Coco walked the plains, looking for something edible. She was almost alone, her mother was her only company. The herbivores were moving, since the dry season is coming. Coco's mother spotted a stegosaurus in the horizon, a stegosaurus that was also looking for food. Coco was getting thirsty, and started to look for water instead. Her mother growled in a "not now" way.

The stegosaurus hadn't noticed Coco and her mother yet. Coco knew she would ruin the hunt, but she still wanted to try. Coco spotted a geranosaurus, a juvenile. The geranosaurus was skinny, and had a big wound on its left back leg. A easy prey, even for Coco .Coco's mother hadn't seen it yet, and that gave Coco a chance practice her hunting skills. Coco's mother was sneaking, planning an ambush on the stegosaurus. Coco did what her mother did, planning an ambush.

Coco's mother was close enough to attack the stegosaurus, but it saw her. The stegosaurus started to bellow and also was swinging its tail with the four long, sharp spikes. Coco ran for the geranosaurus, who had heard the bellow of the Stegosaurus. Coco attacked the geranosaurus, she went straight for the neck on the juvenile herbivore. Coco's mother dodged the stegosaurus tail, and tried to attack, but she missed. Coco succeeded to kill the juvenile geranosaurus, and started eating it, growing happily.

Coco's mother saw the dead herbivore, and surprised, she paused and watched Coco eat the geranosaurus. Coco''s mother almost forgot about the stegosaurus, and the stegosaurus swung its tail and hit the leg of the female Allosaurus. Coco's mother screamed in pain, and fell to the ground. The stegosaurus walked away. Coco stopped eating, and looked at her mother.
The ground was dry. The waterholes was almost gone. Crest wandered the plains, in the search of water and food. He knew that there was plenty of carnivores around here, so he have to be carefull. All of sudden, a lovely smell reached Crest's nostrils. Fresh meat! He followed the smell, but unfortunaly, there was two Allosauruses there. Both females. One of them was adult, but injured, and the other one was young. Probably related.

Crest saw a dead geranosaurus by the feet of the young Allosaurus. The young Allosaurus, Coco, watched her mother that had been injured by a stegosaurus. Crest slowly began to sneak towards the carcass. He was going to try to snatch a chunk of meat, but his stomach unfortunaly had to make noices. The Allosauruses had seen him.

His throat was dry and cracky, while his footsteps became long and tiring. With a sign, or a low smooth growl from his maw, he proceeded to scan the area. Felix's eyes had an unnatural dull colour, which meant if he didn't find prey or water soon, he'll end up being a gonner.

Around him, the ground was also cracked up from the brewing heat wave. Nor can any herbivores be found in his line of sight. Sometimes, he regretted leaving his stuck-up siblings, but realized if he hadn't, they'll be just more mouths to feed.

Tail swishing side by side, he, for a Ceratosaur, was unnaturally small for his age; but only by a foot or two, so not much for them to over power him.

But alas, he kept thinking this was all a stupid mistake to do such thing. Nothing around, which meant no survival. Had the heat wave struck this bad?

Coco's mother lied on the ground still. A bone in her leg was broken. She tried to stand up, but she just fell again. Coco whined and walked up to her mother and tried to help her up. Coco's mother heard a noise, and saw a young dilophosaurus. She growled loudly. Coco turned around and saw Crest, sneaking towards the carcass. A thief! Coco tried to look as big as possible, and growled.

Crest didn't seem to mind the young Allosaurus. Coco took a step closer. And another step. She tried to scare the Dilophosaurus away. Coco's mother was injured badly. Coco didn't know what to do.

Crest was careful, he didn't want to end up in the jaw of an Allosaurus. Even though this was a young one, he didn't want to risk it. But he really needed some food. The young Allosaurus growled at him. He hissed back at it. Crest looked at the big, injured Allosaurus. A broken leg, he didn't have to worry about that one.

Crest tried to reach the Geranosaurus carcass, but when he tried to grab a chunk of meat, the young Allosaurus snatched at him. Crest noticed that the Allosaurus was extremely nervous. It whined and snorted. Crest took his chance. When he opened his mouth to grab a chunk of meat, he saw something in the distance. It was far away, but it looked like another carnivore. His instincts told him to run, but if he leaved, he wouldn't find any other food, and end up like this Geranosaurus.

Crest managed to grab a small chunk of meat, and ran off with it. but he ran in the wrong direction.
Sasha was walking in circles. The feeling of her dry throat was not the best feeling. Also her stomach was empty. She haven't eaten in two days. Sasha had been eating lizards and carcasses, since her mother died before she was learned how to hunt for real. Carcasses wasn't easy to eat from, because there is always bigger carnivores there. Lizards is easy to catch, but one lizard wouldn't fill Sasha's belly. Now when the dry period has come, it is even harder to find food. Sasha saw something. It looked like another dinosaur, but it was far away, so Sasha couldn't decide if she was hallucinating or not.

Sasha watched the silhouette. She took some steps forward. Now she could see that it was not a hallucination. It was another Ceratosaurus, male. The male was much older than her, but he looked strong, at least stronger than Sasha. Sasha knew that she would have it hard to survive if she didn't have company, or at least someone that could hunt. She was thinking for awhile. Risk getting killed by another Ceratosaurus, or risk starvation? It wasn't an easy decision.

