| Large herds of over 25 to over 50 herbivores live here, grazing on the nice and fresh plentiful flora and drinking the clean abundant water. At frst glance, it seems as if it would be heaven to even the smallest of herds. Yet that is not the case. With a great life comes a great sacrifice, predators are as abundant as the prey they stalk here. For the safety and testing of their children, the eggs produced during the mating season are sent to the Dessert because of the safety there. Then when that generation has reached 25 herd members, they travel back here. Because of this cycle, herbivores are NOT completely killed off. |
