a young soul once filled with hope and delight, closely comforted by her closest friends. she met a wonderful person who she had feelings for, but soon that person filled her heart with dread and sadness. for that person, had fallen for another. ariel was not the prettiest bird in the flock, no. a young beautiful and perfect-in-every-way bird named grace was. she was nice and perfect. ariel was nothing to the one she had feelings for. her heart filled with sadness as the person she liked, flew off with grace. ariel was left in the dust. her pink feathers, still not ready for flight. but, those are not who they seem while they are young. for soon, maybe. just maybe, it would be ariel who was the best bird in the flock after all... Ariel looked like the bird you wouldn't want while she was young, the other birds had instant overlays, but hers took time.