Sasha started to approach the male. She didn't want the male Ceratosaurus to see her as a threat. Sasha almost lied down. She waited for the male Ceratosaurus to respond.
Coco roared at the small Dilophosaurus as it ran off with a chunk of meat. She was about to chase after it, but she didn't want to leave her mother to die. Coco watched as the Dilophosaurus ran off. Coco walked up to her injured mother. To comfort her, she lied down next to her, rubbing her snout at her mothers cheek. Her mother let out a smooth sigh, and lifted her head, looking at Coco.

Coco tried to get her mother to stand up, but with a broken leg that was not possible for her. Coco's mother was breathing heavily, and knowing that she wouldn't make it, she growled at Coco, trying to get her to leave. She saw an adult, male Cryolophosaurus closing in, it had probably caught the smell of the carcass. Coco's mother roared at Coco, trying to tell her to go. Coco was confused, then she turned around, and saw the Cryolophosaurus, just 10 meters away.

The fierce Cryolophosaurus was starving. Cry couldn't wait to get his teeth around a preys neck. The ground was cracked, just a few blades of grass were visible. No wonder the herbivores was on the move. Cry continued to wander, searching for food. A familiar smell reached his notrils. It smelled like blood. Cry licked his lips. He started to follow the smell. It didn't take long until he found the source of the smell.

Cry saw a dead Geranosaurus at the ground, and not far away from the carcass there was two female Allosaurus. One adult and one adolescent. The adult was injured badly. Cry saw his chance. He ran towards the injured Allosaurus.

Zola looked around the clearing, or what at least used to be one. The ground was hard and had a almost orange color. She spotted what seemed to be a Dryosaurus with its two young. It was a good thing that there was no wind to push her scent towards her prey. She crept up hoping the Dryosaurus wouldn't spot her.

The young Dilophosaurus found the right moment to begin her chase. She ran towards the mother Dryosaurus seizing its neck. She pushed it to the ground and thrashed it until she heard a satisfying crack. The two juveniles ran off.

Felix breathed deeply through his nostrils as another ceratosaur came into view, female by the scent. What does she want? He thought, glaring at her through slitted eyes. Felix didn't feel the need to attack her, at all. Not only was he weak, but finding another ceratosaur who-for once-didn't attack him on sight, was quite rare. Possibly due to the fact he was larger.

He kept his ground, not daring to move and the fear of also startling the female. Lowering his head, but not too much to make him look like an omega, for her to get the message that he "wasn't trouble".

Unfortunately, that wasn't the only thing keeping his mind busy. In the distance, he could hear the growls of other carnivorous dinosaurs; a cue for both of them to get going or else they're both dinner.

Zola lifted her head from her feast. A male guanlong was approaching. She let out a long hissss. She looked back down at her meal. Not too much was left. She decided to leave before any other carnivores showed up. Zola abnonded her meal and walked down the clearing which was mostly just rocks and hard soil. She lifted up her head and opened her mouth. Scents drifted into her nostrils and mouth. She spotted the two juvenile dryosaurs from earlier. She frantically searched for water. How long has it been since I've seen a single drop of water? The dilophosaur turned her head. The male guanlong was loudly roaring at a large Onitholestes. The fight badly ended and the Ornitholestes won. Zola returned to her search for water.

Sasha was revealed to not get attacked by the male ceratosaurus. She could only think about food, but she couldn't hunt by herself. Sasha felt safe being close to this male, hoping he would have hunting experience. Sasha moved a little closer to the male, still crouching. She then heard a familiar sound. An allosaurus roar. Sasha still remember the horrifying sight of her sibling getting torn apart back when she was a hatchling.

The roar of an allosaurus made Sasha get even closer to the male, almost touching him. Sasha didn't realize how close she was, until she turned around and accidently bumped into him.

Titanis was leading his herd through the dry plains in search of a search of water. he heard the distant roars of Allosaurus. He ignored it and led his herd to a pond that was one a fairly large lake. He began to drink from the pond along with his herd members. He looked up for any signs of danger as him and his herd quenched their thirsts. When his herd finished drinking, they began moving again in search of a nice patch of vegetation to feast on. He looked back and saw the herd's Kentrosaurus was lingering behind. Titanis circled back and urged the Kentrosaurus to keep moving because the nearest patch of vegetation was only a few feet away. When Titanis and his herd got there, there was enough for them all but it wasn't going to last forever.
Zola continued her journey for water. She lept up rocks, over fallen trees, walked across dry plains, when would this torture end. The sound was a bubbling creek was heard. Zola raised her head. Up ahead was a narrow creek, water flowing over rocks. Zola approached the creek. The soil next to the water was now dry, hard soil. Narely any water was even left. As Zola was about to take a drink, She saw something. She raised her head again. There was some sort of... caccoon in the water. The dilophosaur sniffed the caccoon-like thing hidden in the creek. She bit it here and there, then she picked it up and thrashed it around. Plop! Something fell into the creek. An akwrd amphibian-like creature splashed in the creek. Zola quickly killed it and ate. After the short meal, she took a long, long drink of water.
Leaf woke up and stared at the dilophosaurus that was a few feet away from her. She stayed, frozen in place. Then Leaf ran as fast as she could. She twisted and turned and found out mere inches from hitting the same dilophosaurus. She turned again and ran. Leaf changed her mind and spun around, and leaped into the air. The dilophosaurus saw her and she turned tail and stalked through the grass, trying to get close enough...... When she reached her target she leaped and landed in a small ditch, big enough for her to fit, not the bigger dinosaur. She fought the urge to get out and start running, and fear made her freeze in place again.
