Here's just a few things to know and consider before you go to the Guru box with questions.

Gurus are the players with the blue EG badges, and we're here to help you, but if you don't ask a specific question we can't give you a very good answer. For example, "How do you get it?" is a pretty vague and open question, it could mean anything. Do you mean dinosaurs, or maybe money, or perhaps scales? Please specify so we can help you as best as we can.

Also, the Guru Box is a nice resource to have, but for common questions like "How do I get a dinosaur?" or "How do I make money?" don't be afraid to browse the Help boards, Guides boards the stickied topics, the Game Guide, and/or the site FAQ.

Please keep in mind that although most of the Mods are Gurus, not all of the Gurus are Mods. If you have a problem with a troublesome player or having a personal account issue, be sure to report to the Mod box and not the Gurus, because Gurus do not have the authority to help you there.

If you are unsure where your report should go feel free to ask a Guru directly and they will send you the right way. And please remember, do NOT report any glitches/bugs to either of them, only report them on the Bug Board.

When sending a help request, whichever Guru claims the report first will be the one to help you with your problem, so if you have a question for a specific Guru, you are better off messaging them.

Remember, we're all here to help you enjoy the game, so if you have a question, just ask!
