(Hey no fair! Now Marie's pegicorn can't fly, and by the way her pegicorn is full grown, they wouldn't a youngster in the quest, that's just cruel, so I guess the pegicorn can fly?! Nevermind the rambling, but to be clear her pegicorn can fly)

[I meant she went for looks not practicality sounds like something she'd do...]

Shadow and Liufr were both getting more impatiant, Her team had no clue so she'd heard the other team's clue and that made her nervous. She pulled out her Ipod and started playing some music. Shadow then began going over Liufr's armor making sure it was on right, then helped Claryssa get her unicorn's last minute armor on. Turns out the stallion's name was Raphiel. Marie was trying to put armor on her pegacorn and not doing well at it the armor was the wrong size. Shadow yelled at her "Marie wrong size armor! I'm only saying it for the pegacorn's sake." Marie glared at Shadow but went to get the right sized armor. Nico and Marian were both watching Shadow and Liufr, Percy was talking to the pegasus, Anabeth and the kitsune were still yacking, Tyson was eating peanut butter with Mrs' O'Leary (Tyson had the jar and the dog was licking the roof of her mouth) Rick and his goons were pacing around like a gang looking for trouble...

Salbria came out on her mount, a white pegasus, both uniquly armored, she whispered something in the animals ear, and meantioning the name Harmana, as she rode up along side Victelo, his mount, a black lion and bear mixture looking thing, which seemed to fit him well, both of them fully armored as well, the metal glinting in the sun off both Salbria and Victelo, and there mounts.  Victelo climbed off his ride before helping Salbria down from hers and they began a quieted conversation back and forth, it wasn't much of a secret but they were both intently focused on eachothers words.

Shadow looked at the armor of some of the other mounts, shining in the sun. "Liufr look at them their armor gives their locations..." Liufr's armor didn't shine it had been dulled deliberately for camouflage. Liufr had a wolf grin on his face laughing with his golden eyes at the other human's foolishness. Aries had dulled armor too but Hespestus cabin had blinding armor and many in Aphrodite cabin had gemstones in their armor. It all stood out like sore thumbs. Shadow's armor seemed to blend into her surroundings a bit, Nico's armor did the same and Marian had armor that did the same. Shadow and the rest of her team were testing and checking their equipment over again uneasily.

As Shadow surveyed their competition, a valkryie landed infront of her, "I was told to give this to you." it said before handing the a silver saucer to Shadow and taking off. The saucer had symbols around the edges, not unlike the ones on the pamphlet.

Shadow examined the saucer with the captains on her team, she decoded it quickly seeing as it was the same symbols as the other team's clue that read:

"To find the cup you must look up, but beware the alure of a valley fair. This quest will take all your skill and you must avoid becoming a monster's kill. Without the others there will be sad godly fathers and mothers. Unless you work as one you will all be undone." Shadow looked at the other team and back to the saucer. Shadow made her way to Gabrial and the opposing cabin heads and said "We have to work all of us as a team. My group just got their clue. 'Unless you work as one you will all be undone...' Shadow looked at Clarisa and Aries cabin. Clarisa was staring at her with a 'are you serious?' look on her face and Shadow nodded to her waiting for the other team's response.

Gabriel raked his fingers through his hair thinking, "Um are you sure?" he asked warily, this sounded odd and kind of like a trap. "because if this is a trap I'm gonna be pretty upset." he said his eyes swirling green and blue, but only for a split second. Gabriel hopped that Shadow didn't notice, as he waited for her answer.

 

Meanwhile.......

Hedmaster was escourting a few new campers over to them. Clearing hi throat for silence he spoke "Atenttion, we seem to have some new campers, please welcome Elaine and Chase," after a polite round of applause, the headmaster continued " they will be joining the quest and shall choose their teams." Turning to them he said "Now choose wisely for you cannot switch teams."

Shadow gave Gabriel her team's clue and Clarysa stared at it from the left. "Without the others there will be sad godly fathers and mothers. Unless you work as one you will all be undone." Shadow had apparently proven herself to Ares cabin as a fighter to be respected and heeded. Shadow had no pride to swallow that she was aware of. So teaming up with the other team was easy. Loki's children had the mortal flaw of being too mischievous. Loki was a prankster by nature but pulling pranks could get one into trouble. Shadow prefered to use cunning but not directly lying to get out of trouble and that usually worked lying was a last survival resort. Shadow could lie well enough to fool a lie detector but she hated doing it. Only lie to survive was her policy. But still only Liufr could really tell when she was lying.

The siblings turned there attention to the headmaster as he walked up with a couple new kids and simultaneously, they both blinked at the same time studying them for a moment before returning to there topic of conversation, not paying attention to what was going on between Gabriel and Shadow.  Salbria obviously realizing the damage that could be done with the shining armor, and walked off.

Once she came back again, she had a sand paper sort of thing and began to dull Victelo's armor and then her own, before doing the same to there mount so it wouldn't shine so brightly anymore, and then to help out Victelo a little more, when he wasn't looking, she pushed him into a patch of mud and started laughing.

