The Phorusrhacos live here. They can't actually fly, but it (probably) counts as an aviary if the inhabitants can jump. At least, Phorusrhacos might be able to jump. If that question is bugging you, maybe you can build a time machine and go to the Cenozoic, then punch one, run away and see if it jumps while chasing you.
