Kyle stood atop of Robert E. Coyle United States Courthouse, the tallest building in Fresno, California. He watched as the sun began to rise over the horizon. Wearing a gold Versace shirt, a pair of black joggers, and a pair of the finest gold Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers, Kyle was stylish for the morning. With a grunt, he dove off the rooftop, diving down to the pavement. His dark brown irises glowed a bright iridescent amber color as he roared. A flame spout leapt free from his mouth, hitting the pavement. Kyle turned his legs downward, palms facing the same way. The flames below grew, swirling around in a circle. Kyle suddenly stopped falling, descending slowly to the flames as they spun. Kyle landed gently on his feet within the flaming circle. Splaying both his hands, the flames leapt toward Kyle, disappearing within the palms of his hands.
Kyle's irises returned normal as he looked around. A buzzing noise sounded in his right pocket. Kyle reached in and took out his iPhone 6. The contact "Mariah" appeared, having the icy heart emoji on either side of the name along with the heart eyes and kissy face emojis as well. Kyle smiled and answered the phone. "Talk to me," he said. "It's official, Jorgan is on the move," said a female's voice. "Where to?" asked Kyle. "Head to 1206 Van Ness Avenue, he's planning on making a huge withdraw," said Mariah. Kyle turned his head to the right. "I'm on it," he said. "KK," said Mariah. They hung up the phone. Kyle walked over to a bush, taking out a suitcase. He then headed around a corner, taking only three minutes to place on a tight suit that was resistant against any special attacks such as fire, electricity, or any chemical power. Kyle took off his sneakers and socks, placing them in the suitcase. He then zipped up and cracked his neck this way and that. Hooking the suitcase to his back, Kyle faced the sky, standing in soldier formation. With a growl, Kyle leapt straight into the air, reaching higher than the courthouse in only seconds.
Flames engulfed his entire body. The suit, and even the suitcase was unharmed. Kyle sped through the air, a flaming missile to the naked eye. A flock of geese honked in terror, spiraling out of Kyle's way as he rocketed through at top speed. As he flew through the air, Kyle had an uneasy feeling. With a snarl, he quickly dodged to the right, evading a cannon blaster's attack. He turned his head, growling as he saw his assailant. A small, pimped out, one-man jet was behind Kyle, it's blasters aimed and ready. "Kyle, you got a lot of cajones to continue this case knowing you're not going to win," said a deep, raspy voice. "I also got the cajones to do this," said Kyle. He twisted around, sending a large fiery attack in the shape of a sphere flying at the jet. The jet evaded the move, with the fireball speeding through the sky. The jet fired multiple rounds of bullets at Kyle. Kyle soared out of range of the bullets, circling his fiery hands in the process. "Thought you could run?" asked the voice, with the window of the jet lifting up and revealing a stocky man with pale skin, a bald head, an eye patch over his right eye, and a cigar in his mouth.
