Auto Pack Generation

Yay! Some updates today!

* Dinosaurs with natural immunity now show this on their vaccinations list and no longer appear in the dropdowns on the vet page.

* There is now a list of gurus on the moderator page.

* There is a new Auto Pack Generator tool on the pack page in enclosures - if you don't want to organize your loners into packs then the APG will automatically select a random group of dinosaurs to form a new pack!

As a note, work is also being done on a mobile version of EX, but I'm not sure on an ETA right now. :>
