Name Parasaurolophus walkeri Information
Diet Herbivorous Parasaurolophus was a relatively large herbivore that lived in North America during the late cretaceous period. A hadrosaur, it would have walked on four legs and ran using only two - a trait shared by other dinosaurs in this family. It had a long crest that is thought would have been used for sexual identification, amplifying sounds it made and also for helping to control its temperature.
