Since Raptorpedia doesn't tell you the stat gains of an item, I thought it would be useful to start a post about it. :) I need all of Ex's help though! If you know the use of an item, and what stat boosts etc. it gives, post the name of the item and its information, and I'll add it to the post. Hopefully then we can compile a helpful list. :) Don't forget all the rare items too! Please post if you find a mistake.

Correction: Sandwiches of DOOM give 2000 battle points, not 1000 (sorry Dyr). Also, Ice Creams of Terror give +1 hunger as well.

Beef Jerky gives +25 hunger.
Eye Drops give +50 health.
Band-Aid gives +20 health.
Bottle o' Medicine is missing from the list.
Roll of Gauze is missing from the list.
Disinfectant Spray is missing from the list.

EDIT: With the equippables I think that it would be wise to add the slots where they attach.
