Bonitasaurus
Name Bonitasaurus salgadoi Information
Diet Herbivorous Bonitasaurus was similar in anatomy to other sauropods of its time like Apatasaurus. What makes the Bonitasaurus unique is the sharp keratin ridge it had behind its teeth that helped it bite and shear off the plant material that it ate. This structure was almost like a false 'beak' inside the dinosaur's mouth, and has not been discovered on any other dinosaurs species.
