Nayla is very lucky! She was a rouge albert, not belonging to any pack, tribe, or clan. She was raised by two lone dinos, that mistreated her, so she ran away. She was wandering through the woods not knowing where to go, or is she was going to live or die. She eventualy came across a wide cave with a waterfall runing down it! She was amazed! All of a sudden a young albert attacked her from behind! She twister and turned, until it was on top of her. Naturally, she started to kick with her back legs. Once the opponent had had enough it jumped off running into the cave, the all of a sudden a beautiful femail albert comes out of the cave! For a second she ducked getting ready to defend herself, but in some way she felt safe! She forced herself to look the alpha in the eye. What she saw was not anger, but concern. The albert flicked her tail telling Nayla to follow. At first she hesitated, then she thought about how she ran away, and had nowere else to go. She followed the alpha into the cave.
"What is your name little one?" the alpha asked questioningly
"Nayla"she mumbled in deep thought
"What brings you so far into out territory Nayla?"
"I....I...ran away, and I never want to go back!" she said in an angry tone.
"You must have traveled very far, I can not recognize your scent. Come, you can sleep with our tribe tonight. We have a spare moss bed that you can rest in."
Nayla looked around in aww as they made their way into the large cave. She smeled many alberts. She quickly jumped out of the way as two children come bursting out of a small tunel playfighting.
"That is the nursery. It is where our queens can raise their offspring. By the way my name is Mariana."
"Thats a nice name, Nayla said more confident. And thank you for letting me stay here tonight, I dont know what I'd have done if I had to stray in the canyon any longer."
"Its fine. Go and get some prey of of the fresh kill pile over there."
Nayla looked over and saw two alberts go up to the pile and pick off some food, walk sit down and eat away. Until she went up to the pile, she did not realize how very hungry she was. Before she could take some food she smelt a farmiliar scent behind her and turned around.
"Hey, your not all that bad, you fought real well out there."
"Oh really", she comented
"Yes, really.....oh and my name is Shamrock" said the young albert. "And yours is?"
"Oh, uhh...Nayla." she stuttered
"And you had to think that deeply about your name" he chuckled.
"No!, I was just thought, thats all" she said sternly.
"Uhh Huu, yah right" he joked."Ohh, here comes our deputy Birch"
"Deputy?" she mumbled confusingly
"A deputy is second in charge from our leader." Shamrock said conformingly
Nayla quickly turned around to see a large male albert stalk over.
"Hey your Nayla, right?"
"Y..yess sir."
"Well, Mariana told me to show you around when you are done eating, ok."
"Alright" she looked into his eyes.
"When you ar done you can meet me at the enterance Nayla. Oh and stay out of trouble while your father and mother are out hunting Shamrock"
Shamrock suppresed a sigh. "Ok"
