"Sorry if I startled you" said the female wolf. Moon would have been more polite but she was still scared even though this wolf was a pup but she was a little bigger than Moon.Moon looked at Aarron who appeared at ease. "Hello" Moon said quietly and laid her ears flat against her head and her tail still tucked in between her legs. Just then Moon stared at the male wolf he was staring at her intently but when she looked at him he looked away. Moon had a feeling she knew him but she couldn't remember. "Its nice to meet you two" Moon said hesitantly.Moon felt her tail wag a little "You have a beautiful coat color" Moon said to the female wolf her ears perking up a little.
Suddenly, Aarre picked up a strange scent in the wind. A whole muddle of wolves. As he stopped and sniffed, he realized it was the whole group of rogue wolves he'd met earlier. Aaron, Moon, Lien, and that other strange, rude wolf. Funny, he thought, how in the space of one day, five rogue strangers had come to know each other. Torn about whether to go back and see what was happening or whether to stay, Aarre trotted in a wide circle. He noticed a small cave out of the corner of his eye.
A nap, that's what I need! He thought to himself. So he plodded over to the entrance, sniffed at the cave checking for the scent of a resident, and when it smelled abandoned, he curled up in a corner and began to doze.

Hae crouched in the bushes. Four wolves, three smelling of rogues and one who carried the scent of the clans, were standing and talking just in front of her. So far they hadn't noticed her. She blended in well with her camoflauge, and she was silent as possible.
They were discussing food, and the strange tiny silver wolf was politely complimenting the other wolf, despite the rather abrupt beginning to their conversation. As she crouched their silently, Hae wondered what could possibly bring together such a strange assortment of wolves.
"You have a beautiful coat color.." Hae heard the silver wolf say to the other wolf. Hae smiled to herself, enjoying the strange twinge of sweetness of the moment.

Lien watched as the scared female adjusted. She listened silently as she complimented her coat. Lien hadn't bathed in a couple of days, her coat was dirty and not groomed well, and it was slightly damp from the storm last night. Lien hesitated, no one had ever complimented her appearance since her mother. "Thank you.." She said, a small smile forming. She sat down again, and looking at the two wolves she seemed to relax. "My name's Lien. I ran away from my clan and so I've ben staying out here." She admitted, scratching behind her right ear with her foot. "What's your story? You two mates or something?" She asked with a genuine curiosity, attempting to make small talk, even though it wasn't her thing.
Moon looked at the female wolf and smiled then she asked her a question. "Whats your story. You two mates or something" she asked. Moon looked at the ground "No we just meet yesterday" she said but moon would have minded because she felt safe with him. "As for my past I don't remember it at all" she said. Moon felt her tail begin to wag her happiness wanted to come out more than being scared of some she did not know yet. "I didn't catch your name my name is Moon" Moon said her tail wagging and her ears perked up.

Aaron was not so much paying attention to the conversation that was going on between the two females. He was lost in thought. He had seen this young she-wolf somewhere before, but for the life of him, he couldn't remember where. She was obviously n0ot a member of his old clan. He had been thinking about these things when the young wolf asked her question. The word "mates" made his ears perk.

Aaron blushed momentarily. "Uhh.." He said, stammering, then nodded when Moon answered instead. His tail began to flick nervously for a second, then he settled down. This was all very strange to him, that he would suddenly be surrounded by so many wolves...so many questions, and all seeming to show interest in him. He was more so used to solitude. He let Moon carry the conversation instead, and meantime he walked over to the buck and began to eat since he hadn't before. He felt Lien's eyes lock on him for an instant, then, feeling somewhat guilty of being rude, he asked "Would you like to have some?" He said, but when he looked at her to ask, he felt strange again. She befuddled him immensly, but he couldn't explain it.

Lien smiled. "My name's Lien." She said again, not wanting to sound rude though as the female was probably so scared that she didn't hear the first time. She smiled when Moon introduced herself. "Met yesterday, huh? You guys probably got caught in the storm together" She said, not really in the form of a question, but more so matter-of-factly. "I did too." She said. She noticed that the big wolf had trotted away and was about to eat. He stopped to eyeball her every now and then, and she stared back, her gaze familiar and she appeared to know something that he didn't.

She smiled at him though, and when he asked if she was hungry, she shook her head. "Nah," she said "You guys go ahead and eat it. I..can take care of myself." She concluded, sounding a little distant. "I mean, it's not like that's the last deer on this whole continent, right?" She laughed. Then, she looked back at the wolf that had attacked her earlier in dominance. She scowled and watched to make sure that he wasn't about to do anything stupid.

Hae felt uncomfortable watching the assembly of wolves interact. After all, she was no spy, and there was no good reason to spy on them anyways. So, she slinked back a few feet and then began to walk nonchalantly along, away from the cave she'd slept in the night before. Maybe later, when there were fewer of them, she could talk. It had been a very long time since she'd had anyone to talk to, and she missed the togetherness. Oftentimes she wished her clan hadn't been destroyed. We weren't all guilty, she thought indignantly. Sighing, she kept walking, thinking of the past and hoping somehow the future would be brighter.
Jade had been trotting along this stone when she came to a cave the forest around it seemed silent. Jade trotted to the mouth of the cave looking for a quite place to think and rest because every where else seemed loud and noisy. Jade looked in the cave and seen a male wolf sleeping he slept so peacefully that Jade was hesitant to wake him but she need sleep her limb felt heavy and her ears where still ringing and even through her thick fur she felt cold. Jade dragged her self to a spot in the cave and laid down and slept not caring about the male wolf sleeping next to her.
After a couple hours of dozing, Aarre was awakened by a strange scent. He yawned quietly and shook the sleepiness from his head. Rising to his paws, he noticed a light brown female wolf sleeping in the other corner. From the deep, heavy breathing that came from her, Aarre could tell she was exhausted. She shivered in her sleep, and Aarre felt something stir inside him. He felt empathy for her. He knew well the feeling of lonely nights, cold and exhausted. He decided to go out and catch some food for her for when she woke up.
Stepping just outside the cave, he drew in a deep breath. He picked up the scent of several deer. Hm, deer would be hard to drag back, he realized. He plodded forward a few feet and then breathed in again. He recognized the young, sweet scent of a fawn. Ah! A fawn! That I could drag back easily. He darted off towards the scent. When he got closer, he crouched. He could see the fawn grazing with his mother only a few feet away. Stalking in just a bit, Aarre pounced, taking down the fawn easily. He locked his jaws around it's neck and began to drag it back to the cave. When he got back, the female wolf was still sleeping. He dragged his kill to the back of the cave, and then lay down to wait for her to wake up.

