Killian's Territory

The lush trees and growth surround you as you slowly make your way through the area. You were on a hunt for new dinos in the Nature Reserve, so far being without success. No doubt a lot of other raptor owners had come and snatched up all the released raptors before you could. However, this area looked promising as all manner of prey could be there - aka, a suitable place for a free raptor.
Your thoughts were suddenly interrupted as a familiar noise - that of an overgrown lizard - sounded off to the right. Pulling out a small bit of meat, you spotted an orange-tan deinonychus with red stripes splattered all over him. He was standing over a fresh kill, what looked like a rabbit, and you were apparently too close for comfort. Just as you were about to offer your own meat to him, you spotted something colorful fastened around his neck.
A rainbow collar. On something as ferocious as a deino? Confused, you slowly shoved the meat back into your bag, backing off to give him his space. His aggressive tactics slowly ceased and, in between bites, he kept glancing upwards. Then, you turned to take your leave, seeing that he was settled down.
The sound of rustling grass behind you made you look back, the feeling of something strong and lithe shove you to the ground. It was all a blur until you found yourself staring into the sharp yellow eyes of the raptor you were just leaving behind. Your heart pounded in your chest, slowly glancing off to the side to see the massive kill claws massaging the ground. He dipped his head down, your eyes squeezing closed with prayer for a quick end.
Instead, you felt tiny nips at your shirt. Barely peeking out from closed eyelids, you saw the raptor was now dancing along side you, nipping and pulling at your clothing. He then noticed you were watching and leaped back. He crouched down close to the grass, the tip of his tail flicking back and forth wildly. With a bit of amusement, your heart leaped at realizing he was just playing. Relieved, you pulled out the meat you were going to tempt him with earlier and tossed it at the raptor. He immediately pounced and devoured the prime cut as you walked off back to the nature reserve. He wouldn't notice, it was good meat you gave up. It would keep him busy long enough for you to get back home in peace.
Well, now you could tell everyone you knew that you met a playful raptor.
