Raven paced nervously, back and forth, back and forth. The window... He could tell it was about midday. They usually came about this time, after they took the flareon.

When they brought her back, they would come for him.

Then the tests... then bring him back. He had never paid attention to who they took after that.

He waited. And waited. The notion came to him that, maybe, this time they would not bring the flareon back. It had happened before. Sometimes they took someone out... and they never came back.  

They were dead. They had to be, right? That was what his father had told him.

They were dead.

Obliveon sat back, eyeing the wires the consisted of his cage. He was done. In fact, he was so beyond done that Arceus himself probably felt it. He wanted to tast freash air again, he wanted freedom.

He was going to bust out of this place.

Backing up as far as he could, he rammed into the door of his cage with a headbutt attack. The cage rocked on its platform from the blow, but didn't give.

"What are you doing?"

Obliveon looked at the eevee in the cage next to him. Her name was Lilac, and the had spent many nights talking. "I breaking free. I am getting out of here before they kill us."

Aua bounced happily in circles. Most everyone else seemed to think she was crazy. She just could not understand why. They could have fun too, if they wanted. But it seemed like nobody ever wanted to have any fun in here.

Hey, when things were bad, you had to be positive! A good attitude would keep things bright and sunny! WHY was she the only one who seemed to understand that? It was almost sad. Almost. 

Feeling sad about it would not help anything. Auqua just kept on bouncing and trying to convince others to do it with her.

Because really, this was the only way.

Lilac watched Obliveon hit his cage again, causing it to inch forward towards the edge of the platform the were on. Lilac sneezed as dust exploded into the air. "Your... your, chu! Your going to get caught!"

"I don't care. I have to try." He headbutted the cage again, causing it to clatter off the self to the ground and send a loud echo through the area. Obliveon looked up from his chage, having landed on his back from the fall. The cage door was bent, but not open enough for him to get out.

Lilac paced in her cage. "Oh Arceus, there goning to come... no no no..." She said paniced. 

Raven perked his ears at a loud "CLank" from the other end of the room. What was that? If he looked closely, he could juuust see.. something on the floor... Had.. something...been... knoked over? Unusual, in any case. Very very unsusual. THen the door opened. THe flareon... they had not brought the flareon back... she was dead.

THe lab worker strode over to his cage. The death... had not affected him? At all? No, of corse not. Why should it have? This was just the guy who brought them to and fro from the testing rooms to the cages.

He opened the door to Raven's cage...

Obliveon backed up again, this time throwing everything he had into his next move. The cage door opened with a pop as a bluish electricity sparked around him; showing the recoil damage from a take down. He shook his head, he had not actually known take down. Cool, new move. A man at the end of the hall saw him. 

"One of them escaped!" He yelled, rushing towards Obliveon and forgetting to close the cage he opened in the process.

"Oh mother of mew..." Obliveon turned and ran, snaked through the corredor. "I will not be contained!" he yelled, his phrase being somewhat corny. 

"Waht the...?!" Had... Had someone just gotten out? No way... no way! This was unheard of. 

In the resulting scuffle, the lab worker about to take Raven out had turned his attention away. This proved to be a mistake for him. 

THe worker KNEW that Raven was calm and obedient. So, he usually was not as carefull with Raven. He surely did not expect Raven to spring from his cage when left open. FOr once, raven ignored his brain and let his body do the talking. He raced down a corridor... He was following the other one who had just gotten out.

The one like him... Well, he thought.

Really it had just been a silver blur.

Obliveon heard a second set of paws behind him, causing him to glance back. Another eevee was hot on his tail, and a silver one at that! Not questioning it, Obliveon banked right. "Quick! Into the ventalation system!"

Lowering his head, he used take down on the grate covering it. The grate gave way, but it caused Obliveon to trip and tummble into the shaft. He slid a ways, the acked up out of reach pf humans, and to give the other eevee room if it chose to follow.

Obliveon winced as he sat down, the recoil damage taking effect. He would have to be careful, fainting would in no way help him.

Raven lept into the shaft, naarrowly missing the hand that tried to grab him. Panting, he caught up with the other Eevee. Yep, it was the same color as himself. Weird. 

He glanced aroung. Mostly steel everywhere, dark paths ahead and behind him. 

Dark paths ahead and behind him... 

Pretty much accurate. If he went back now, he was screwed, and he was probably also screwed going forward. 

Still, something compelled him to go. The only other option would be staying in the shaft, and they would find a way to get him out eventually if he tried.

He pricked his ears forward. Something ahead... he could hear something ahead.

Obliveon sat, panting. The other eevee had caught up to him now, and was sitting in the shaft not to far away. Obliveon eyed the other eevee, he had never seen another silver one like himeself before.

Obliveon's ears swivled, catching the sound around it in case of danger. He didn't speak to this other eevee, he wouldn't speak first anyways. It just... wasn't something he did.

He looked down the dark shaft, listening. There were many creaks and groans coming from deep within, and Obliveon couldn't help but wonder if those creaks and groans were supposed to be there. Paranoia seemed to be slipping ideas in the said the worst.

We start in a laboratory that researches Eevees. You are subjected to testing and tormented daily by the evil lab workers. It had been like this ever scince you hatched. After all, you were hatched here.

Outside the lab is a forest. It had many clearings, and several clear rivers. Behind the sunny outward appearance, the activities deep within the woods are dark...

And they might just end you.

You have had enough of the lab workers and their little games. You escape into the wild, where you must survive on your own.

Will you evolve? Or will you perish in the unforgiving outside?

You MUST have two characters. One is killable.

I am limiting the number of shinys. If you want to have a shiny character, Pm me first.

You start the Rp as an eevee.

There is a moss rock in the forest if you wish to become a leafeon.

You can evolve into umbreon or espeon in day or night, as usual.

You must journey the snowy mountain in the distance to become glaceon.

You can evolve into slyveon like normal.

Stone induced evolutions? Oh, you're going to have to wait for those. There is someone in the forest who has some stones, but he's not all that friendly...      (You may not evolve with a stone unless you find him.)

You may not evolve as soon as you escape from the lab.

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN DELETION OF YOUR CHARACTER.