Lien noticed  that the smaller rogue wolf who had attacked her earlier was watching Moon with great intensity. She wondered what it was all about, but then, all these wolves used to be part of the same clan so he must have known her. One would think Lien would feel out of place, being with all these wolves that have the same root, where she was the only outsider; a rogue among rogues. Never the less, she felt comfortable around them, much more than she did with her own clan. There was only one problem, she was still hungry and she never ate.

Lien eyeballed the buck, and noticed that the big male was watching her with a smirk, as if he was waiting for her to cave. Lien laughed. "Oh, I guess I'll have some of that deer. Thanks." She said, nodding to the big wolf and Moon. She dug in, and the others must have noticed how hungry she was because she was eating like a male wolf who was twice her size. She peaked up from over the buck, looking back at the male and, with a full mouth, she asked "So..what is your name, big guy? Don't think I ever caught it." She said. It was a simple question, but there was familiarity dectable in her tone. She watched him as he swallowed and waited for him to answer.
Moon's tail wagged and her ears perked up and she couldn't help but grin because Lein was enjoying the food and that made Moon happy just then Lein asked Aarron a question then Moon felt eager hearing the question this new wolf asked her tail wagged she looked at Aarron waiting for him to tell his name to the female because Moon knew he would have to tell his own history or name and Moon knew she couldn't be the one to tell it only he could. Moon looked at the male wolf and felt her tail stop in mid swing he was staring at her with a scary glint in his eyes causing her to look away.
Aaron had suddenly lost his appetite, being the center of attention all of a sudden. He backed away from the buck and let Lien eat as much as she wanted. She looked nearly emaciated and seeing her that way made him feel concerned, though he couldn't explain why. He was questioned about his name, and he noticed Moon eagerly awaiting his response, while Lien, who had asked, looked not as interested as she dug into her meal. He stared at Moon with a nervous glance, then smiled a sort of forced smile. "Aaron." He said matter-of-factly, and stood there with his tail swaying, watching the curious young she-wolf with much interest, as if he felt the need to protect her.

Lien ate with much gusto. Her manners were horrific, but the others didn't seem to mind. She only stopped every now and then to look over at Moon, who was practically on pins and needles with excitement. Lien stared at her curiously, but seemed amused. She noticed that the big wolf was still a little uneasy, but she didn't make eye contact with him until she finished eating. Then, when she had had her fill, she laid down on her back and wagged her tail. The big male had finally spoke up. His name came out of his mouth like a flat note, but it was more like an old song to Lien. When he spoke, she picked up her head and looked at him. She smiled as if she was amused.

Getting up all at once, it was as if all the life had flooded back into her. She walked up to the male and looked up at him. "The pleasure's all mine, Aaron." She grinned. "And thank you for the meal." Then she looked around suddenly, as if she was looking for something. She glanced over at Moon who was looking at her intently. "So, now what?" She said, sounding curiously familiar in her tone. She no doubt had made herself at home by now, and she was going to see what this odd pair was all about.

Chain was very angry he had seen Moon and reconized her but she clearly didn't reconized him. Just seeing her made him want to attack her. She shouldn't have survied father should have floated through his mind. He had been born before her and she had always been small, weak, hopeless just like dead weight but he had survived and so had she. Chain glared at her but said nothing. Just then she looked up at him her green eyes the same color as there mothers then she looked away her tail stopped wagging. He haad been staring at Moon so intently anger boiling yet he did nothing only when she remembered there past would he confront her. Just then that scrawny young wolf talked whose name he had already forgotten. "So now what" she said

Rogue
Setting
The setting takes place in a large continent divided by borders. The terrain changes from cold to hot, rocky to desolate depending on which direction you travel.
Plot
Imagine being the target of forty different neighboring clans you once had been in alliance with. Over the years, your clan and the others around you had enjoyed peace and prosperity. But the funny thing about alliances is that they require a great deal of trust. What happens when a few bad apples decide to keep secrets from the rest of the clans? A conspiracy to take over as head of the Forty Clans has been lurking in the shadows, and many wolves have disapeared without a trace. Evidence of betrayal points to your clan. Not surprisingly, the traitors in your clan refuse to give themselves up, so the entire clan takes the fall. The Forty Clans wipe out your home, and everyone in it. But by the skin of your teeth, you escape. You are alive, but if any of the other tribes found out it would spell the end for you. So you live on, without a name, without a clan. You are a ghost to the rest of the world. You have your freedom, but what do you choose to do with it? Are you one of the traitors, swearing to finish what you started in the first place? Or are you one of the innocent victims who have been forced to go rogue? Will you seek revenge? Or will you do what you can to keep the peace in the already hostile environment? The choice is yours, but watch your step.
History
You are either a rogue wolf or a member of the Forty Clans. The rest of the history is basically in the plot..