Shadow glanced over at the newcomers then said, "My team has spare headsets, give them to the cabin heads. My team is split up into search parties, Liufr, Marian, Nico and I can cover alot of ground because of canine endurance. We were planning to take the steeper hills and the campers with smaller or flying animals were going to go over the rockier terrain, the large animals that can hold more than their own in a fight were going to deal with the lower ground. My team has a plan your team I'm assuming has one. I think we should keep to our own plans but if you see somebody from my team in trouble you bail them out. My team's frequency is channel two, I reccomend channels one or three. If you need anyone from my team let us know and we'll do what we can. We'd also like to borrow some spare medics if your team has them. Nico and I can't have them with us because Marian and Liufr have enough to carry. I'll also be using falcon or raven form so if you're shooting at birds look before you shoot, I'll have this bracelett my father gave me on my leg." Shadow showed a bright ribbon bracelett that changed size to become a ring and then an armband proving it would stay on her.

Gabriel nodded taking the headsets, "Okay, sounds like a plan!" he said with a kind smile. He then walked over to his team and explained everything Shadow just told them. A few other teamates were wary and aprehensive, but after Gabriel explained the clue and that it wasn't a trick, they calmed down. After giving the other headsets to the other cabin heads, Gabriel turned to the headmaster and the new kids, waiting to see  what team they would chose.

Shadow gestured to her the head of Hermes cabin " I'll trust you to bring the new kids who pick our team to the base camp. We've looked at the map and you know where we'll meet up at dusk. Everybody else we're wasting daylight." Shadow and Liufr started off for the steeper terrain. Nico and Shadow split up to cover more ground, most of Demeter cabin was finding food and setting up camp. The whole team was doing their assigned jobs without a hitch so far. Shadow searched as far as she could go wondering where the monsters were. She shifted into raven form and started flying around. No monsters anywhere, the team headed back to camp to go over the lack of monsters. It made Shadow nervous and made her wonder if she was being stalked...

Shadow found a cave and started exploring it alone but cautiously Liufr couldn't fit inside. Shadow had phenomenal senses meant to notice anything changing around her. She spotted an opening large enough for a giant to fit in and to her horror one asleep. A gem was sitting on the ground and Shadow picked it up and held it up to the light. It had been part of something possibly embedded, a shadow blocked the light and an angry dwarf holding a squished helmet came walking in with a battle axe in hand it was missing a gemstone and Shadow held it up muttering "Looking for this?" The dwarf stuck it back onto his axe and said quietly "He almost stepped on meh. Squashed me helmet and knocked that gem outta me axe now I'm gonna git him." "Mind waiting till I'm gone before you try to kill yourself?" "Git out then." Shadow went back the way she came and and found her wolf. She heard a giant bellow and the pair hid in the bushes Shadow called in about the giant who had extited the cave who hopping on one foot holding the other bleeding while the dwarf was chopping on his other ankle like a tree. The pair circled around and went into the cave and found nothing but the giant's bed. They left before he got back. Shadow and Lirufer climbed higher on the mountain finding a great vantage point to see the valley. Everywhere she could see was swarming with monsters some about to ambush other campers. Shadow informed both frequencies about this development and nobody was caught off guard by this. The air was thin and cold up that high and Shadow turned her clothing into something warmer. High altitudes didn't bother her, she was born up high.

The Camp is in a valley surrounded by Hills.

There is the Cabins where you sleep.

The Dinning Hall, where you eat.

The Field, where you can relax, play, and just hang out.

The Campfire, in the center of camp, where meetings are held.

You're running through a grassy field, a Minotaur behind you. A large tree looms before you and you run past it. Halting, you see that the Minotaur hadn't chased you past the tree. A girl runs up to you from the hill that slopes down below the tree. "Hi! I'm Marie and this is Camp Half-Blood." She tells you.

One of your parents is a god, that means you are a Demi-god, or a Half-blood. You were sent there for your saftey, and to learn to prepare you to be a god.

Basically the same as the Plot so I'll just put the gods

Zeus- god of the sky, rain, thunder, wind, lightning, storms, justice, hospitality, heaven, earth, and is the king of the gods. One of the Big Three.

Poseidon- god of the sea, horses, and waves. One of the Big Three.

Hades- god of the Underworld, wealth, and the dead. One of the Big Three.

Athena- goddess of wisdom, warfare, and crafts.

Artemis- goddess of the Hunt, wildlife, the Moon and maidens.

Apollo- god of the sun, light, prophecy, healing, medicine, plague, truth, poetry, archery, the arts, music, and intelligence.

Ares- god of war, bloodlust, and slaughter.

Aphrodite- goddess of love, lust, pleasure and beauty.

Demeter- goddess of the Harvest and the seasons.

Hermes- god of roads, speed, messengers, travel, thieves, and athletics.

All normal RP rules

Only 3 or 4 children per god.

Only 2 or 3 children of Zeus.
