Pyroraptor was a meat-eating dinosaur that lived in the cretaceous era of Southern France! It was small, with slashing claws and is thought to have lived in packs - as well as scavenging when prey were hard to come by. Pyroraptor, surprisingly, is only known from a few bones, but it is thought that it is the same dinosaur as Variraptor, which was also found in the same area of France. |
