Proof HQ: Located in the capital, this huge building is the place where all reformation and training of the Coalition Members happens. The building is like a huge hotel, having many dozens of rooms. Mens' rooms are at one end of the building, womens' the other. The men bunk with their Squad, the Matriarchs bunking together, to help them socialize with other Matriarchs to assure being able to work together.

A cafeteria is open during all hours, to accomodate coming and going Squads. Training rooms are open at night to single and Squad training, open to instruction for new members during the day. School rooms are in operation during the day for instruction to new members.
Play as a whole Squad, an individual in a Squad, or a prospective Coalition Member, taking orders and capturing rouges, or just living through your reformation/training process. Help clean up the streets while trying not to get yourself killed. Obey your Matriarch or watch your boys closely, and stay out of trouble with the arm of the law that is P.R.O.O.F.
In a large country torn by civil war, many families have become fatherless, allowing children to run amok unchecked. Boys and teenage men that were left with their family find poverty and turn to criminal activity for food and/or entertainment. Gangs roam the streets at night, and even in the daylight hours, citizens have to fear. While the government argues inside it's prestigious buildings, the citizens are those that have to deal with the problem face on.

That is where the P.R.O.O.F Coalition comes into play.

Set into motion by citizens taking a stand against troubled youth, Professional Rebels Offering Offensive Forces is a complex reformation society. Teams of Proof members go onto the streets and arrest boys in gangs, reforming them into respectible men--by any means necessary.

Boys reformed by Proof can either become Proof Members, or return home to their families. Many boys taken in by Proof are young. The older the boy, the more likely they'll chose to become a member of the Coalition. Boys who join the Coalition are trained to fight, and how to restrain suspects in non-lethal ways. Their individual personalities and skills are analyzed and they are matched with a squad that needs their talents.
On the flip side, how women join Proof is much different, as it is very rare to find girls in street gangs. Families that have lost the patriarch and have a daughter in tow are asked if the daughter wishes to remain to help her mother with house duties, or if she wishes to join the Coalition. Those girls and young women that chose to are brought up in a way that they wouldnt have had access to otherwise; they learn apothecary, organization, psychology, and to fight. At the age of 25, the most promising women are set as Matriarch to a troup of 5 young men. These women are lifelines to the squad, carrying medicine, information, and weapons their boys need to complete the job. Each are trained to be able to stop a boy if he rebels against her wishes--though their previous training should have him putty in her hands. She too is able to fight should she find her boys out of commission or in a tight spot.

Matriarchs treat their boys with kindness, and the boys are expected to respect their Matriarch. Should a Matriarch have a problem with one of her boys, he will either be replaced, or taken in for retraining--this is rare, and only by request of the Matriarch, should she think he needs it. The Squad will do it's best to take care of it's members and become a tight-knit group. It's easiest on all the individuals, and in the heat of the battle, it's good to have someone watching your back. Older Squads show off men that are highly respectible toward their Matriarch, putting her above all else.

At times, it takes the cooperation of more than one Squad to get a job done. This isnt uncommon, and there are Battalions created of several Squads for this purpose. Some Battalions are permanent, shipping off to where they are needed, but most arise out of need. All Matriarchs are introduced to one another at one time to make sure they can work together if needed. Matriarchs are more able to work together than their boys, and it is sometimes a test the Matriarchs play to see how well behaved their boys are.

Squadrons and Battalions are dispatched from the Proof HQ. While some Squads are local, many others are long-distance, living on the road or transferring out to locations that need constant help. While the main HQ is in the capital, other big cities house smaller HQ's, but all training and Squads originate in the main HQ. Buses are daily moving between capitals, taking new boys to the capital for rehabilitation.

1) Obey all EX bound rules.
2) Please limit romantic interaction. I really dont want to see it, but if you absolutely feel compelled to include it, stick with EX limitations.
3) To post an entire Squadron, list all 6 characters in each category with an explanation of each individual pertaining to the category. I will be limiting the number of full Squadron entries. Impress me with your characters within the squad, and I mean, they have to form a cohesive net that will work well together. If I do approve of an entire Squad, post with every member included in the same post; keeps it less cluttered, and improves word count.

5) If you want to play a gang member outside of the Proof Coalition, tell me and I'll set up an extra Character Type for it.
