Clutching her side, Garnet raced across the border into No Man's land, hoping the men in black suits would stop chasing her. Looking over her shoulder, she was relieved they had, but now she had to get back to her hideout with a bullet in her side. Removing her hand, she gasped at all the blood. And people wonder why I hate war She grit her teeth and started walking, sword at her side. She had been looking for more people to join the rebel cause. It seemed pointless. A million people lived in Luna. How would one girl stop a war?

Set in the land of Luna, divided into 12 parts, one for each astrological sign. Luna is round, and there is 1/12th piece of land for every sign. In the middle of it all (the very center) is a small circular piece called No man's land. This is we're most of the story takes place.
We have a band of rebels in the midst of war, fighting to escape the war-ridden land. Everyone is ruled by when they were born, and everything has spiraled out of control. Shapeshifters can only change into one animal. Choose wisely. Only 3 shifters.
The great King and Queen of Capricorn threw the serene land into chaos. They wanted more land, and now there is a civil war. If you are born under a different sign than where you live, they wait until you are 15 and send you there by yourself. There is a strict rule about going into other Signs.
