted pokemon. Agro 'served' Isabella by choice that was clear.  Isabella cleared her throat and put a hand on Agro to steady herself. "I wasn't going to boss you around. I was expecting a larger water type having a major hissy fit. I'll see if I can't get people to leave you alone at the pool here... Anybody who isn't scared of Agro earns my respect. If you'd ever consider it I sorta needed a human body guard. Men give me a hard time and I can't always have this big guy or Fenrir around to make them back off. It'd get you out of here and you'd be able to swim more. I'm not going to try to tell you to do anything so it's your call. I have a few favors that I could call to arrange it. But if you don't want to it's entirely up to you." A grunt holding a keg came marching in with another holding a beach ball and a cooler followed by a few others all college age about to throw an unauthorized pool party. They saw an agent and hid the stuff. Isabella noticed them and said "Go to another pool and ditch the booze, I've done what you guys are planning to do and the hang over isn't worth it. I woke up next to somebody who I despise the Jerk, ever since then he thinks I'm his even after I got engaged. He laughed when he heard about my fiancee getting killed by that tauros. Agro was getting some rotten scales removed and unable to intervine, I blame myself for it." Isabella's voice had gotten sadder and sadder talking about the one she thought for some time she'd grow old with, and have a family with. A tear slid down her face and she went to grab her mail and go to her quarters to read it and try to drown her sorrows in chocolate and some chick flicks...

A Changed World ~ Pokémon RP
Setting

The world does not look like it used to be. The landmasses that remain were once the highest of the mountains and have now been reserved for the few farms remaining. Some Pokemon have gone extinct, while others which once was rare now thrive in this strange, new world.

Locations:
Fallarbor City was once a dull little mountain town, but after the great Flood it has bloomed into the largest city on the land. It has the only harbor and most ships stops by once in a while to get new supplies and such. As such, this is the starting point for most people. Of course, standard city layout with PokeMart, PokeCenter etc.

Daycare Center is run by Mr. T, an old man and his wife. The building is large and they are the only one in town who has permission to breed pokemon. All the teams get their pokemon from them, and the Daycare center collaborates with other Centers around, to spread the various pokemon types.

Wilderness: The wilderness, the last areas where wild land Pokemon still lives, mostly centered around Fallarbor City, and other smaller uninhabited Islands, as well as the waste water.

Headquarters: Each team have their own respectable headquarters. Team Aqua has a fine office building on the Harbor of Fallarbor, Team Rocket has a basement in the city and Team Magma has a cabin located in the forest.

The Factions:

Team Aqua: From Grunts to Commanders, these are the police, the military the ruling force of our changed World. Grunts do the dirty work, Agents do the co-op operations, Commanders lead and nobody knows the whereabouts of the leader, Archie. Despite this, the Commanders and higher ranking Officers keeps the wheels turning and have a total control over the world.

Team Aqua control the boats, the harbor and the city of Fallarbor.

Team Magma: Though the opposing faction of team Aqua originally was forced to disband when Aqua and Kyogre took over the world and changed it, this group didn't stop by that. Infiltrating Team Aqua, working in the shades and borders, they are searching for the Red Orb in hopes of one day being able to awaken Groudon in hopes to restore our world.

Team Rocket: If Profit can be made, Team Rocket is involved. Originally they were officially disbanded when Giovanni went missing again-, though a small chapter remained in the dull town of Fallarbor and by all luck managed to survive and now watches with mild amusement of the bickering of Magma and Aqua.

Plot

It has been nearly 50 years since the Great Flood that caused the overwhelming change. Team Aqua overtook control over the world in a grand coup, and gained full military and political power. Despite that Archie hasn't been seen since days after the Flood. Though this wasn't common knowledge to anyone save those of highest ranks, a leakage caused by infiltrating Team Magma spies have cause stirring and trouble among the Team Aqua Grunts.

While Team Aqua's newest front figure, Archie Junior is trying to maintain the control, not only with the people, but also his staff, Team Magma are pushing with all their might, fighting dirty and tries to shake the very foundation of Team Aqua all in hopes to divert attention for their ultimate goal. Finding the Red Orb to restore life as it was.

Team Rocket are kicking it low, and chilling in a basement in Fallarbor. Though few in numbers, they are the ones holding the key to everything. With knowledge of the whereabouts of the Orbs, as well as other secrets and trick of trade, they might end up as the saviors of the world, or those that doomed us all.

Which side do you take?

History

Nobody expected Team Aqua to manage it, to stir and anger the Kyogre, and such the waters raised and the land masses vanished slowly. Only the highest areas managed to survive, and people and Pokemon flooded to them, but the aftermath nobody could fully expect.

The first Pokemon that vanished were the grass Pokemon, then birds and many of the flight Pokemon followed close. One by one, species of Pokemon vanished from the wild, until almost all was gone.

Only after almost all of the pure grass types had vanished, people noticed that the Electric Pokemon had almost completely banished, only few were left, and among those most of those were tamed by Trainers prior to the cataclysmic events.

But life went on, and people and the remaining Pokemon adapted to their new water world. Lands were saved to grow food, while people moved to the ocean. On floating villages or even just boats and platforms, people have made their lives work as good as they can.

While the main villainous groups vanished from the surface when they realized what their leaders had caused. While some strive to continue the newfound way of life, others dreams of change. Where do you stand?
